Wrap Zoo wrapped my Honda Civic black and they did so amazing. I highly recommend wrap zoo.

I guess the guy who runs the place moved on to do bigger things. I gave my Volkswagen jetta for detailing and when I went to pick up my car it seemed he hardly spent time on cleaning the car. I got a coupon from Groupon for 80$ but it is supposed to be worth 200$ and the work he did was hardly 20$,30$ worth. If I had 200$ for that service i would be disappointed on so many levels. He is friendly and nice though but business is business!

I could go into detail here, but Ill just say if youre looking to get your vehicle wrapped AVOID this place if you dont like losing money!!! I feel so slighted with the type of job they did on my vehicle. Gonna have it redone by some real pros soon. You see, I wasnt gonna go into details about my horrible experience dealing with your shop Wrap Poo but youve left me with no choice.You stated that I pointed out areas to you that shouldnt have peeled back, but they did, & you disagreed? The detector test determined that, that was a lie. I only had ONE rock chip front tip of my hood, that I got coming back from Pine Bluff the night before. You claimed that you guys could basically fill it in & smooth the area over, so If I decide to remove the wrap, it will be ready for paint/touch up. I concur, that it has been four months since I had the poor wrap job performed on my truck. However, the places that are peeling up, like around ALL FOUR fender flares should not be taking place, as you were supposed to remove them & tuck the wrap.. Then, you sloppily cut the wrap on the bottom of the rear bumper & left jagged corners hanging...When I came back to you with my concerns, you agreed with some & some you basically said there is nothing that could be done. As I spent more time with my truck, thats when I uncovered just how poor your wrap work really is!!!! In fact, I became so pissed that I highly considered taking you to small claims court. The only thing that kept me from doing so, is the fact that you actually are a nice guy, Andrew.With the terrible display of skills that you showed on my vehicle, Id hate to see what your other full body wrap jobs look like.. You claim that youve wrapped over 1500 vehicles & you still put out that kind of work that you performed on my brand new truck that I trusted you with..?I was at Whole Foods 3 days ago, & a black car pulls up next to me w/ a man & a woman.. They rolled down the window & complimented my wrap, & asked who did it?. I go on to inform that the job is sub par & that Im too ashamed to mention where I had the work done.. I SWEAR they both looked at each other & asked Was it Wrap Zoo I exclaimed YES!!!!!!!!Then the young lady tells me that youre wrapping a car of hers & have had it for over FOURTH MONTHS! Then, she showed me photos.. Dude, you have 2 different color pink on her car!!! SMH You know exactly who Im talking about... She said that she is going to file a lawsuit, so heads up!! She also says that shes reaching out to BBB which Im now going to more than likely do, because of this lame response by you!Lastly, you told me that my wrap would take 7-10 days to be completed. I dropped off the RAM on March 16th, & I got it back APRIL 12th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, Your communication was seriously lacking!! In that span of time could have had the truck painted several times over! Ive been retired since age 29, so please remind my why I need to gain anything from you?. I just need people to know the truth about my experience..ps. the young lady said that the Maserati that you pushed her behind was done with great care! Why didnt my $4,000+ $300 tip cash not evoke the same customer service??

Took very good care of me and my vehicle. I contacted wrap zoo and got a stage 3 ceramic coating on my M5. I must say my vehicle has never looked so nice! Quality service at a great price.

I got a honda accord wrapped here and it came out really nice. Its fire now. I notice its easier to maintain as well and the girls dont mind such an exotic looking paint job. But its a wrap not paint. Price was best around. And the guys there are really helpful and didnt try to rip me off. They worked inside my budget. Rich mans look on a poor mans budget.vthanks Andrew. Also they were informative and helped me understand every step. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again yall. I appreciate it.
