I recently bought a 2012 Corvette and it had a few issues with the paint: water stains, scratches. Marcus did a FANTASTIC job in getting it to a 10/10 again. He communicated really well about the process, products, and methods. To me, he is Dr. Detail! And Latrina in the office was terrific as well. I will be using again!

This is the second time I have been canceled on last minute by this service. Today I was told that someone else would come and detail my car. No one else came. Just unprofessional.I would give ZERO stars if possible. Avoid this service.

Marcus Ceasar is one of the most polite individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. I have been a customer of his for a few years now and each time he impresses me even more. I have used other well known drive-thru car washes, as well as other professional auto detailers; however, Marcus has shown me what an actual professional is, when it comes to the art of detailing. Though he will do whatever the customer wants, Marcus is capable of so much more. On the day of your appointment, Marcus maintains communication with the customer regarding arrival time, and in the event he is running behind from his prior appointment, he is quick to contact the customer so they are aware, even if only a 15 min delay. On the day of my appointment, he came to my house to take a look at my car as he had not had a chance to wash my current car since it was purchased earlier in the year (2020). Upon arrival, he jumped right into giving me a free estimate, where he noted (in detail) every imperfection he saw, and what he could do to not only fix said imperfection, but also what he could do to protect my car in different ways to protect my car for a year(s), depending on the package I would prefer. He taught me what not to do to refrain from my trim looking splotchy, and my fiber glass looking scratched. The most impressive part about Marcus is his intelligence and brilliant ability to provide the actual science behind each treatment he offers. He is the real deal. Additionally, I recently learned he has relationships with some of the luxury dealerships, which has allowed him the opportunity to see the business of detailing from multiple facets. Marcus isnt the one to cut corners, or to speed detail if the sun is going down. There have been a couple of times, Marcus has continued working his magic after the sun has gone down, with lights shining on my car to get the job done, as promised. To put int simply, Marcus offers packages that make your vehicle look BETTER than when it was brand new, straight off the lot. In addition to Marcus, he has a wonderful associate by the name of Queenie. Queenie, just like Marcus, is professional, so kind, and more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Marcus offers a variety of detailing services. So if youre not looking to spend a lot of money, he offers detail packages as little as $50 all the way up to $400. And just when you think it cant get any better, Marcus also offers paint correction packages to really take the quality of your vehicle to another level. I cannot sing the praises of Marcus and the Luxury Auto Spa team loud enough to give them the credit they deserve. AWESOME quality and they accept multiple different forms of payment to assist their customers.
