Dont waste your time calling, they wont do anything. Placed a call in January and again in March regarding a dog on a chain who was being neglected. The dog died last week. It took the owners 3 days to come outside and check on it only to find it dead. They dug a hole and buried it. Their other dog just had puppies and and are outside, 3 days old, crying all night. Im sure these will die as well. Its a crying shame that NO ONE in Pulaski Co will help with animals. I thought thats what they were paid for. Pretty sickening and extremely sad!!

The people who work here are lazy and incompetent! I waited 3 weeks for animal control to pick up a stray dog and they never came! I ended up taking the dog to them!

Called for assistance with dogs that are starving. The person answering the phone informed me they would not provide assistance. These are not my dogs and dont know the owners. Asked for ASPCA number and was told they dont give that out.

I dont own any dogs but let me make it clear they hire people who abuse animals. A neighbors dog by the name of sadie (husky) in her yard and the van pulls up and the guy slams her with the non loop end of the pole and proceeds to kick her quite a few times. I speak up and the guy says mind your own business before I call the cops to handle you. I start recording the guy realizes this and he quickly leaves and leaves the dog. I go into the house and he creeps back and brutalizes her again and puts her in the truck flipping my wife off when she looks out the window reported in 2017. Never was even apologized to.A vicious dog in the neighborhood a mix breed doberman. It has mauled an elderly lady. It has attacked a neighbor. Has tried to attack me because I walked out my front door. They wont do a damn thing.

Ive lived in my house for six months and they cant seem to remember to pick up my trash. I have to call every Monday to tell them they did not pick up - AGAIN!! Maybe I will get a pick up by Wednesday. This is the problem with government run businesses. I would love to have some competitition out there. I would so fire them to get a responsible company that wanted my business. How hard can this possibly be???So frustrated and tired of being nice

I call the sanitation department to advised them that one of there department personal have came inside my property and picked up my trash cans. I advised the lady on the phone that they have came in, inside my property ( i have surveillance video ) and took my trash cans. Lady on the phone said that they do not come inside peoples property is against there rules. Lady on the phone had no info or knew anything about what I was saying , all she could explain to me was that she did not know why someone will take them, that the dep. does not have a work order for my property and that they did not have a u-haul like truck, I said mam it was a white truck that looked some what like it, not that it was. I advised the lady that I was not sure because the truck did not come in my property only the dep. guy that picked up my trash cans. Lady was a little rude getting upset, like I was lying about the department taking my trash cans.(really).The Lady just did not care that I was trying to explain to her that I pay for my service and if it was a mistake I understand ,but the dep. guy went inside my property and took my trash cans. It is not a big deal but when they tell you that it might take 3 days so they can get a trash can(s) back to my property I was just not happy. My service has been paid. IT is YOUR mistake and it should be handle asap. I guess they think we are gonna to wait to make trash until they can get me a trash can, and have bags and bags waiting patiently for them to bring me a trash can in 3 days. I give one start because I never had any problems but it just not fair to wait 3 days.

We rescued a little dog from the pulaski county animal services. We had our lexie for several years. She was wonderful. Unfortunately we lost her last august. When i adopted her they were very willing to give advice and help. I would certainly do it all over. Maybe soon i will. Keep up the good work.

We have had a problem with dogs and have called multiple times. The cops were even called by neighbors because of the dog. Most times animal control never comes out or if they do they just leave the dogs running around. Its ridiculous. I cant even walk my dogs or let my kids play outside without having to worry about the dogs.

My trash is picked up on Wednesdays and Ive been calling for a week because my trash wasnt picked and all they do is give me a run around. I was told that they my trash wasnt out on curb which is a lie sit my trash out the night before and when my trash wasnt picked up I left it on the curb because it was full. Every week Im having to call because someone DONT want to do their JOB🤬🤬🤬🤬.
