Brand new truck. I said I wanted paint protection and the left off the largest area exposed because it wasn’t a “fender or a hood”. That’s BS. You look at the picture and tell me if it should be protected. He said they could do it next week for another $100.Go somewhere else, these guys can’t be bothered to do it right the first time.

I would highly recommend this place to anybody that needs to get their vehicle windows tinted. Donovan did an outstanding job in a very timely manner and the tint quality is remarkable. He did an outstanding job on my wifes brand new Honda Pilot, she was very impressed. I have had a lot of windows tinted over the years from several places across town. This was by far my best experience ever!

I brought my 2020 Ram in for front end paint protection and they left out doing the front end.No, Im not kidding. We talked about it, I showed him what I wanted done and they left out the front end.

After my window broke on my Volvo s60, I purchased a new one and thought I needed it tinted. After being recommended by Ming to take my new window to Tint Masters, Chris (very candidly) explained to me that I didnt need to tint my new window to match the others on my car because the tint had faded over the years. I was impressed with his honesty. It wasnt till later that I ended up doing business with them. Since that first impression, I have decided I will return to Tint Masters for all my future tinting needs.

I had an appointment and the morning of I got a voice mail that he was sick and would call later to reschedule the appointment. I waited for a few days and never got a call back, tried to call them a couple of times and could not get an answer. He also said that he prefers payment in cash when I made the appointment, seemed a bit fishy. I can only review the lack of service that I received. At this point I would not use them now!

Donovan does really high quality work and does an excellent job of explaining what the different films are and what kind you need for your vehicle. Tintmasters is the only place I will go to from now on.
