Cant rate the quality of work but their customer service is really unprofessional. I had an appointment but since someone walked in right before me, they said they were gonna do his car first. Even though I waited 20 minutes for the guy to get to the shop.Then they told me mine would take about six hours. When I told them I couldnt wait that long, the guy said hell do it in two. That was still a bit too long for me since I dont live in town, so I said Id pass. He got really mad and started saying goodbye, dont waste my time. DONT waste my time in an aggressive tone.Thats not how you treat anyone. He probably saw I was younger than him and took advantage of the situation. If he was mature, he would of understood that thats part of business. Its never gonna go perfectly your way. I wasted my time as well driving there and waiting for him to get to the shop. But I didnt complain, thats how things are sometimes. He acted as if it never happens. Definitely would stay away just for that reason.

With many tint options available in the city, I was a little overwhelmed at where to take my car for tinting. Some independent research and then affirmation by personal recommendations and talking to Chris at The Tint Shop, I was sold. Chris talked me through the whole process and never once acted like he was too busy to answer questions, and I asked a lot of questions. He never tried to upsell me on anything (though I did upgrade to the ceramic film). He was the consummate professional. And their work speaks for itself. The windows look great and should last a very very long time. They sell only quality 3M products (which are on well appointed displays in the lobby). If youre looking for a tint place, I highly recommend The Tint Shop. Call Chris and you wont be disappointed.

Excellent experience! I bought my first brand new car, and wanted to protect as much of it as I could. I knew I wanted 3M tint, the hood film and door edge guards. Keith made recommendations that I hadnt even thought of such as fender coverage, covering door handle cups (which I had noticed before, your keys and fingernails really scratch up that area), and mirror protection. I had all of these things done, for a phenomenal price, in one day. I dropped it off at 9am, and picked it up at 5. Keith was super helpful in explaining my warranties, and how to care for my tint. Id say my 17 Fusion had a pretty good 2 month birthday! Its so slick looking, I wish I could add a photo to my review!

Not a single bad review for this company speaks for itself.The Tint Shop is just plain fantastic!I had them tint 4 windows in my house last year to help reduce heat from the sun shining in.They did such an amazing job, I had them come back and do 2 more.The quality of their work is by far the best Ive ever seen in a tint shop.The only downside is that they are so small of a shop, you have to schedule out for over a month in advance, but it is worth it for the quality of the finished job.Their prices are very fair, especially for the quality of 3M tint they use.Highly recommended and will definitely have them redo my vehicles tint too when the time comes.

I would highly recommend The Tint Shop! We had them tint our windows and apply the paint protect film on our truck, and we could not be happier! I would gladly pay a bit more for better quality, and better service. Dont shop around you, this is the place to go!

I have had several vehicles tinted by The Tint Shop. I could not have been more pleased and 4 years later, the tint still looks brand new. They also frosted a window at my house to keep my dogs from barking at every thing that walked by. Its been a month and it solved the problem! This was the first time i ever had tint on my car and i love it, the tint shop did a perfect job tinting my windows. I looked around at different tinting places and tried gp-customs and they quoted me a price of 195 and thats what they were suppose to do the tint for so apparently that wasnt the right price because they made up every excuse not to tint my windows like one guy said my windows were to round or they didnt have enough hands to do the job! Well the tint shop had my car in and out with no problem and no complaints, the tint shop is a real shopand i recommend anybody who wants there ride to look nice and keep it cool during those hot summer days.

Attempted to book an appointment to get car windows tinted. Was told a saturday appointment cant be done as they have more important work to do elsewhere. Business is listed as open on saturdays, mabee they should change that. Left messages and did not receive return calls. When they finally did answer the phone they acted insulted that I inquired if an appointment was available in 4 days. They are booked solid for weeks with no available appointments. I called their competitor who was reccomended by the local chevy dealer. The competitor answered the phone promptly and got me an appointment in 4 days.
