Top notch company. This is my second vehicle that has been tinted by this company. Great people at the desk and service. They clean up their mess and gave me instructions on what to do. What more can you ask for. They told me 45 minutes and I was done in less then 20. We scheduled an appointment then same day and they made room for me. I would say more but my fingers hurt from texting. Great job guys!!!!

The tint on my windows looks good but I am very disappointed in their service. First, they quoted me a much lower price on the phone. Then they were trying to show their shop guy how to drive manual with my vehicle, which is not the time or place, especially when he tries to reverse in 4th gear. After much frustration they finally just let me drive it out of the shop. Lastly, I understand you have to use water to tint windows but once I got into my car there was water inside the door panels, inside of switches, dripping from the seats, and coming out of the door speakers. They could at least clean up after themselves or put a towel down. Happy with how the tint looks but unhappy with the manner in which they left my vehicle.

These guys did great with my car. A really quick turn around and they scheduled me in within a week. Ive been using ProTint for a little over 27 years. Had tried a couple others early on, but John and his team are absolutely the best! The first thing my family, (and many of my friends), does after a vehicle purchase is to make that ProTint appointment! Window tinting is important for several reasons, once youve made that decision, go to THE best.

First they called and told me they didn’t have my keys, they were lost, they then called back and told me they made a mistake and did all of the windows at 5% and asked what I wanted to do. They were only supposed to do 2 windows at 35%, I told them I wanted 2 windows at 35%, they said I could pick it up the next day. I finally told them to take it off and I would pick it up and go somewhere elseWhen I arrived they handed me my keys and said it was a crazy day and walked away, no apology or sorryTerrible business and completely in organized

I recently purchased tints from Pro tint for my new Beetle. The effect is a cooler car. Cooler looking car too. ;) Significantly less glaring sun rays getting in my eyes. Safety feature indeed! Ever drive with the low sun blinding you? Exhausting isnt it? Pro-Tints help me see. :)This is my second set of tints from Pro Tint. I had them on my last Beetle. The tints definitely help preserve my car. Less UV damage. No bubbling or peeling. Just cool dark windows and windshield.The service is friendly. I made an appointment at Pro-tint to have my wifes car windows tinted for her birthday. I called the day of the appointment to let John know that I was running late. John said not to worry he would stay open late if need be to get the job done. I arrived after closing time and John was waiting for me just as he said. John personally tinted the vehicle and invested his own time and efforts to make my wifes birthday perfect, even though I was late for my appointment. Its a huge testimony to Johns character as a professional businessman that he cares about his customers. John took the time to give me detailed information about the warranty, product and services that Pro-tint would provide. Had my c300 Mercedes tinted all around.. Great customer service, guy actually skipped his lunch break to get it done, so i dont have to wait too long. The tint looks awesome and I have a life time warranty on it. cost about $230 but definitely worth it. I waited a while before giving them a review because I wanted to see if there would be any problem, its been about 3 months and it looks brand new every time i clean it.. Great place! he helped by guiding me how dark and why i should get my car tinted. Highly Recommended.

Ben going to this place for all my cars more than 5, ask for discount they say nope, and when they tint my last one the guy told me o if you come during the week we can give you discount just unfeare place. Im taking my cars to other place.Dis was the charge on Saturday $250.00 for 7 windows.And $150.00 price for same car during the week.Its not fair to me, maybe to some one but not me.🤯🤯🤬🤬🤬. I hope other places will be fair.

I highly recommend going to the pros for tinting or accessories for your vehicle. They do amazing work and treat you fair on prices. I frequently take my vehicles to Pro Tint for all my work. Took my car back after spending over 400 to get it tinted because the tint was very uneven on the passenger window. They had it an additional 3 hours and re did the passenger window and its worse than before. Been over a week and there are still bubbles on one window that dont seem to be going away. Super disappointed in this place! And I am going back to have them fix the tint again!

They did a fantastic job! Absolutely nothing wrong with what they did. They told me a time that I would be done, and guess what? They were done a few minutes before they said. They cost is extremely reasonable for having a PROFESSIONAL do it. Highly recommend Pro Tint.

They should change the name to Amateur-Tint. The so called warranty doesnt mean anything. I went in a week after installation with large bubbles in the back and specks of dirt trapped under the visor strip. Brandon who works behind the counter was extremely courteous and nice, but unfortunately this shop is run by John Strahm. John didnt feel that the bubbles and specks were noticeable enough for them to replace because theyre so busy all the time. He also refused to set me up with another Saturday appointment (knowing I work weekdays and can only do Saturdays). I even told him it didnt matter how far out the appointment was, I just needed to set up one on a Saturday. He told me that they are completely busy every Saturday from this day out. So if you buy here thinking your warranty will cover bubbles and incorrect installation, beware. If John thinks its not worth the effort to make sure the customer is happy, he wont do it. The best part was walking out to my car and noticing that they tried to cover up the bubbles by taking a sharpie and drawing on the outside of my windshield. Hey genius, now I have a big black spot I can see instead of a white bubble. Avoid this place like the plague. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

So after being recommended to Pro Tint from a local dealership I went online and read the reviews first so I could knowledgeably talk to Pro Tint and ask questions that need to be asked. So once I called Pro Tint John answered and started to ask a couple of questions and he stated that he did not know how to put this but I would be too problematic of a customer and he does not want to do my new vehicle and I needed to go somewhere else. The question that made him say this was who decides what is acceptable and not acceptable when it comes to bubbles or dirt under the tint? I will let you decide if that was a fair question and I would never recommend this place to anyone and the dealership will get a copy of this review as well. Thank you as always to ALL the reviewers that came before me.

I had my windows Tinted in Wyoming and that company skipped out on doing the Small Pocket Windows on the front saying it wasnt Possible to do it.. I was in Lincoln for work and walked next door from the hotel Im staying at to Pro-Tint and asked them about it... Without even hesitating the Gentleman at the front asked me for details about my car and pre-cut the little triangles for me and got me taken care of.... I really appreciate it!

Went in got tint put on , where they separate the window and the door panel there is a small cut. Called them to inform them and the owner quickly responds oh we didnt do that... On top of they didnt cut the tint correctly and now I have to go back and spend who knows how much of my own time. Take before and after pictures like I did or they will try to get you.Went back today and the guy was rude and said well bring it back get the tinted fixed and its gonna be a while. No apologies or nothing.

Professional customer service, excellent product, and superb result. I gave them quite a bit of a hassle and they were very willing to work with me to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Pro Tint was willing to have me drop my vehicle of after hours, with a key to unlock the doors. However, the next day when they attempted moving the vehicle the alarm went off because the vehicle had been locked with the key fab. Pro Tint simply gave me a call and explained the situation and requested I bring them the key fab soon and they would get it done yet that day. Wallah! They had it done before the end of that business day, and I was good to go! Hurray Pro Tint. Highly recommend them for all your window tinting needs!!

I got my windows tinted here and after the drying time (3-5 days) there were still some spots on my rear window that didnt turn out. When I took my car in to ask about it, Mr. S, the owner, was very curt and told me there was nothing that could be done. He never offered to fix the problem. After consulting with another tinting place, I was informed about the trouble with the dot matrix area of the window. I went back a second time to ask Mr. S about it, he just argued with me for 20 minutes. He talked down to me a basically told me that I was stupid because I didnt like the job that was done. Terrible customer service. Mr. S just wanted to fight with me and he made me feel awful. I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to hopefully get the issue resolved. Dont take your business here if you are a woman or if there is a chance they could mess up. Pro Tint wont fix it.

Traveled an hour and 45 mins to get my windows tinted, but it was totally worth it! The guys there did awesome! Not to mention super friendly and welcoming! Also since I had to wait, I enjoyed the comfy couches and tv! Defiantly going back when I need my next vehicle tinted!

Tint job looks great and didnt take longe.

They assaulted and verbally harassed us. Do not do business with these people. My dad and I went to discuss the price of the job they did ($60 for a mirror tint). My dad had done business with them in the past and got a total of $40 for two mirrors. The $60 one they did had many bubbles on it. When discussing, the man behind the counter got angry and started to verbally harass us. He threatened to kill me and my father. He stepped past the counter and squared up with me and pushed me. This is no way to run a business when you use physical and verbal assault. Horrible service. Worst of them all. Never work with this company.

I got my 1996 Grand Ams windows tinted at Pro-Tint almost two years ago, and the film is just as nice as it was when I first got it done. There are no bubbles, and it keeps my car much cooler than it was without the tinting. The customer service was great, and it only took a couple hours before I got my car back. I am more than happy with my experience at Pro-Tint, and will deffinately get other cars I buy in the future tinted there as well. I highly recommend that anyone who wants their car tinted to get it done at Pro-Tint.

Pro Tint has an excellent value for the services offered. I was impressed with the cost and product selection. The warranty is great and very thorough in explaining dos and donts after the window tint install. My vehicle looks sharp and I know my interior, and those traveling inside, will be protected from the sun. 5th or 6th car weve had done here, great service and quality everytime.. the receptionist was super friendly and called us as soon as our vehicles were ready. With the rain weve had I was worried it would affect their work on my windows, they assured me how to care for it if something happened and to come right in if there was an issue and they would take care of it! No issues with peeling or bubbling on any windows, even the car that was done 8 or 9 years ago.

Terrible customer service. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, after getting an estimate the week before, I was greeted by whom I assumed was the manager, John. He began by telling me tinting my camper windows was a pain in the a** multiple times and that the guy who did the quote didnt know anything, because off 4 easily removable screens. It was obvious that he didnt want to do the job. He told me that the camper job would be nearly 3x the original quote offering no concessions. Needless to say the other tinting on the truck became irrelevant. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone, as there are other options. The guy behind the counter was very nice and helpful, but management was terrible.

I was quoted 179.00 plus tax for all windows on my car to be tinted by the owner, he told me it would be done next day so i call next day right before closing didnt want to rush them. He then went back on his word and said no it wont be done for another day. Then tells me i need a new back window reason he gave was they couldnt get the old tint off so now the new price he decided on is 450.00 I said stop all work on my vehicle i will be there tomorrow to pay for the driver and passenger window tint they did. When i got there in the morning he got hostile and said he is keeping my car untill i pay the 450.00 his new made up estimate so i called the police to ask if its legal for this Jerk to keep my car their answer was No it is illegal for any business to hold anyones car for any reason they actually said the law states i didnt have to pay a dime to him reason being its now a civil matter him deciding to keep my car is STEALING. So in the end I just wanted my car and to get the Hell out of the Pro-TInt SCAMMERS shop with half a Tint job for 184.00 dollars Worse place of business ive ever encountered rude foul language and a thief that sent me off with his full payment and i got half a tint job on my car. You decide if you would like to go through such an easy fix and get totally ripped off.

By far the WORST tint job and WORST customer service I have ever seen!! I made the mistake of paying for it before I inspected it. A complete piece is missing in the corner on the front passenger window and one of the small back side windows did not go all the way to the edge leaving a visable gap. When I pointed it out to the owner he was angry with me for complaining about it and actually told me that it was MY fault, because when i came back to pick it up it wasnt actualy ready yet. YEP HE BLAMED ME! Funny how it was ready enough for him to hand me the keys and take my money. When I said I could bring it back tomorrow for him to fix I was told NO! He said once it left the lot he wouldnt touch it because it was tint over tint. So then I just said fine just take some money off for the one window and Id call it good. He the owner said NOPE IM NOT DOING THAT EITHER. When I said I knew I should have inspected it better before I paid, his resonse was YEP!! I will also be reporting this place to the BBB!

Really disapointed in my tint. I walk out of the shop and realized there were some bubbles but didnt mind it since the owner said the bubbles should go away in a week. (keep in mind it was my first tint) I went to the shop today and instantly the owner said there is no way that left his shop and went on and on, saying i had rolled down the windows creating these air bubbles. Wich is not true what so ever! So if you decide to get your windows tinted, make sure you have the owner come outside and inspect anything your not sure about!

I had my windows tinted by pro tint in the summer of 2013 by the fall of 2013 the drivers side window started to peel. The four times i have tried to get to redeem my 5 year warranty, they have told me that I would have to leave car there 2-8 hours. Besides the poor quality, they might have the worst customer service I have ever received. They will hang up the phone while you are still talking. I have had someone pick up the phone saying Yeah, what did you want?. That is not how your run a business, you are providing a service.THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

Ive taken several vehicles here. This last time I got a quote and quoted me way less than they charged me. The service took multiple hours longer than they said and wasted most of my day. I will take my business elsewhere and not recommend pro tint to others anymore.
