I have ordered several roll off dumpsters from them, the driver is friendly and is very good at what he does!

Apparently no one is in the office at 5 AM but all their trash people can be out dumping trash at 4 am around residential areas, then you can’t call and complain. I’ve complained before and the company doesn’t care about anyone but their money.

I have tried politely to contact this company & jake, as one of their drivers drove over one of our extension cords while we were on a job site back in June. Their truck picking up the dumpster in the driveway broke our 12g extension cord. I have tried to contact them about replacement of the cord but they have been ignoring my text messages & calls. Just trying to get someone to respond.

Ive had American Refuse in two different neighborhoods now and their service has always been excellent. Ive also ordered roll off dumpsters and they accommodated my rush schedule! Their customer service is second to none.

They provide really solid service. Fast reply back through the email. As long as you reach them through the phone line. They will take care of your problems. I like the way they help out customers.

Very great service, I especially love there yard waste prices. Very reasonable and always show up on time and sometimes gets my yard waste early with my trash. Very satisfied with American Refuse!

They were great when I had service, but now that I cancelled they won’t stop charging me. I had set up automatic payments with them years ago. They are still charging me every month even though they have picked up their can and I have service with another company. I have left numerous messages to try to get them to stop charging me and refund me for the last 6 months that I haven’t had service.
