Am from out of town and the staff was friendly and kind. Great facility to have available. Visited the brush pile and the transfer pit. The paved road was a plus. Keep up the good work.

The staff there are always nice. We go there when we have extra trash, that our refuse service won’t take. As long as you follow the law (secure large items and cover), they are sure to let you in. It can also be helpful to read the posted sign and have your money ready to go. You pay by the type of vehicle and type of items.

Very unorganized and managed poorly. It doesn’t make sense to dump clean dirt with the pile of shingles. I almost always get at least one nail in a tire when I take a load there. But just last week in one trip I got 3 tires with multiple nails and leaks, and my trailer also got a flat. There were literally hundreds of nails covering every square foot in the area, boards with nails sticking strait up in the road, and frustrating cause that’s the only place to dump dirt. The city should get a better spot to dump dirt separate from shingles, or invest in a magnet and at least pick them up. I understand they can’t get them all but I saw them everywhere on the ground. 2-3 years ago it was not like this. I’m tired of fixing or replacing my tires.

Been here 4 or 5 times recently. Attendants are nice and answer questions in person or over the phone and give instructions/expectations upfront. Price isn’t great but pretty reasonable overall.

The staff here have never been rude to me. Ive been here many Tims and theyve always been friendly and helpful.If you find staff are treating you poorly, youre probably giving them a reason for it.

Very rude staff. My load was legal without securement according to section 8.32.070 PER LINCOLN PD! And she said it had to be secured. I secured it and she said I was copping an attitude and refused to let me drop off. Went to the main landfill and was told to go back. Went back and apparently she was called by the main landfill and told to let me in. Ridiculous. If she is helping enforce the law than she needs to be educated on what the law is. The other people there were also treated with rudeness. Spoke to my neighbor, same story. Coincidence? Nope.

Never a hassle and I always seem to have extra junk to bring to the dump. Much less expensive if you haul your own instead of hiring someone to do it for you ( outside of normal trash delivery)

Ive found personnel at the transfer station to be very helpful at all times. Its especially helpful to be able to call their office ahead of time to see what manners of disposal are available.

They are always very helpful and efficient.

EMPLOYEES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN NICE AND HELPFUL EVERY TIME I HAVE GONE. MAYBE IF CUSTOMERS ARE NICE TO THE EMPLOYEES THEY WILL BE PLEASED TO HELP YOU.
