Rude, hung up on when called. Definitely do not recommend. Person is super unprofessional. Wouldnt even use as a last resort.

If I could give no stars I would. When we called the man we spoke with was very rude and eventually hung up on me. He was distracted while speaking with me and wouldn’t even listen to our location before he said “listen lady....” and hung up. I don’t think this is anyway to run a business or speak to customers. He definitely made a difficult situation much worse. I would never recommend this towing service.

The gentleman called me and made arrangements for a somewhat complicated tow. He was kind, friendly, and very efficient. He went out of his way to make certain I did to need to stand in the cold and he was courteous in helping others in my garage who were blocked by the proceedings.

#1 IN MY BOOK!! Todds Towing came to my rescue when I got my Jeep stuck in the mud out in the country. Todd and his crew brought out his flatbed and his tow truck within 30 minutes! He was very careful with my Jeep and he was concerned about making sure I made it back into town safely. He not only got me out of a bad situation but gave me a lift back into town so I didnt have to arrange a ride. His professional service, exceptional care with my property and price will have me calling Todd and his crew every time I need a tow on any of my vehicles!

This is the WORST possible company you can call to get a tow; DO NOT DO IT. Not only are the drivers some of the most rude, disgusting people i have met in my life, (and i work at a female corrections center), they complained the whole time about how much of a hassle it was to tow my car. When i called to get my car towed the last time, they said it was so much work, that they preferred that i go through another company. If you give these guys business, you might as well bend over and hold on for dear life.

Completely disrespectful! Uses truck as a personal vehicle when visiting Homestead Rehab and double parks in the handicap spots. Have had them tow me before, after waiting 6 hours just to have them damage my friends bumper and refused to pay for it.

There is a Todds towing in another city that is a big company with a lot of drivers, and their reviews end up here sometimes, but make no mistake, Todds of Lincoln has great service. Todds towing of Lincoln is just Todd, and I used him for the second time last night. Hes a great guy, and shows up when he says he will, and goes the extra mile. He was in the shower when I called, and told me it would take half an hour, and half an hour later, he pulled up. He dropped me off one place, so I could get home, and dropped my van at the repair shop. The whole experience was about as pleasant as can be when you are in the unpleasant situation of having a breakdown. I highly recommend him, and will never use anyone else.

Very rude employee. All he wanted to do was complain the entire time. Instead of changing my flat he just wanted to tow me. I told him to stop arguing with me and I would just find someone else to take care of my flat.

I wish there was an option to give 10 stars! I cant say enough about Todds Towing. My nephew broke down 6 blocks away from our house today and needed to move his car to my place. Not only were they friendly but they were very considerate about the trip charge for such a short distance tow. I will always use Todds in the future and will direct others toward their business.
