I can not say enough good things about Robbie and RBC Towing! My mom was in Lincoln and got a flat tire. She has never had to deal with something like this with out my dad before so she was kind of freaking out. Robbie came out and helped get her a new tire and got her back on the road. He was so nice and polite to her and made her feel at ease in a situation where she had no clue what to do. You never want to be in a situation where you need a tow, but if you are I would without a doubt recommend RBC Towing!

This place is run by perhaps the worst example of a human that I have ever met in my entire life. They have the contract for I55 so god bless you if you ever break down in their zone and you have to deal with these vile creatures. Horrendous people overall...

Do not ever use this guy? horrible. not only is he rude and downright mean, but he charges 3x what others charge. plus he doesnt tell you what his fees are upfront. i learned the hard way not to deal with him. wish i could give zero stars.

I hit a dear on a Sunday night he towed my car. Was very friendly and helpful.

Change their prices! They also held my car extra long to collect extra money from my insurance company! They are scammers and extremely rude and very unprofessional!

$495 to get my brothers motorcycle out that was only in there a night, then a 65 dollar fee to use a credit card! He was also very rude! I would not of called this company on my own, but since cops were involved this is who they called?

Wow, is all I can say. This guy is such a tool, its no wonder why hes in the car business. One of the rudest and condescending person, Ive had the unfortunate experience with speaking to in a long time. I feel him and the local police department must have some type of private agreement because no sensensible person would ever choose this company. I would rather push my car ten miles before calling rbc towing. You have been warned. The other comments and reviews are being to polite, for such a tool this guy really is.

SO RUDE! I called asking a simple question and I got nothing but rude sass and remarks. Then, I had accidentally called again thinking that it was another company and he had snapped at me because I called already. I would had respect for them if they did not have the answer that I would like; but the lack of good customer service and disrespect is ridiculous.

He said 4. I waited. Was told 45 minutes. I waited. I was told 15 more. I waited. He said he was on a tow. He pulls in in a Cadillac and calls me a woman. It threw me at first I wasnt sure it was real. He proceeded to be extremely rude and act like a bit of a bully. I didnt have photo id, I couldnt get my things out of my car. Fine, rules are rules, but the way he spoke to me and my father after making us wait for so long is completely unacceptable. Today I call. It is a 24 hour 7 day a week business. he does not want to be bothered to come to the office. Go anywhere do anything else other than call this guy.

If I could put -10 stars I would! This company is crooked and the man is extremely rude! He stole from our car, he broke the axle by hooking up his chain to pull it out of the ditch to the axle, and the battery was dead when we picked up the car! He also used our cellphones that were in the car! We plan to take them to court!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Very rude and price gouged us. Charged us twice as much as anyone else and said next time it would double!

Called to ask pricings and he wasn’t a COMPLETE rude a**. Do NOT go through him. Price is bogus, also.
