We were stranded on the side of the road on a Friday evening, the weekend of Superbowl Sunday, and thankfully they took great care of us. On our drive from Florida to Wyoming, it was freezing outside and we were very appreciative for the great service after the longest couple of days!

Today I needed a tow, and called this company. The driver showed up early got my truck on the trailer, and then got me squared away in under an hour. The drivers name was Chris, and this company is the bomb! They earned their 5 star review.

I was very impressed with the service. The price was over half the price of others in the area. The driver started his shift early to help accomodate the time frame needed. The driver was very professional. Would definitely recommend. I hope to not need the assistance again but if I do I know who I am going to call.

When I went to use VyStar the address online said to go to 3840 touzalin in Lincoln and lettuce to a building that did not have a wife star signage on it and also that is just their office when we actually had to go to 8200 North 56th Street. Which was a very inconvenient first of all. Secondly, we waited for 45 minutes for someone to show up to open up the gate. Luckily the gentleman was quick about his service so thats why I gave two stars instead of just one.

We broke down on the side of the road last night, 35 miles west of Lincoln and NOBODY would make the trip to get our vehicle back to Lincoln except Wiestar. They were so quick and the process was extremely simple. Patrick got it picked up and dropped off at my preferred shop back in Lincoln in a little over an hour from the time of our initial call. The price was also WAY below what we anticipated so that made it so much better.I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for any of our towing needs!

Worst experience I have ever had with a business! My car got towed from my spot in my apartment complex. When I went to pick up my car they informed me that it was because I had no parking sticker. I unlocked my car and found my sticker in the backseat of my car. Then they got rude. They told me they could do nothing, and that it would be $205 cash only. They continued to be rude, and tell us that we were wasting their time. We paid the amount because the conversation was going nowhere.THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US A RECEIPT or any documentation of the towing.We called their main manager to complain about how we were treated. We were then told thats just their personalities.SHOCKEDAPPALLED

Needed my bmw towed to quick and cheap. prices were great and won’t break your bank! randy did an amazing job pulling my car out of my driveway without damaging anything due to my car sitting somewhat low! i will always give wiestar a call when i need a tow anywhere!

They gave me the worst case estimate over the phone (which was still pretty reasonable given the circumstances) and ended up charging quite a bit less than quoted.

My vehicle was towed from an improperly marked lot in downtown Lincoln. Called at 4:45 to let them know we would be at the lot within the hour. Called back at 5:22 to let them know we would be there in 5 minutes. Called back at 5:42 to find out where they were, and I was told driver was on his way. Called back at 6:04 told again that the driver was on the way. The driver finally showed up at 6:10 pm with another vehicle in tow. Apparently, they had to finish towing another vehicle. The person answering the phone was not the tow truck driver. Very poorly ran business. The tow fee was outrageous as well and cash only.

I own an automotive repair shop and have been using Wiestar Towing for 14 years. I work on ALOT of very expensive, modified cars. I will only trust Wiestar Towing to tow for me. I know I can call and the vehicle will get to me in the same condition it was loaded up in.

Brian was rude. His driver was rude / aggressive. They damaged the vehicle and didnt care. Charged crazy amounts. Predatory terrible business. Pretty much Brian and his team are swindlers just looking to make a buck of anyone they can

Horrible customer service, the driver was an ass to me and wouldn’t explain anything, wouldn’t give a receipt, told me cash only and that he didn’t have an atm only after i showed up. The tow lot is sketchy and completely unmarked. Price was unfair as well. This business should be illegal.

Predatory towing and giant extortion fee!My friend accidentally parked in a private lot. The signs in the lot were falling down and banged up and hard to see. They charged a ridiculous fee to retrieve the vehicle. The lot in question wasnt servicing any establishment what-so-ever, it existed purely to tow cars and extort money from would-be parkers.This kind of practice should be illegal.Must be nice to get paid to do nothing.

I have had Bryan and his guys help me a few times. Price was fair. I have used other towing places and did not have good luck. Would send everyone I know to them.

They were supposed to pick up my car a day before. Showed up the next day, knocked on my door. All the guy said was keys I asked why they didnt pick up my car yesterday, the response was Were here today. And he walked off.
