I have a collision near to Lincoln Nebraska...I call Always Towing, the Owner come by checking my situation... because I. Lost my rear right axel while I was driving in the Freeway, I was very scary alone with my grandson... they help me alot not just with great prices. But with kindness from him, without knowing us in middle of not where He direct me to the near motel, took me with a great mechanic, in fact hes a great person with a great heart. If you are near take a moment to know the great people that work for Him amazing, nice!! People, that was my experience!!

The man I spoke to was so nice and understanding. He helped me get a key made, he was fast, on top of being the cheapest place in town. They deserve the 5 stars for sure

Their drivers are one of the most reckless drivers in the towing industry. Their drivers need to be more cautious. One of their tow drivers tried swerving into our lane. Instead of being safe and trying to avoid any wrecks he purposely swerved into my lane a second time and I have video proof.

I live at Ashley Square Apartments which is serviced by this company. The driver arrived after dark and went about his duties checking stickers with a flashlight. This was not immediately apparent as his truck was not in view and he yelled at me “Wanna say something? Wanna say something?” When I looked outside to see who was poking around. Highly unprofessional, especially in light of a recent uptick in theft around this complex.

Great service! Even though I had my car towed which was a bad situation from me being parked illegally. Allways helped make it smooth to get my car back. Jeremie was understanding and pleasant. I actually used them to help my roommate tow his car when he broke down the next week!

You have to call for someone to come meet you to get your car out. Had to wait a little while. Staff was pretty friendly tho.

The absolute WORST service ever. They lied about when they were coming. Then they told me Ill be there in less than 10 minutes.... 45 minutes later they still were not there. I called them and they did not answer. I thought I had been stood up and I had to leave. I didnt hear from them until 2 hours after they were supposed to be there. Then the tow driver screamed and cursed at me and called me every name in the book. I had to leave after waiting for them for over an hour(I was on my lunch break). They did show up sometime after I left and they did do the tow out. Then they called me and told me I have to pay $198 before 9 pm or they are calling the police. They told me they were going to do the tow for $125 before I agreed to do it and after they did it they jacked the price way up. I was more than happy to pay for the tow, but they pulled a bait and switch on the pricing, screamed curse words at me and were now threatening me with the police. Absolutely insane. I paid them just to be done with these crazies. There are a lot of towing companies in town, I wouldnt risk doing business with these liars.

I read the reviews before going and a lot of negative reviews have been made so I was nervous about my car and the service I would get. I showed up at the lot and I had to wait for a driver to show up which it’s snowing and cold so I was pretty upset but the wait was only 5-10 minutes. I want to be angry at them but they were extremely kind and quick with service so I can really only be mad at myself for getting towed. Not nearly as bad as service as I thought t would be. Honestly I feel like they were more patient with me than I was with them.

Their trash drivers tried to illegally drive me off the road. Im filling a police report against them.I spoke with the owner and this is the type of company that doesnt deserve your business. There are much better towing companies that your money wont go to crooks trying to drive innocent people off the road just because they drive a big truck.

I don’t usually leave reviews but last week my car broke down in the middle of O street first thing in the morning. I was able to pull into the driveway of a parking garage. I was so upset because it was a new vehicle and I couldn’t believe it broke down. I had no charge on my ph so I called my Dad and asked him to call always because a friend of mine had told me they were reliable, quick and, cheap. My Dad called him and within 5 min I heard someone honking there horn and when I looked over I saw a tow truck and driver smiling and waving. He pulled up to me to tell me he was turning around and and he would get my car where it needed to go. Well I don’t know much about cars but he helped look at my warranty and helped me figure out where it should go. It was nice because he has done business with my car dealership and was able to call and get through to them when I couldn’t. They knew who he was and told him to please take it to the auto repair place he told me they would send it to. It was nice to see he knew what he was talking about and u could tell he had established good working relationships with other people in the car industry. I later found out he was the owner of Allways Towing and I was further impressed with the fact that he personally saw to it that my tow experience was professional from beginning to end. He was quick, knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend Allways towing

I own 2 body shops in Lincoln and we use Allways Towing exclusively for our tow needs. They are courteous, clean and on time. I even keep their number in my phone and have used it several times for other people needing roadside assistance.

Awful place they had to take my information before I got a price after they gave me a price I said I need to send it through my insurance company. They said I needed to pay upfront Then I told them that I could not afford that. I called my insurance company and they contacted a reliable towing place but Always towing had already towed my car before they got here and billed my mechanic so I would have to pay him. I called to ask about it and maybe figure out the solution and he just yelled at me was very rude and did not care because he already had the money in his pocket. DO NOT USE and he billed my mechanic a different price then what he quoted on the phone. You cant trust anyone anymore.

Defrauded us. Our diesel pick up wouldnt start because of the cold (-16). They came with a half charged jump box, spent less than 5 minutes, failed to fix anything and then wanted $40. When we refused to pay for no service, they called the police. The police said that wed have to fight it in court, so apparently in NE its legal to pretend to be a roadside assistance person and not do anything. The dispatcher actually screamed ast 5 my husband telling him he had a piece of s#÷+ truck. The next company, Midwest towing, had no problems, were curteous, and came prepared. Avoid this company at all costs. They will just come out take your money and leave. Would not recommend on any circumstance. Zero stars if I could.

If ever in need of a tow company in Lincoln, Nebraska dont hesitate to call ALLways Towing. One of the nicest people I have ever met!

Called my insurance company to get roadside assistance and got put in contact with Allways towing. I received an update from Allways towing that they would have an ETA of 30 minutes. After approximately 75 minutes I had given them a call. They proceeded to get upset with me. They had then said that they sent a driver and he looked around for 10 minutes trying to find me and I had given them a specified address. She said their driver left since he could not find me but never gave me a call. She proceeded to give me very poor customer service and had also told me my insurance company did not send her my location or number, but I am unsure how that even makes sense if she had sent a driver to my location. I had asked for a manager and she had told me that she is the owner. Very poor customer service from the owner. This women had then transferred me to a man, who I had politely greeted and simply asked why I had received an update who had then said, and I quote, Well I am going to freak the f*** out on you. Unsure why I deserved this sort of treatment from a so called Nebraskas finest towing service. He had then proceeded to curse at me and told me to call my insurance company about this issue so I hung up. I had then called my insurance company to find out which end the issue was on and they have confirmation of the email being sent to Allways towing and that they are the ones who are having the issues. Allways towing had lied to me, cursed at me, and treated me like it was all my fault. Very very poor customer service. They will never be called from me again.

I needed a jump start, and Jeremy was here in less than 10 minutes! That is priceless when you need to go to work. He was like family, fixing the car for near nothing. The truck was something to see as well.

If I could give them a zero I would. Communication is TERRIBLE! You have to blow up their phones just for them to tell you they dont want to work with you after working with your company for MULTIPLE years. Of course it took 5 days to get ahold of them and blowing up their phones to get an answer absolutely terrible!Reply to their reply: They were called MULTIPLE times on the simple fact that they NEVER answer their phone at a reasonable time like a GOOD business would do so. They only told us they wouldnt do business with us after calling multiple times. When it says on their machine If this is an emergency please call again until you get an answer But yet its harassment when you do so. As for the billing I dont take care of billing, corporate takes care of that. We treat our residents with the way we have been told and taught too. They are liars and trying to cover themselves. The owner cursed at me over the phone and all owners agree they are terrible.

I called at 4am needed a tow finally some lady answers who was so rude and informed me that they dont tow at that time in the morning any more than hung up on me. Poor Poor customer sevrvice will never call them again! If you are not doing 24hour towing services any more than i think its time to change your company name to some thing else besides Always Towing! About 2.9 stars from where google rates you not good and i think that is even overrated!

I called ALLways towing around 9:15pm to get a car towed across town and was told the fee would be 55.00 with a 45 minute wait. After a little more than an hour and a half, I called to check on the progress and the operator claimed their driver was on the way. At precisely 11:09pm, the tow driver pulled up and apologized because he had only gotten the call 20 minutes prior due to being stuck in the country for an hour and a half. Livid, I sent the driver home due to the 2 hours of waiting in the cold, sub-40 degree weather.Saturday nights are busy for most businesses, but a simple phone call would have been appreciated especially since the call was made at 9:15pm and the tow driver was not alerted until close to 10:50pm.I called Capital Towing at 11:00pm and at 11:13 their tow truck arrived at my location and I was done with the ordeal by 11:46pm, and their rate was approximately $49.xx. Naturally, any future business will be with Capital Towing.

Terrible company. Called them to jump my truck. They came out with a half charged box, stayed 5 minutes, failed, and then forced me to pay $40 for nothing (literally called the police), calling my truck a piece of s#÷+. I called Midwest towing next and they had me on the road in 10 minutes.

I am handicapped and needed to go somewhere at 1:00 a.m. and discovered one of my tires was flat. Since I could not change it, I called Allways, they dispatched a person to my home. The young man that showed up quickly discovered the tire had a broken valve stem cap which caused the tire to loose all its air, he filled the tire and stayed a little bit to make sure the tire held air. When he was satisfied it was ok we settled up and he left. I am very greatful for getting such an alert and well mannered person. Very happy with this company.

Just needed a tow to automotive shop. Backwoods hillbilly answered...couldnt understand what he was saying. Wanted the tow for next morning, guy said to call back in morning. Called capital towing, scheduled tow for morning with no problems. Dont use always towing!

I highly recommend this company. They were quick to respond, very professional and very reasonably priced.

Awful experience. I always lock my car and engage the ebrake (I have a manual transmission car). When I arrived to pick my car up from the tow yard, my car was unlocked and the ebrake was disengaged. The towing company claimed to have no knowledge of how this happened. The next day, I took my car through the car wash and the top of the door leaked like someone had broken in by prying the door and using something to unlock it. You can tell the place is a joke just by walking into their office. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable towing companies in the area.

Called to complain about a driver breaking the law and was given a call back by the owner calling me a moron who has nothing better to do than cause problems. Businesses like this are the problem with this country. Would rather tie a rope to my car and pull it by hand than use a service that treats safety concerns as a personal attack. As the second person to make this complaint on Google I hope someone does something before this company kills someone due to negligence. Hence the 2 star overall rating

I havent used their service but I encountered an All Ways Towing truck driving recklessly down 70th street who about hit me and another vehicle. Must have been going at least 60 mph in morning traffic. I wouldnt trust them to tow anything with driving like that.

Complete scam. Be aware of parking around the 7th to 9th and Y St to Charleston St. are during football games. The college kids will park you for $10. Then have you towed. Same unprofessionalism as the other reviews. $140. Cash only. Waited for 45 minutes in a back lot at 33rd and Baldwin before driver to arrived to get vehicle. This is not the address of the company when looking up on Google. No lights. No office. No company sign to find the place.

The worst business I have ever encountered in my life. My car was towed because I parked in the driveway behind my car IN MY ASSIGNED Drivway at the apt complex. Somehow they thought it was ok to do so anyways I went the next day to get it out I called the place to get descriptive information of the place and he kept reading me the actual address which I already knew and explained that and he kept repeating the same answer so I hung up. I get there and he comes to me from behind the fence and goes ID? Isaid yes he goes 140 cash? I said I got it then he goes insurance? I go its inside the car OMG it was the strangest convo Ive had I felt like I was selling drugs on the street.

I was towed, by a worker who was rude and very inappropriate and my money was taken for no reason.Around the apartment complex I was at all around the outer edges it was marked guest parking. On both sides of where I was parked it was marked. However in the spot I was located there were no signs anywhere however on the left and right side of me there were signs stating guest parking so I parked there. While I was upstairs coloring my hair, my friend looked out the window and noticed a tow truck by my car. We ran downstairs while yelling at him to stop. At the point, the employee didnt even have my car lifted. It was barely even hooked up. I asked him what he was doing. He stated he was towing me. I asked him why and he said, because I parked where Im not supposed to. I said there are no signs anywhere, except to both sides saying guest parking. He told me he didnt care and that he was towing me. Unless within the next 10 mins I could get someone to the apartments with $140.00 in cash. Otherwise they were taking it in and I would be charged another $15.00 on top of the $140.00. I was furious. I told him he wasnt taking my car anywhere. I called my fiancée to bring me the money since this employee was beyond reasoning, and he wanted to make sure the company was legitimate before I gave him money, and I asked the employee what his name was. He REFUSED to give it to me. I said then what’s your employee number. HE told me B**** I dont have to give you anything! How rude. I said you expect me to let you tow my car, which I owe $10000.00, and you wont give me your name. I said no way! I am not letting someone I dont even know the name of tow my car. He says well you have ten minutes to get some one here or I will be taking your car. I called the towing place and explained to them how there employee was treating me and she didnt care. She also refused to give me her name. When my fiancée got there, he paid him and the employee gave me the clip board to fill out, because of my distrust of this worker, I told him that before he got the clip board back I wanted my car set down. He already has the cash. He said I dont have to take your money and hands it back to my fiancée and says Im just going to take the car. I said NO YOUR NOT you have the cash here is your clipboard now give me my car back. He then put my car down, and called me some foul language and left. It was the most unprofessional towing company I have ever dealt with. I then called the police to report them; however they said there was nothing they could do. The office did go on record saying they are the worst company to deal with and they get complaints on a weekly basis. The drivers are rude, and absolutely the worst people to deal with. Then trying to get the owner on the phone is like pulling teeth! I would NEVER recommend this place!
