The guys are great!!! I have them fertilize and do weed control. Very courteous always clean up extra material that it’s the sidewalk and driveway.

They completed an aeration and overseeding request on short notice. The aeration was was done very thorough and the plugs of dirt that were pulled out were 2 to 3 inches...I will ask for their services again.

Our yard had not been cut this year so it was very tall. They mowed it in two height increments which provided very good mulching of the cuttings. Our yard looks great now. Outstanding job Yardworx!!

We started with Yardworx after a terrible time with another firm whose help literally tore up parts of our lawn. When the owner was notified he said he would come out and make it right for us. He never came out.We were not happy and when we started with Yardworx was on a short leash. That was at least 5 years ago now and we will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Yardworx has done an excellent job mowing and trimming our yard on a weekly basis. I am amazed, as are my neighbors, at how quickly and efficiently they get the job done for a reasonable price. And they do it really well. On top of that, there are little touches that really add to what they do. I have a labrador retriever who sneaks toys outside. The mowers very carefully pick these up and put them out of harms way. In addition, I lost my spouse this spring which cut down on my role of taking care of the yard. They stepped up to do things like pick us stray sticks and trim a broken branch on my lilac tree. For no charge. In short, I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Got a quote from them online for aeration. They showed up on the agreed upon day. I was confused when I got an invoice before the work was done, but they showed up later and did the job. It would have been beneficial if an estimated time can be provided. I thought the price was reasonable and the job done was good. I did not get other quotes and this is the first aeration I have done.

The guys that came to mow were always courteous. If I needed something done, there was never a problem. They did quality work , were quick and never left a mess. They always took a few minutes to play with our dog. Now anytime he hears mowers outside, he thinks its time to play. If a dog likes you, that is the ultimate stamp of approval. Would recommend.

Called and asked about yard pick up for the spring. Leaves/Sticks,etc. They were there that day. They missed some sticks, I called the next day, they were back and picked them up, no questions, no new billing. It was great. Ive recommended these guy to several people and would encourage anyone looking to save some time on your spring yard clean up to give them a call. It was well worth it!

Read the negative reviews on here, they are real. They are poor communicators. I talked with them on the phone and they said they had availability and I told them I would call them back to let them know if I wanted it done for sure. I called later that day and left a voicemail AND sent an email. I asked them to call me to confirm we were all good. I then called them back two days later and left another message. I never did hear back.I get that they are busy and probably lost staff when school started (which is why I gave them two days to respond), but at a certain point you have to respond to people when they are making plans or they have to move on.

I had a reply and estimate within the next day and by that Saturday, the crew was out mowing my lawn--and doing a great job! I thought for sure I would have to mow one last time before they got me in the schedule, but they worked me in immediately.Even with rainy weather, they worked me in the next week late on a Thursday evening and now I know the lawn will look awesome week after week without me ever having to worry about when Ill get the time to mow.Josh has always been very prompt in replies to my emails and seems to hire high-quality guys for his crew. Needed to clear all our many leaves as we could tell they were getting to neighbors yards, and we have a huge pin oak that drops leaves through fall and winter. We would not recommend this company for aerating yard. The young man using the machine had a hard time handling it in the backyard, thus tore up and damaged much of the sod. Even after sending pictures to the owner of the damage, he admitted nor took no responsibility. We had to reseed and smooth out the large spaces damaged by the machine, at our expense.

I hired Yardworx to aerate my yard, I would not hire them again or recommend them to anyone else. They do not communicate well with customers and are not prompt in returning their messages. The services provided are average at best and the customer service is quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered.

After a messy fall and winter, our yard was a big mess but Yardworx made short work of it! They were able to come and clean it all up on fairly short notice. The messy fence lines can be seen now! They aerated, too! What a relief and what a great job they did! THANKS a million!

The lawn care was fair, not great. One time it rained and our yard is low in the back and can get swampy and they took their biggest mower and tore around the yard and made it a mud pit. The grass still hasnt grown back in some areas. That would have made them 3 stars, they lost the other star because I mailed a check and they didnt receive it. Instead of letting me know, they just stopped showing up and I had to call to see what happened. Then instead of apologizing like a professional company the man blamed me for not mailing payment even though I did. That was the end of me using them.

I am a customer and have used their service in the past. Im not happy with it and I am disgusted with the owner, Josh Hallett. He wont answer his phone and this is the only phone registered with the business. I think he is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I know I will refuse to work with him the next time he calls me. This isnt how you run a business and he will run it into the ground if he keeps it up. I will tell all of my contacts about my poor experience with Yardworx that he will lose their business as well. Josh, you need to realize Lincoln is a small town and if you have poor customer service and you dont treat people right that you rely on then word gets around.He finally responds by post but not by phone. Amazing that he will post his phone number and still not answer it when it rings. I guess he only wants to answer the phone when he is broke. His customer service is lousy so I already know I will call his competitor in the spring and not him. I wont support garbage.

Yardworx has been very responsive to my needs over the past year. I have a person who does my mowing, partial yard cleanup, gutter clearing and snow removal. YardWorx performs what he does not do. That includes aerating and perennial bed cleanup. When I told him that I had asked Josh to aerate, my regular person suggested they also put down seed for some bare spots concurrent with aerating. I asked Josh to do so; he said next week. Well, today my lawn was aerated and seed applied. To my surprise, yesterdays paper had an article about Dormant Lawn Seeding. I believe that is what happened today. Lawn prep by aeration with seed strewn afterward. Thanks to Chuck my regular lawncare person and to YardWorx for their part. The proof will be next spring.
