Nebraska Sod installed sod on our very large back yard. They have a big crew and lots of equipment with which they did the project very quickly, cleanly and professionally. All the folks we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Following the installation we kept in contact with Jamie who guided us through the watering and then the mowing of the new grass. It is like a beautiful green carpet and we love it.

Terrible sod installation....Sod covering sprinkler heads,(fixed myself). sod over lapping 4-6 inches.(fixed myself). MISSING GRASS 4-10 INCHES...Called and left messages for them to come fix it. They said i was on schedule but never FIXED IT . They said they will bring me sod and will have to fill the missing grass myself.. WHAT A JOKE. Worst sod installation Ive ever seen. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THIS COMPANY

Sod covering sprinkler heads, sod over lapping 3-4 inches. Called and left messages 3 times for them to come fix it. No one called me back. Worst sod insulation Ive seen. Would NOT recommend. They did my neighbors yard and it also looks terrible. You can see where it was overlapped and didnt grow or take correctly.

We received our sod at the end of May and it was full of grubs so they came out and applied a treatment. Then in late August/Sept, I tried to get some advice on whether to treat for grubs again. I left 2 messages and received no call back and then the 3rd time I called, their voice mail was full. I would think they would want us to be satisfied customers.

Terrible! Got sod installed in our backyard and it wasnt level, had gaps, and they even put sod on top of flowers in our landscaping beds. I asked if they could come back and redo some spots and was told they would get back to me and never did. Was never told when they were coming, they just showed up and started working. Never talked to anyone in person, everything was done over the phone. They just did the work and sent the bill. I will never do business here again and would never recommend.

ImageScapes (aka Nebraska Sod) did not fulfill what was agreed to between them and myself when I signed on to have them take care of my lawn through spring and summer. Without asking they decided that my lawn did not need aeration even though the person on site told me they would be aerating as a part of the service. They did not contact me about this decision and it took several calls to get a response to find out why they had not. Their explanation of why they did not was adequate but it was not up to them to make that decision unilaterally. Also, they did not provide me a discount even though the aeration had been agreed upon in the initial price that I paid.In addition, when they initially proposed service I declined the 2nd half of the service because I wanted to see how well it went. I therefore only paid up front for the 1st part of the season. Once that ran out they continued to fertilize and put weedkiller down even though I had not authorized it and then they sent me a bill for it.Overall their work was fine, but they misrepresented what I was going to receive, made adjustments after the fact, were hard to get a hold of and billed me for services that I did not agree to. On top of that their prices are high compared with other local companies with an established reputation in Lincoln.

Had Nebraska sod come out to fix a problem with my sprinkler system we had had someone else out twice before cost us a couple hundred dollars and the problem was not resolved. Rodney and Chase found the problems right away! we had 5 heads leaking causing our patio wall to start falling in. They did a great job highly recommend!!

Where to start, I had seed planted in late fall. Talked with a gentleman named Don. I had the seed planted and sent in payment. Never heard from them again. Four months later I receive a threatening letter for payment. A nice phone call would work. I would never do business with them, check around, especially on Craigslist first. Customer satisfaction goes along way.

Over the last 2 yearsy of being inibusiness i have recieved sod from every suplier from fremont to Beatrice and Nebraska sod has been an amazing supplier for sod. When I have to get sod I only use them. There product is by far the best out of all the sod farms in the area and they are always friendly when I call. 9 months in our house and we are STILL trying to fix the huge gaps they left in between each strip of sod. Did the same type of work to our neighbors home too. Holes and gaps everywhere. Especially didnt do the proper dirt work to level out the boundary between my neighbor and I leaving a conserable ledge between the homes.

Terrible! We will never use them again! We had a leaking sprinkler valve and called them to replace it. When they replaced it, they created a new leak in the line that was twice as bad as the valve leak! They even left without fixing the new leak! When we disputed the bill, they turned us over to a collection agency!

Did not follow up to correct problems, provided low quality sod.
