Called them with a leak I was having on a valve in a control box. They knew the weather was going to be scorching and didnt want me to go without watering. They had me fixed up in no time! I couldnt believe how quick they were to get things taken care of! Cant thank them enough

Set up an appointment, and they were quick to respond. Two service techs came out and walked me through exactly what the issue could be and gave me a few options before fully replacing every valve.. tried out 2 different things with my current system and ended up only having to replace a solenoid! Highly recommend! I’ve used 1 other sprinkler company in Lincoln, but I’ll always use Lincoln underground now

I was very impressed with Lincoln Underground when I hired them to winterize the sprinkler system. Kris and another gentleman, were punctual, thorough, professional, friendly and courteous. They went as far as showing me a few areas that may be an issue since they sprinkler head no longer retracted after watering, they gave me options and their professional opinion which I really appreciated. I remember Kris went above & beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and explained how the sprinkler system at my new house was set up, gave me a short tutorial on how to set the timers, etc. Even though I wouldnt be using them for winter, he showed me how to set the watering schedule, best times for water efficiency, etc.This is the kind of local company that believes in quality and clearly values the relationship they have with their clients.Great experience!

Wow. I just had a great experience with this company. Everyone I dwelt with (office assistant, tech guys) was extremely helpful, and friendly. I called yesterday, they got me in today, and the guys just left. They patiently explained my system to me to the point where I understand it better than I ever have, identified the problem, and fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised with the bill, they are very reasonably priced. After I got the bill, I told them I was a single mom on a limited income, and how much I appreciated this.I did not have this pleasant of experience when I called the big company in town a while back, in fact, I was shocked when I got their bill. It took me over a year to pay it. Thats why I wanted to try something different this time, and I am very glad I did.

Jeff was my technician today. He was punctual and very professional and a wealth of knowledge. It took him no time at all to locate the issue and he had my sprinkler system up and running. They have never made it rain from my wallet because their prices have been comparative to other companies in the area. Will definitely use them when I install new sprinklers at our next house!

Ive had multiple great experiences with the Lincoln Underground team. In my first interaction, I called them to assess my current sprinkler system, as I had some dry patches and also some sprinkler heads that I felt needed replaced. The team was punctual and very knowledgeable. They pinpointed an underground leak with precision.I have also used the team to complete my winterization. The team has been very honest and communicates the best possible options and costs associated with them. I would highly recommend!

I have an older sprinkler system was no longer working. I know very little as far as sprinklers go and could have easily been told I needed a whole new system. Lincoln Underground was extremely knowledgeable and honest and were able to do minimal repairs at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

I had them out today to change up some heads and service a few that were broken and I am very happy with their service and work. They were professional, great work, VERY reasonable price, and nice guys on top of it. I highly recommend them.

First time mowing this season and I made the mistake of running over one of my spray heads on my underground sprinkler system, shredding it to pieces. I called the guys over at Underground Sprinkler and they were able to replace the part and adjust the height so I wouldnt hit it again, all within a few hours of placing the call. The price was more than reasonable as well. I will be going to them for all future maintenance and general upkeep. Thanks!

My guess is they do a good job once they finally show up. The problem I have is they are extremely slow getting to you. I first contacted them May 9th through their website. On May 16th, they got back to me via email saying the are backed up 4-5 weeks. I asked to be placed on the wait list which they responded the would. On July 16th, I sent an email asking if they had forgotten about me, they responded that they had not but work had taken longer than expected and they could get me on the schedule on July 19th. That would be 71 days since my first contact. I can only think that they forgot about my request and then did nothing to try and squeeze me in sooner.
