I was so happy with the work that great plains did for my home and acreage in Seward Nebraska. I was one teen shrubs and flowers And they created a lovely design. I would highly recommend them over any other landscaping company in my area. They all were extremely professional cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to answer questions and make changes to the design according to what I was wanting. Thank you Great Plains for an excellent job that you did at my home.

I had high hopes at the beginning of my project; however, as time progressed and attention to detail dwindled, I have to say I am very disappointed. Also, having your fiance give you a 5 star review to bring your rating up is a conflict of interest, very unprofessional and has been reported.

Installed a cover for our regress window so children or animals wouldnt fall in. He ordered a high quality cover with a quick latch so it is more safe to access in a fire than traditional covers.

I would highly reccomend to never do business with this company or Marcus. Being young first time homebuyers, we were excited about getting a privacy fence, but had no idea where to go. We decided to go through Marcus through a mutual friend that had plans to get landscaping done with him. He seemed to be confident about putting up a fence for us, as he states he has done multiple in his career. He came out to look at the yard and give a free estimate. This was around the beginning of July. He told us it would be up in the next week or so. It was not even started until end of July. While the fence was being put up and after it was done, we noticed multiple issues. The posts were not cut straight, boards were crooked, the latches on the gates did not make sense, and overall detail was not good. Marcus was willing to come out and fix things. He replaced the latches on the gates for us, but still could not figure out how to cut a post straight. His excuse was that they should be cut before they are put up, or you need to have a certain type of tool for that. Well, shouldnt that have been addressed before you put up the posts? Or shouldnt you have the right equipment for this? After a few weeks, we had boards starting to warp and our gate would not open all the way, as it was hitting the cement and wood. So once again, Marcus and his crew had to come fix things. He replaced the warped boards, which warped again within the next week. Both gates finally opened, but then became impossible to open within days of him fixing this. So I contacted Marcus again. He said the boards were brand new and this has never happened to him before, so another thing we will just have deal with ourselves apparently along with the not straight posts. He said he would be out that week to fix the gates. Almost two weeks pass and two texts to Marcus and our gates still arent fixed. Finally, he shows up at my house unannounced to fix the gates. When I asked him if this would happen again (since it has happened three times now), his same excuse was that this has never happened to him before. He did do some extra work for us in the yard that was included with our fence fee(which was not cheap), but that is no excuse for his quality of work. I almost feel as if Marcus took advantage of this situation. He treated this job like a joke and like he had better things to do. This company is very unproffesional. I hope that whoever reads this will never have to go through the struggles that we went through with this company.

Very unpleasant people to work with. They make up lies and most of their reviews are from family members.
