Very disappointed. I have used this Laundromat numerous times over the last couple of years in a pinch. They have now gone to a strange card system. You have to buy one of their “cards” for $1. Then you load $$ onto the card. You can’t get a refund if you don’t use all the $$ on the card. Their prices are over the top-$7 to wash and dry a set of sheets?! I loved this laundromat because it is remodeled, clean, feels safe. I have referred numerous people to this laundromat. Sadly, they have lost a loyal customer.

I wasnt stoked about a laundry day but Im real thankful I met Kayla at this location. I hadnt been here in a while but she reminded me that the card machine was easy, and she helped both me and the other new guy figure out which machines were best for our loads. She even offered and helped carry our loads. She was real gracious to us and Ill probably be coming back because of her! Thanks!

The washing machines and dryers don’t take cash like it says they will in maps.You have to buy a laundry card.Those are $1.$2.95 per load minimum.Your minimum to wash one load is $3.95.Their minimum for the dryer is $.75.That $.75 will get you 10 minutes of drying time.The place is clean, so that is awesome!However despite that, this is one of the worst laundromats I’ve ever been to.

One of the best laundry mats Ive ever been to. Love the card system its so quick and simple. I had so much fun working here. I am going to miss all my regular loyal customers. Of course I will miss all the employees as well.

I have been coming to this place for years. Best machines in Lincoln. Dryers actually dry quickly. And recently remodel is very fresh. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is they switched to no coin machines and you need to buy a card to use machine which I personally find annoying, but still, best laundry place in town

Its nice and clean. I dont know what others are talking about, when they say dirty. Every time Ive been there, its been clean.

Started last load around 630 was kicked out by lady while clothes still drying had time on my dryers and had to bring wet clothes home so she could leave at 8 it wasnt pleasant to have rude people continually making comments and losing money to have wet clothes and leave before 8. Also people had filled washers and left them so had to wait as the employee had left the clothes in the washer. Maybe instead of a snarky reply when I was asked to leave early so she could finish by eight not have me gone at eight is ridiculous since the washer was left with clothes in it and had to find someone to empty it which took 15 minutes which would have been more than enough time thanks for your rude reply will make sure to show all my social media as well.

They aren’t requiring masks for their employees or customers. I will use up my card and then not return.Edit:I am posting about the location on 48th and Normal.The woman working was not wearing a mask and a patron was standing two feet away from her not wearing a mask. This was around 1:30 pm on Tuesday oct 27th. There were two other guests not wearing masks standing in front of machines. It is impossible to walk around the laundromat to get to machines and stay six feet away from people not wearing a mask. There is absolutely no excuse to not be requiring masks of your patrons especially if they are walking around the establishment. People like you are the reason cases in lincoln are soaring.

I love washers and dryers

This laundromat was extremely clean and staff were very helpful to me. Id go back more often to do big laundry when backed up if prices were more affordable to use the bigger machines very pleasant experience.

Great experience. I use this service only about once a year for oversized pillows or coverlets. This is the first time an attendant (Renee) went out of her way to be helpful--offering to help with some stain removal, and amount of detergent Id need and offered some oxiclean. She answered questions and got me quarters. Thank you, Renee. You were great!

...what a shame!...has been a go to for many of us for years...a wonderful value, always clean!...what’s not to like?...but now with evidently new ownership has tripled in price???!!!...Have recommended to many clients as well, and have friends with young kiddos who go weekly and now going elsewhere due to such an increase!Had many more items to take...not now, or recommending any longer...😢

Had a queen sized goose down comforter cleaned. Never looked better!
