Love planet fitness and its a great place to work out but I wish the employees would enforce making sure customers wipe down equipment better

I was a little scared to start but I love it cant wait to go back

Phenomenal way better now after that its back and open with normal hours. The best time I have found to go now is abut 10am . Its gets super thin in there with folks .

The same group of young men always seem to cause trouble between 10 pm and 11 pm. They dont clean up after themselves when working out, stare at the girls working out, and then two of the people in the group used the massage beds between 10:30 pm and 11:00 and were messing around and screaming loud enough, people could hear them up front.Its been an issue for at least a month now. So Id say get your workouts in as early as you can to avoid Gymtimidation After Dark

A week later and the city has failed to contact PF about their failure to comply with city health mandates. Almost 50% of the people are not wearing masks. I expect PF to resolve this on their own as professional business owners. I have also reported this gym once more to the health department. Next will be corporate.

Its a great place to get a workout in and not have to deal with a bunch of meat heads...BUT, dont go between 5 PM and 8:30 PM. All the machines will be taken.

I canceled my membership back on 11/2020 and I received a call on 06/2021 about a $170 balance on my account and they threatened me with send it to collection.

Clean and super spacious. Big well lit parking lot. Lots of beverages to choose from and the locker rooms are very well kept.

I am still in my first week here and Ill say, so far so good. This location is very clean and enjoyable. The staff is friendly and accessible and I have had no issue getting on equipment. I am enjoying the 24/7 set up, as i work odd hours, and going late night is no different then going mid day. Look at this location if you are in need of a place to work out.

Very clean environment friendly staff

Its a nice gym with a laid back atmosphere. They dont have duplicates of many of their machines so sometimes you gotta wait. They also offer free personal training where Kipp will sit down and write out a list of stuff for you to do. Personally, it felt a little impersonal because he didnt really ask me anything about my disability or capabilities so Ive had to adapt or scrub some of what he listed. But it was good to have a list to go from. For the price, I wont complain.

First time there. People were nice. Lots of equipment even with social distancing.

Good fitness place. I love the gal who works nights, shes a sweetheart. Sadly I live an hour away so I had to cancel my membership because Im never in Lincoln. If i ever were to be I would definitely return here. Their gym has everything I need. I enjoy the massage beds and chairs. Free tanning with the Black membership is awesome.

Nice gym but thanks to coronavirus I can not go to gym until next year. I ll just work out at home

A bit crowded at times but overall good value and lots of equipment!

Inexpensive 24 hour work out facility. They have plenty of duplicate machines so waiting for one is not problem. They also have free weights. You can sign up for a meeting with a trainer to help you set a routine. Hydro massage beds and massage chairs available. Stand up and bed tanning too.

So much for 24 hour faculty. I work weird hours and work out around 2am - not any more! Closes 10pm or earlier now so I basically pay for a service I cant use unless I change my life !!

I LOVE going to this gym!! Even when the parking lot is packed theres typically enough weight equipment that you dont have to wait or dont have to wait long for the equipment you want to use to open up!! Not only that but there are rows and rows of treadmills and ellipticals which is what most of the college girls stay on for the whole hour theyre there so the weights are free!! The atmosphere is always pleasant and the workers are always nice!! There was only one time I had to say something to some guy being a creep while I was doing bicep curls.

The gym is clean and has lots of space. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have plenty of diverse equipment, and a trainer always on staff to help you with anything youre not sure about. If youre a black card member, they also offer tanning and massage beds.

Planet fitness is a nice gym. They have a good selection of gym equipment and the facility is also very clean. It has enough parking space for a good number of cars as well. The gym membership is also reasonably priced. Overall, its a nice gym.

This gym it was great before but since they hired 2 girls that works at night shift it became bad i will explain why, i saw those girls spoke to my friends about not making nose or dropping the weight down in a very bad attitude and she ask them to leave if they do it again all what they responded I heard everything one of my friends told her I don’t talk to you i need your manger and she ignored him and topd him to leave for no reason they were 2 of them so later on she went back and called the manger so the manger show up and came to them without explaining anything he said you 2 need to leave with no reason with rude way so i felt bad about them and the OWNER SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I know these guys since 5 years and they are good men

I really like the atmosphere and interior of this place. I dont feel judged or watched and most importantly, it is clean. The only downside that bothers me is that earbuds are pointless here because of how loud the atmosphere gets so you have to listen to their playlist that seems like it gets updated only every 6 months.

A good selection of well-maintained equipment in a clean environment with people that probably arent going to bother you. You cant ask for more for 10 bucks a month. I look forward to coming here and always leave feeling good.

Friendly staff, clean equipment, doesnt stink like a gym locker and the equipment works wonderfully. When my schedule doesnt conflict with my workouts Im usually here every day.

This planet fitness is my favorite. A different lay out than the on out south. There is a younger crowd at this gym and everyone is very nice. Good energy, although some gym rats like to take up there space with their cut offs and grunting. Dont let this deter you though, the place has plenty of room for everyone at every athletic level.

Racist manager that doesn’t allowed me to be there coz of problem that happed 3 years ago

Ive been to alot of P-fits, all over the US. This is the only location ever to give me a hard time about the 10 workout rule. So if youre a BC member keep in mind you can only visit a non-home club 10 times or must pay 5 dollars per visit after 10 workouts.The fine print will get you every time. However, its a new club so its clean.

They were closed and didnt update their status on google maps. I spent 1 hour to get this location and just kissed closed door. It is disrespect to the custpmers.

Great place to work out great atmosphere. Only suggestion I would make is that they put up more signs about phone usage. Have seen more people just sitting on the machines while thumbing through their social media pages. Very annoying when you just want to get in a workout and go home. Free WiFi isn’t always a good thing.

The staff here is so great and helpful! Great place to work out at with up to date machines. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly gym with great service.

Plenty of machines, space, weights, etc and never so busy you have to wait to use anything. However, wish there were more stair steppers, since theres only 3 or 4 and they usually are full or almost full. Membership is very affordable, and its really nice that you can bring a friend along for free as much as you want.

I love the staff at Planet Fitness!!!! Their all so super cheery and nice and helpful and always have a smile on their faces!!! I love how the equipment is always so clean!!! I super love the massage chairs and the showers are always so nice and clean with very hot water!!!!

Cheap, open 24/7, and it has a decent amount of equipment, plus perks like tanning and massage beds. Its great for students and people with busy schedules. I just wish that there were more options for classes and that broken machines would be fixed sooner.

Im a beginner and am older with disabilities and its true nobody judges you there. Everyone does there own thing but if you need a lil help there is always somelne to help you out. ☺

I canceled my membership and yet theyre still taking payments.. I came in and called plantFitness and yet they keep taking $24 out of my account every month... I wish they would stop..

Stuff are racist they have bad attitudes and been rude to me, also they call the manger to kick me out all coz I accidentally, made little nose for the first time by putting the weight down it was little heavy and they don’t like foreign people and they told me to GO BACK TO MY COUNTRY!!! this is not how we know about U.S.A We know this is freedom country

This place is a clean and comfortable place to work out. I hate contracts and automatic withdrawal from my accounts. I would rather get fat than give my account information away. A prepaid punch card for visits would bring me back to this business.

They only way you can cancel a membership is to physically walk in the door and sign a piece of paper. Nothing on-line, Nothing by Phone, Nothing by Email. ITS 2018 PEOPLE! This is a policy designed to make it difficult to cancel so that they can keep billing you. 1 star for POLICY

I love visiting this gym. I see all these negative reviews from people about one incident. I was there for that incident and the man who it involved had been making me feel uncomfortable for weeks. He was loud, obnoxious with his weights and cheered for himself after sets. I started working out at different times trying to avoid him. I joined this gym specifically for the no gymtimidation. I am so glad the two women workers took care of the issue to make me feel comfortable once again.

Bright and cheerful, well maintained gym. Truly is no-gymintimidation. Has plenty of treadmills and elypticals and a wide variety of machines and weight training equipment. I am comfortable working out there and look forward to going.

Overwhelmingly good investment. Low prices and 24 hours. Great equipment and some of the best locker rooms.

Clean and cheap. Great for someone who just wants some extra activity. Cons are: no free weight bench press, incline press, or squat rack. Dumbbells only go up to 75. No deadlift platform. All in all, you get what you pay for.
