I was visiting over the Holidays from California and was openly welcomed to work out and roll.The gym feel was very relaxed and non traditional. The Technique taught was fantastic, as well as the additional feedback on my execution.The instructor was very welcoming to myself dropping by a few times during my week long visit in Lincoln, and the rolls were tough but friendly.It can be hard at times finding a place where students and staff dont have a huge ego. You will not have that problem here, as everyone was welcoming and so friendly.As just a visitor, they could have used the opportunity to beat me up and send me on my way, however they welcomed me to the fold and made me feel like family while I was there.Highly Recommend.

Amazing value for the cost of membership. Instructors have an incredible amount of knowledge regarding jiu jitsu and muay thai striking and provide a comfortable learning environment for any student. Highly recommend.
