Had a haircut in the morning and just a small spot needed trimmed up. I came here to get it fixed and they cut way more off and entirely messed up the rest of the haircut and made my hair way shorter than I wanted and it looked substantially worse.

Definitely no babershop skills here 😒 not worth it

These folks are amazing. Ive been having my hair done by Jessica for 15 years! The rest of the staff are great and they take walk-ins as well as appointments! Oh and I should mention I drive across town to go here for my hair.

I walked in there A year ago and asked for them to highlight my hair and chop it off. Thats exactly what they did and I was happy with their service. The atmosphere is clean and laid back. Smells amazing in there. Going back today... Doing the same thing except not coloring it. Im cutting it off. Time management is perfect here

Another perfect experience with Janean at Techniques. It was over the top +10. Not only color but extra smoothing treatment. My hair is fine but very abundant, definitely not easy to work with. Had been dissatisfied for years until started going to Techniques/ Janean over 15 years ago. Have never had a bad experience there. Both my family & friends also also become loyal customers.

I have been seeing the owner Jeanne since before she opened her shop, so about 18 years. I am very picky about my hair and she has always done a wonderful job whether its a trim, color or up do. They do walk ins and the wait is never long but I recommend scheduling an appointment for anything more involved. You girls rock!!
