Have been here multiple times. Usually a good hair cut. NOT TODAY! Asked for a simple fade. One on the sides and two on top. She didn’t even blend it. Left a patch of long hair on the bottom on my neck. Super disappointed.

No wait even without reservations. The ladies did a great job on my sons and my hair. I loved the decor.

Been going here for over a year now. Its the only place I get my haircut and beard trim. Always leave satisfied. The women are cheerful and eager to please.It can get crowded and I have seen them make phone calls to bring in extra staff which showed up while I was waiting. It is not uncommon to see 1 hour wait times. For the guy who said they crossed his name off the list without serving him, it is because they enter the names on the list into the computer. Dont be afraid to ask how much longer your wait is.Price is great. Staff is awesome. My favorite place to go.

Bad haircut and first visit! What I asked for wasnt possible... especially, when I pointed out two other customers and the closeness of their haircuts. I was quickly told its my hair. No, its not because Ive gotten a closer cut many times before.

Its ok - lots of demanding kids with helicopter moms, but you are very patient, you can get a good hair cut.

Worst haircut Ive ever had. Im not that picky when it comes to haircuts either. I typically get haircuts from random family members who are far from beauticians, but I was in a hurry and saw champ cuts on my way home.. But still, the haircut I got from champ cuts was by far the worst Ive ever had. Granted, my hair was fairly long to begin with, but I requested a fairly simple cut. I requested a number 2 blade setting on the sides and an inch left on top, with the two lengths blended together. In the end, at the shortest on top, my hair is an inch and a half with patches of hair up to 3 inches long. My right side is blended down by my ear, and the left side is blended almost in the middle of my head. Waste of money for sure.

My sons autism creates challenges. Melissa is kind and gentle, and handles my son perfectly. And she gives him a fantastic hair cut everytime. Melissa is the only one that cuts my hair.

Got an awesome haircut, didnt have to wait at all. Miss Taylor cut my hair we talked about Thailand and she was very awesome I recommend anybody reading this go in and when you do request Miss Taylor shell give you a very great haircut at an affordable price love it!

Haircut was ok. I literally have hair all over me and the lady acted like it was because I got a beard trim as well. Usually when I get a haircut and beard trim I dont have to run immediately home to shower and change but with this haircut I did. When I told her about it she acted like it was normal which its not. Will not be returning here

This place is awful. I have tried 3 separate times to go here with my son. Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with rudeness and attitude. I will never come here again .

Usually I love my visits here. I come to Champs for every hair cut. Everyone is usually friendly and welcoming. My visit today was anything but friendly. I had Isabella (sp?) cut my hair today. She was voicing how horrible her children customers were, at a volume that everyone in Champs could hear. I stayed quiet and let her do her thing. She then asked me if I was in the military and I responded no, but my wife is currently at Beale in the Air Force. She said her husband was at Beale as well. She asked what my wife did for the Air Force and I responded Finance. After that is when things went really South. She started bashing Beales Finance Department immediately after I shared that my wife worked there. She also said verbatim, so your wife is the one that takes peoples money. While that is valid, its only if the person being collected has fraudulently accepted overpayment. All of this opinion, without ever actually serving a day in the military.Needless to say, I will be looking for somewhere else to get my hair and my sons hair cut, since children apparently frustrate Isabella.
