I have to have my hair cut a specific way. They do scissor cuts for me because my hair is very fine. With clippers it pulls my hair out. Supercuts is the only place in Lincoln that I have found that does scissor cuts. Also the hairstyles are extremely kind and friendly.

Excellent care. Good attentive staff. Able to give tips for taking care of hair in high humidity. Would go again and recommend to others.

Great service, quality haircuts and very friendly and welcoming. On my last visit I forgot my mask. My stylist Dru went 4 businesses down to ask for a disposable one from the helpful folks at the new Mexican restaurant. One of the other stylists offered to let me borrow her spare if they didnt have any. Such nice people. Dru is awesome!

I had the best experience and best haircut I have had in awhile. I have naturally curly hair and it is super curly. I had a bad haircut at another place last week. I went in to get it fixed. It’s challenging to find someone who can cut curly hair. Lexy cut my hair. She did an incredible job. She truly listened and understood what I wanted. She took her time to make sure it was right. I will only have her cut my hair from now on. Thank you Lexy.

Its hit and miss been going there for sometime now and this last cut was a miss thank God Im an adult and understand it wont take long to grow back .....The one thing I do wish is the Stylest would pay more attention to the customer and what they want rather than to Chat with each other and you just get what they come up with ... Ive been buzzing my own hair for the past 10 years. Sometimes I like to get a nice cut. My sister is friends with two of the gals that work there (Sarah & Courtney). I got a high & tight. Laura started off with it long n I told her I take it to the skin. Ive always gone 1 on top & 0 on the bottom. She does a great job, then wraps my head up in a warm towel. Felt amazing. She definitely deserved the $7 tip I gave her!

Walked in for an eyebrow wax has im headed out of town and couldnt get into my regular lady, they got me checked in quickly even though they were all busy, a bit of a wait but again, walk in & a busy salon, kind of expected. Lexy got to me quickly and got my wax done just the way I love them done. We chatted like weve been friends forever and i was done before i even knew it! I will definitely be coming back when i need to! Very professional quick, polite and kept the other people waiting updated on when they were going to be up. I stopped into supercuts on a whim because my usual place was busy. The girl that cut my hair did an amazing job. She walked me thru what she thought would be best and she did exactly that. She was really friendly and the atmosphere was super laid back. Price was probably 45.00 less than what I usually pay so that was an extra bonus.

Every time I go to supercuts they never cut my hair completely there is always a bunch of pieces like 3× longer than the rest plz fix this

I had gotten some highlights bleached into my hair at another salon and the top of my head was orange and I was very upset to say the least. Decided to come to supercuts on Holdredge st. In lincoln to see if someone could fix it.SARAH IS THE BEST. she went through different options with me and explained those options because I dont know anything about hair lingo. Very professional and so very helpful. Also asked her to suggest a heat protectant for me after she made my hair beautiful and that to is amazing. 10 out of 10 I will be going back when Sarah is working!Other staff were very nice and all interacted with their clients while i was there, the building was well lit and clean. Did I mention Sarah is amazing???

I came in for a cut, left happiest with my hair Ive ever been! Went to 84th and holdrege in lincoln NE, i got Lucy she is very intelligent about lengths of hair, she did great i highly recommend he cutting your hair she is great at cutting hair.

They were all very rude, only talked to each other and would not accept my coupon because it was Tuesday, whatever that means. I dont wish anyone the horrible experience I had.

I went here to get my hair cut. And context: my family has a problem with dry scalps. So I get seated and the hairdresser is looking me over and inspecting my hair and says I have Nits! I’m aghast at this information and she explains it’s completely normal for kids going back to school (I am no longer in school mind you) steps I should take and sends me on my way. I of course call my family I live with giving them the news and they’re preparing to throw away brushes, buy shampoo and whatever else.Needless to say, I didn’t have lice. However you would assume someone who deals with hair as a professional would know what their talking about. As you can’t see you own hair well. It was a stressful day for my family and I will not be returning after.

The other day I decided to run up the street to Supercuts and get a simple trim. When I walked in the store, a couple employees were standing at the counter talking. They all looked up and acknowledged me but one employee looked very irritated that I was in there. As I am explaining to them Im just here for a trim, they tell me the irritated looking lady is the one that will cut my hair for me. So ok. I follow her to the chair and she told me her name was SASHA. I again tried to explain what exactly I would like done with my hair. As Im explaining, she then cuts me off saying she already heard me. Uhh ok?? So I stayed silent while she starts in on cutting my hair. The whole time she is cutting my hair she continues to stop what shes doing so she can turn and talk to her coworker about another coworker. I am a customer sitting in the chair while you are talking crap about your coworkers right infront of me. I was shocked. Not only that, but Im waiting for you to STOP talking crap so you can get back to cutting my hair. Im giving her a funny look through the mirror thinking to myself really? Shes then sees me looking at her and gave me the worst death glare ever. I have never in my life been so uncomfortable before. After almost an hour of trimming my hair, she spins me around in the chair and says alright, your done and yanks the protector off my neck. I looked in the mirror and my hair was absolutely awful. It was extremely uneven and choppy. I was so upset how my hair turned out and this lady, SASHA, did not even have the decency to apologize for messing my hair up. I dont understand how people like this have jobs directly dealing with others. I really suggest people do not go here or at least to Sasha.

I originally got my very long hair cut very short in California,obviously I cant go back to California every time I need a touch up but everything I come to this super cuts hair looks as amazing as it did in California couldnt dream of going anywhere else
