I had my first haircut about a while ago and it was the great one to be honest. Today, I went to this barbershop and tried to get a haircut like because of my last experience. But I was so shocked and very upset about how there were about 6 Barbers in the line working and non of them greet me or said anything to me. I waited in the line from 11 o’clock to 12 o’clock. I think when I called them about it, I said I waited two hours, which I will take that back because I was upset about their experience while waiting. But I waited straight one hour and non of them said ANYTHING. I take this actin in many ways. First, I think I was treated and judged about how I looked like the appearance wise. In my Philosophy of how things work and should be working is that the business to be successful is to truly understand what does it mean to have a customer service. I went to many other barbershops, even their haircut were not that quality, but their customer service was absolutely amazing, I kept going many times. So my message is that find somewhere that you belong to not only go somewhere that they give a good haircut but they do not value you as a human being. Thank you and I hope this will bring more awareness to all the barbers who work in this shop.

I went here to get a haircut. I ended up getting that done my beard trimmed. I laughed told a few jokes talked about everything with the barbers the customers. It was an awesome experience. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend. Also tip these guys they do an amazing job.

Being relatively new to town, I called up the folks at 360 today in dire need of a post summer haircut. Treveon was fantastic, did everything I asked when cutting my hair, and left me with a haircut that I cannot wait to get again in a few weeks. Overall, if you are looking for a place with great vibes, friendly and helpful barbers, and just generally an excellent experience, I recommend this place.

I took my son in to Darius after he got a horrible haircut at sport clips. Darius got him in right away and he did an amazing job. He took his time and was great. My son couldnt have been happier definitely will be going back. Ive taken my son to 2 barbers and sport clips multiple times and by far this was his best fade and experience.

Bryndyn Lawrenz is my go to whenever I get the opportunity to hit up 360. Is completely professional and his line work is amazing. A true master of his craft, very pleased as usual with my cut. When I moved from Omaha to Crete for college (30 min from lincoln) I wasnt sure where to get a hair cut because I was told not to trust the ones Im Crete. So I made the drive to Lincoln and stopped in at 360 fades. They were the nicest people Ive ever met and I got one of the best haircuts Ive had. Dont look past this place, stop in and they will not disappoint.

I got a fade that was exactly what I was looking for. He went over what I wanted, step by step, and did it perfectly. All the years I had been going to salons and nobody could get it just right. I went in today for the first time with a buzz cut and my beard looking haggard. Shawn took care of me gave me a perfect high fade and cleaned up my beard better than I could imagine. Best place for a fade. Way relax

Took my husband and 3 little boys in to get some major haircuts done. We were impressed with everyones skills. We loved how accommodating they were towards 1 of our kiddos that wanted nothing to do with a haircut. Another guy even tried playing with one of our other kids and tried teaching him dominos. Only complaint Id have is how it took us over 2.5 hours til we walked in til we walked out. However, we were still patient and will definitely come back!

Went to Brian for a couple of years. At first the haircuts were good, not great, but good. Slowly the haircuts went from good to average and then from average to poor. The last haircut I received there was one of the worst haircuts I have ever been given. The next barber at the next shop I went to was trying to be tactful, but was asking me what I was trying to accomplish with this type of cut. After the new barber cut my hair properly, it was the first good, flattering cut I had had in about year and a half. It makes a difference. I wouldn’t recommend 360 fades. There are a lot of bad barbers in Lincoln, but good ones can be found if you keep looking.

Best cut of my life.If youre willing to wait for a little while, this place is worth at least checking out. The 2 guys who run the place (Brian and Tony) spend time on your cut, and really put good work and pay close attention to the details. Crispest cut Ive ever had. Prices are more than reasonable as well ($17 for just a cut, with a shave its more like 30-40 total). Couldnt have asked for more. Has a chill, neighborhood barbershop type feel. Its great that they seem to specialize in guys haircuts, but are versatile as well.Five stars.

Brian is well deserving of 5 stars. From the point of walking in, he was very welcoming, greeted me, and shook my hand. It was my first time there, as I was moving to Lincoln for my new job and I was in need of a new barber. I typically like to support local shops, so I decided to give this place a try, and was blown away at the service.He made sure he understood what my typical hair style is, and what Ive told barbers in the past. Not only did he meet my expectations, but he exceeded them with attention to detail, taking his time to perform the perfect cut. Then, as if it were icing on the cake, the complimentary wet shave on the neck is what won me over. Thats something that other barbers simply dont do any more; its nice to have that luxury.It was obvious that his number one priority is making the customers happy, something that I can truly appreciate. If youre looking for a new barber in town, I highly recommend checking this place out. Brian really does live up to the praise that he commonly receives. And, I can safely say that I have found my new permanent barber.

Walked in and instantly got out in a chair, no wait. Showed Cameron the cut I wanted and he fulfilled my wishes perfectly. Got that sick Mohawk with fades on the side (like Hawkeye from Avengers Endgame). The barbers here are friendly and outgoing. I had a great time, and got a even better cut! Definitely coming back!

Awesome shop fast and friendly! They even do little boys hair! SO REASONABLE!! Perfect military fades. They cut them to your specification! Used a razor to shave their necks baby smooth! He asks the parents for the kids before doing it! So professional!

Great guys, very good cut. Literally never had a fade, and beard trim this precise, they really know how to fade in lots of layers. Most barbers may use 3 to 5 levels, they used nearly 15, unmatched look. They even have a PS4 and some other cool games!

Decent haircut at best, didnt like the length so I asked to get it shorter and the guy looked around at the other people waiting and told me that if he did that it would be like doing two haircuts, safe to say I wont come back

Closes at 5:45 not 6. I drove from over an hour away to try to get a haircut for an interview. When I showed up at 5:45 the prickheads inside told me they were closed. When I explained my situation, they said they still couldn’t help me. Good job guys, keep up the good business.

Its not a fast haircut by any means, but its the best haircut you can get in Lincoln. Brian takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows. Hell talk with you extensively to understand exactly what you want. Then hell take his time cutting your hair, no rushing through it to get through more customers. His haircuts had me hooked fr the first. Now I live in Kearney, and still drive two hours just to get my haircut from Brian!

I am in the military and it is truly challenging to find a skilled barber to accomplish a good looking fade. Out of all the barbers I have tried in Lincoln, Nebraska, St. Louis, Missouri, and even on base at Marine Corps Base Quantico, this place is the best. I get a haircut every week and have done so for the last 6 years, so you can imagine, I have tried out a fair share of barbers. This man is talented.

Perfect fade haircut! I spent 13 years in the Army, so it was difficult to find a Lincoln barber that can cut that great fade that I was looking for. He has a bigger, nicer shop now, just behind the old one on N. 48th street. He also has a partner now, so the wait time is minimal. Check it out!

Brian gives a great haircut, but doesnt know how to run a business. Hes currently working on renovations so he can move to a bigger location and he doesnt post changes in his business hours or days hes going to be closed ahead of time. Taking time off work and driving there to find out hes not open is a waste of my time. Im going elsewhere until he gets his act together.

Brian is by far the BEST BARBER IN LINCOLN!! PERIOD!! I moved to town about a 1yr and 6 months ago, and as a man that prides himself on his hair the very first thing I tried to do was look for a barber. In my search unfortunately I got burned a few times, walking out of barber shops with uneven hair lines or what should of been a medium fade would end up being aHIGH AND TIGHT! Well about 5 months pass by and Im still having trouble trusting and finding a barber when I decide to give 360 Fades a chance. At first I was skeptical when I walked into Brians first location, the place was super small with only one barber chair in the room. I waited about an hour which frustrated me but I stuck around and decided to go ahead with thehaircut. Well the first thing I noticed is that he takes his time, as you can probably read in the other reviews, he takes pride in his work and makes sure you walkout with the best hair cut you can get. Needless to say when he was done I was very impressed and relieved and happy that I had found a barber that understood the kind of hair cut I wanted and relay that information through his work. Ive been going to Brian ever since, and nowwith his new location waiting for the haircut is not such a drag no more. If you know Brian you know he is a New York City Guy and you see that with the ambiance of the new location. You can walk in and you will see peopleplaying some chest or dominos, that old school hip hop playing, or some guys playing some MADDEN on the XBOX waiting on their cut. I will admit that the wait times are a bit long at times, and you would think that would deterpeople from coming in but its completely the opposite. The people that cut their hair there understand why there are wait times, people rather wait an hour and get an amazing haircut than wait for 10 minutes and get a verybland and messed up cut. Ive been going there for months and know that Ill be there for a while so I plan my haircut days accordingly, making sure I open a few hours of my day for a cut. However more often than not the waitis usually between 15 minutes to 35 minutes and Im speaking from personal experience, yours may vary. I also like the no appointments policy although Ive heard that he might change that for some of the days in the week, Irather have the first come first serve policy. I hated calling other barbers in town for example on a Wednesday just for them to tell me that Icouldnt be seen for a haircut for till Monday or Tuesday.... the hell with that. Im not making a doctors appointment... its a haircut. In conclusion I like the place, I like the setup, and specially the haircuts which by the way you wont find another barber that is that good with a straight razor in town. Hope this helps anybody that took the time to read it.

I found this place while looking on the web and it had great reviews and they are definitely true Brian does an amazing job he really takes his time and gets it right. The line is a little slow so if youre in a hurry this probably isnt the place to go but Im very satisfied with Brians work and honestly is probably the best haircut Ive ever had.

I read about this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. Totally worth it. Brian did a great job and Im going back for all of my future hair cuts. Nothing beats hot towels and a straight razor shave. Plus it was all less than $50 for a haircut, straight razor shave, and neck massage including tip. Do yourself a favor and go there but be sure to call ahead. I had two walk ins come in while I was there that were turned down.

Worst haircut I have had in a long time. Asked for a 2 faded up to a 3 on the sides and an inch off the top, came out of the haircut with a skin fade on the sides an an inch left on top. Additionally, my neck was cut open by the striaght razor. Further, throughout the haircut, my barber was texting on his phone. Not a good experience and would not recommend.
