Had an incredibly great time working with Dan on the purchase of our first home. He led myself and family through multiple showings and was patient through the whole process even in the midst of this crazy market. I fully believe he had my best interest in mind and he was willing to work with me around my availability. I know who I am using for my future on any sell or purchase of property! Easy 5 Star!

Seem to b a well known reality group,kinda pricey,but........ they are worth it

After going throught the horrible experience of a flood we were told we had just 3 days to get our belongings out of the unit. Pretty sure that LEGALLY I was supposed to have 30 days but, what we couldnt get is now laying on the side of the road where they threw it. And we were never asked if we were ok or if we needed help of any kind. No offer was made to help us find alternate shelter. They just didnt care and we had been there for 8 years! That property on Park Ave WILL flood again, it is only a matter of time. Avoid renting it and avoid renting from them!

Ive rented through Midgett and Fire for a year and a half. First off they made sure we thourghly understood the lease before signing the lease, very transparent. In the past Ive had landlords who would try to loophole us into signing things. Next they were always very responsive and helpful. Every interaction with them has always been plesent. We found a home that better met our needs (bigger family). But they had an opportunity to keep extra money from us and we would of NEVER known. Apparently we had overpaid a few months back and Mrs Jeneva caught it and brought it to my attention. Her knowing I would of never noticed but making sure everything was accurate speaks on her character.Definitely recommend renting through them!We love our new house because its much bigger but the only down side is we arent renting through Midgett and fite any longer.

This place has reasonable rates on places to livelandlord is nice to talk to if something breaks down hes there to fix it right away and maybe take a few days before they get right to it they got an excellent construction crew that fixes Ive been renting from him past three-and-a-half years from now got no problems with we this landlord if you need a place to live give him a call and some of his places accept pets

I would never let these people manage my rental property. To put it nicely, they are the definition of slum lords.I live and own a home by 2 of the houses they manage and they NEVER come out and inspect the properties and the houses look horrible.Here are some pictures. I (a first time homebuyer) had a great time buying my first house with Midgett & Fite. Dan Midgett, the realtor, is very smart and knowledgeable in what hes doing. He gave me plenty of great advice, for someone like me, who doesnt know anything about real estate and whats it like to be a homeowner, I can ask him just about anything that I can think of and hed give a great answer. Most importantly, he is trustworthy. He will do what is best for you and also anything you ask him to do (about the deal,) so that you can get the best deal possible.He is also very good at negotiations. During my homebuying process, we ran into a few issues; most notably the appraisal for the house came in much lower than what I had offered and Id have walked away from the deal, but Dan was able to negotiate and lower the price, and saved the whole deal from falling apart. This is just one of those things that you dont expect when buying a house, but it does happen and you will want someone that knows how to deal with this situation like Dan.His associate, also son-in-law, Jared Snyder is also a great guy to work with as well. He helped me with the house while Dan was away. I know about them from my co-worker, who just happens to be Dans son. All in all; a great family.
