I have never had an issue with realty executives however I would absolutely NEVER use Melissa Hilton as my realtor based on some disgusting posts via social media that she has made publicly taking photos of people and making fun of them. This is extremely unprofessional and completely deters me from using this company.

My family has bought and sold homes through Pete and Julie, and I can only say that they are great to work with and did everything they promised to and more. Pete even romped through the rough of the back area on my (now) property when I said I wanted to be able to look at it all! (Im sure we picked up some ticks while in the woods that day).I have since recommended them to friends and they have all been highly satisfied with the service provided by Realty Executives.

They did very good at finding us a place fast, but soon after we found holes in the floor that had been covered up an holes in walls where they connected to floor, could see outside through all the holes. we asked an tried to tell them about it an they said they would look into it nothing was ever done then we asked if they could fix the stove that didnt work in the house an they said if we had such a problem with everything then we could get out.. was always under the impression it was the landlords job to fix a house there renting out, guess this doesnt apply with this company...

If you plan on renting, make sure you get ALL your conversations in writing. Not a trustworthy company for renting. Used all security deposit on nickel and dollaring us till nothing left which seemed like the plan to start. Good tenants should be treated as such and not taken advantage of. Had a great relationship with them till time to move then they showed us we cant turn our back on them.

Before returning to Lebanon from out of state almost 5 years ago I called Realty Executives. They were instrumental in helping me find temporary housing and ultimately a home to purchase. Pete Spencer, his realtors, and staff are top notch!!! I will use them again!

The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. We had a shower plumbing problem that was dealt with immediately. Small repairs also are not a problem for this company.

The listing was not accurate as it was far from newley remodeled

When my husband sold his fathers house after he passed Pete Spencer gave him great guidance and direction even though he was not his realtor, and didnt have to do anything for him. So when it came time for us I to buy our first home our first stop was to talk to Pete. He and his partner Julie Allen were able to guide us through the whole process.They took the time to find out what we wanted and needed, and they knew us well enough that the day our house came on the market they both said, that is perfect for them... and called us right away.Their office went above and beyond at times to make sure aspects of the inspection, and minor corrections were taken care of that insured we closed on time. I could go on, but our experience was great.

I have never been treated so poorly by someone who is trying to make money off of me. HORRIBLE customer service. Called and was asking questions and got the most rude responses I could possibly get and then got hung up on. I will never again even think about using this place.

I agree with Heidi Schooler 100%, get ALL conversations in writing with names. If you do not get documentation you will lose. I was even blatantly told by the property manager I received your message but didnt call you back....does this sound like a company you want to do business with? Realty Executives manages properties and their ONLY purpose is to make money for the property owners. Military and DOD beware go somewhere else, I didnt listen to others and ignored advice and now Im paying for it.

I agree with the previous rating. This company takes advantage of their tenants. They did the same thing to me. Do not use their services to rent/buy a house unless you are willing to risk paying more than what you bargained for.

They have staff giving 5 star reviews to boost the low rating from terrible customer service from tenants they shaft! lol
