I called them because I was concerned that my PC was infected with malware/virus. They answered my questions adequately as did the other shops I spoke with , but they also had the most reasonable prices. They were great about taking the time to educate me before I was even a paying customer, showing that they really care about helping you become a wiser technology user. They ran a diagnostic and found that there were in fact infections on my device. So they backed up my data and then reinstalled my OS so that any installed malware was wiped off - ensuring my security and peace of mind.They acted as a computer mentor guiding me through the process and letting me know what to look out for next time. I feel more at ease having hired them, and will definitely call them again when I need help. I highly recommend this shop, they treat their customers right.

Walked in and the lady was extremely nice, she gave me great advice on my computer. She also did not force anything, I will definitely be back.

It was my first time visiting this place for help and the lady who tended to me, Amanda(?) i believe, bless her, was very kind and i felt more comfortable leaving my desktop in their hands. The price I believe was very reasonable! And when i brought my desktop home, it worked so well and as good as new. Overall i enjoyed my experience! I will definitely come back.

World Technologies is probably the best computer repair shop I have ever been to. Enough for me to take time to write a review for! They not only repaired my keyboard for a great price, but they also cleaned my entire computer inside and out. They offered to replace my battery for free because it was damaged and they went out of their way to leave me with a great computer. I highly recommend!

They were kind of totally amazing. They understood my concerns, they understood my timelimitation. When Windows 10 screwed up a lot of things they were totally there to fix them over the phone. I highly recommend them. I will never go anyplace else.

Went in to get the screw on my SSD housing removed and replaced because im impatient. Took them less then 15 mins to fix my mistake and have me out the door. Great place! Super friendly! Willing to answer any questions you might have!

For the last eight years, I never had a issue with my five computers that the World technology staff could not resolve. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and all of my computers were returned within two or three days. I appreciate the free diagnostic and phone call before any major repairs are completed. Great place

I have been going here for over 5 years now for all of my repairs. I will tell you this they are awesome. Allen and the others are great techs and very knowledgeable. They are practically experts on circuits and anything electronic. They built me a DIY microphone for my home studio once. It turned out amazing. I was like, man there isnt a thing these guys cannot do. If you need to repair an overheating laptop, clean viruses, repair damage done to you motherboard, and anything of the sort, Please come here. They will not disappoint. After they do repairs, it is like getting a fantastic manufacturer renewed product. A definite 5 star for me, but do not take this review at face value go in with your computer issue and see for yourself.

I had a issues with my screen, I have worked with Andy and Chris which were both very professional, they called me after the diagnostics and explained the issue that I was having with my laptop. Long story short my screen was fixed and I was happy. I would Highly recommend WT.

Dont go anywhere else before trying World Technology. They diagnosed my old computer for FREE! Told me exactly what needed to be done to repair it, and how much it would cost. They even made suggestions on how I could do the repairs myself (which wouldve been easy and I was more than capable of). In the end, I decided to build a new, custom computer. The honesty, diligence and expertise of the World Technology staff helped me make the right decision. If ever I were to have any issues with my new computer, without hesitation, World Technology would be the place Id go!

Extremely satisfied with the service! They saved me hundreds!!! I was quoted from another computer repair shop that I needed to replace the logic board from my 2015 Macbook 12 inch which wouldve costed $450. Allen was able to figure out the issue and found that only a few wires were tangled up within the computer that was causing my audio not to work. Got it diagnosed for free and fixed the computer within one hour of bringing it in. Take my money!!!

I needed help with changing windows versions and also to rid my computer of a Rootkit virus. They not only did the above service, they made sure all my data was saved and reloaded all my programs. Saved my email folders and contacts and set up a new email system. Very patient with a non techie person and walked me through the computer when I picked it up. I am so happy with the computer and feel I received service above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and I am so grateful they are located in Lawrenceville.

I dont do fluff or suck up reviews....This is the pure truth and the exact details regarding my experience with World Technologies.I am an avid gamer and decided to build a PC custom piece by piece for the first time in my life. I thought I had the knowledge needed but quickly got intimidated by the motherboard and configuring/plugging everything in correctly.World Technologies is located near a school I used to go to and I used them for a small laptop repair years ago and had a good experience with them and decided to visit them after getting a few other quotes on my needs from Best Buy, Frys Electronics, and another small computer store in my area.I took the Case with the Motherboard screwed in to the case correctly, with all the other components of my computer (Graphics Card, power supply, RAM, and drives) outside of the case in boxes and anti-static packs up to the building and once inside I was greeted by a women working up front who was very upfront with me. She had me sign a form and told me they would call me that afternoon with the exact price before starting, and three hours later they called and I loved the price.So it was in there shop for 48 hours, they installed everything, started and configured the system, upgraded my BIOs, and answered 30+ questions of mine. The price for all of this, $125 which was very under priced in my opinion so obviously I was happy to pay this. I received no less then 6 or 7 phone calls from start to finish at various points to update me or ask how I wanted this or that, which I loved being updated.I got the system home and it was perfect. Everything running just as I dreamed and I thought I should overclock it and make it better....Of course I screwed that up and it crashed and the BIOs prompted me to reconfigure the system. I called back a week after picking it up and took it back up there on the way to school to take a final exam. After a quick final exam that I smashed like a BOSS....I called and my computer was ready.When I got to the shop ALAN, who is also a Mo-Fing Boss brought it out and told me I did a great job being a Noob and messing up my computer. He told me he repaired everything and fixed it up and advised me that my system doesnt really need to be overclocked because its a beast in the first place. I asked how much it cost and he said NO CHARGE, see he could have easily charged me $50 or whatever and didnt.Best Buy quote for computer assembly- $400+ (the guy got 400 out of his mouth and I stopped him and said your crazy no thanks.)Frys Electronics- $229Other Computer Store-$159Moral of the story....Please believe me when I tell you these guys will do it right and for the best price AND do it quicker then the other stores in the area they just will. If you have a reasonable need and give them a try they will EXCEED your expectations.I will never ever go anywhere else for my computer repair needs. Period
