Peter is VERY knowledgeable about what he does, honestly he should be teaching computer engineering here in the US. My power chord outlet was all messed up and he did a great job at fixing it FAST! First experience was great, which lead to us commiting to return if service was ever needed again. Second visit was not as pleasurable due to the fact that I was told my computer was too old & not worth fixing. At that point we started noticing all the guy was interested in was selling us one of his computers. Offered us over priced hard drive for our computer... He bullied us out of a labor fee that was avoidable if he had followed what we wanted as customers. Ultimately, we called a tech support company who got our computer going over the phone. So much for the bad hard drive garbage that Sun Sky insisted was the problem.Dont let them dupe you into believing your computer is too old or is done... Get a second opinion!
