Jason was exceptionally responsive to my dilemma. I had suddenly lost business email capabilities and after hours and hours and days and days of the runaround with Microsoft 365 reporting and protocols, Jason helped me get thru that maze and explained how exactly to get a real person on the phone to get help. He spent a very long time exploring my situation before he found out that the situation was all in the hands of MS 365 servers therefore I had no choice but to go back to them. But, using the tricks he gave me, I was connected with a tech in no time who then fixed my issue and within 24 hours all was back to normal AND I learned a lot about running that maze!
