We hired Abby tree Service also know as Dave Hidy of Hidys towing. His service was to grind a stump, told us he would be here on a Friday . He did not show up until Sunday, I had to call him to see where he was and when he would be here. I dont feel it is my job to follow up with an adult who is running a business. Once job was completed he ended up chipping my glass in my bedroom. When I called him and sent a picture of the damage he said he would get it taken care of. When he came looked at the damage, he took the measurements and the window said it would take about a week. Ends up being 3 weeks before the service was done. He is so unprofessional unorganized. . As of today we got the window when I asked him to please wear a mask and one person in my house due to cover 19 he threw a fit like a toddler, he said he would leave,then of the same breath he told his helper to leave as well. He put the window on the floor by my table and told me to do it myself I went to put the window back in and its not even measured right and its cracked and he will not make it right .So not only did I pay him for the stump removal extra work and he wont even make it right. Would never ever ever recommend this guy for any kind of service.

Arrived on time and was reasonably priced, was less than half the cost of the other guys and they had good reviews on both Google and Facebook.However, they did not bring proper equipment to remove the size of tree we needed removed, apparently worried about potential damage to underground irrigation in our yard. They instead tried to notch the tree and pull it down using a pickup truck and tow rope. In the process, the tree hit the house and caused extensive damage. While the supervisor was apologetic and promptly called his insurance company,he only slightly reduced the cost of removal, only at my insistence. He immediately acted defensive when I suggested it. Though the damage was covered through their insurance, the extensive damage to our property has been a major inconvenience. If the proper equipment was brought in the first place this would have been avoided. Do not use these guys, especially if you need a large tree removed.

Good company , fast friendly service, they clean up All the Debris and fill all holes plus plant grass seed.
