Hired them to remove several large pine trees. They did an amazing job. Very happy with the results. They also did it fast, and at a fair price. Will be calling them again soon.

We needed 3 large trees removed from our backyard, 2 of the 3 were in really tough spots. 1 next to our house and fence, the other was next to our fence and in between our shed and the neighbors garage. Earl came out on a Tuesday night, gave us a good estimate and showed up bright and early on Wednesday morning. The entire job (which was quite large) was finished before noon on Thursday. They were polite, hard working, & professional. They were able to quickly get all 3 trees down and trim up the others without any damage to anyones property and our yard looks amazing! His wife stopped out as well to go over the contract and take our payment, she was wonderfully kind & efficient. They did a ton of work for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again and will be referring them to everyone I know.

I called these guys yesterday morning. The owner was at my house less than an hour later to give me an estimate. I was already impressed. He gave me a reasonable estimate that fell dead center of three other estimates I got. I asked him when he could do the work, and he replied first thing the next morning. First thing his morning, I got a call from Ruby in the office to let me know her crew would be out within the hour. 40 minutes later, they were hard at work cutting down the trees. They worked quickly and professionally. They did an excellent job grinding the stumps (had shoddy/incomplete stump grinding done before) and they cleaned up very well. They even very kindly moved a rope swing higher up a branch on a large maple tree in my back yard for me (was higher than I was able to manage with my 30ft extension ladder), and also trimmed off a few dead branches on that tree while they were up there, which was above and beyond and very kind. I highly recommend Ruby’s Tree Service and won’t hesitate to use them again the next time I need any trees trimmed or removed. I couldn’t imagine a better experience.

This company left a mess scattered in my yard from coming through to cut down a neighbors trees as well as leaving messes at two of my neighbors houses and refused to clean up then decided to slander my neighbor and essentially call him a drunk when he wrote a negative review on the service recieved. I have lived next to this particular neighbor as long as he has lived in the house and visit with him daily, I can say that he is far from intoxicated wether it be 9am or midnight.

Company took down two trees left half the trees uncut told me he would be back in a few days to complete the job. this was seven months ago. will have to go to another company in order to company the job. he talks the talk but not walk the walk. good luck if you hire this company.

I reached out to get a large stump ground out. I had tried several other tree services and was blown off each time. I called them in the morning around 10am. They returned my call quickly and had a guy out to give me an estimate before 1pm. I gave the go ahead and they had the stump ground out and the yard cleaned up before 5pm. 10 out of 10.

Ruby said she would have her husbsnd come by to give me sn estimate. He never csme by. I called a couple more times to see if they were really going to give the estimate. Had to leave a message and no call back nor did Earl show up!

Ruby and Earl and their crew just left the site, and I couldnt be happier! very reasonable price, left the yard in better condition than they found it. Had a couple of difficult trees leaning over stuff and in power lines, and that was no problem for them. their crew is well equipped, pleasant and honest to work with. Almost impossibly prompt service. I will absolutely work with them again!

Awful, rude, disrespectful. They started work at 7 AM on a Saturday in our neighborhood, making all kinds of noise cutting down trees and disrupting the sleep of everyone who lives here. They were tremendously rude when I called to complain. And they are in violation of the governor’s stay home order since they are a nonessential service. They should be fined. I would never do business with a company that is so rude and tone deaf.

Wet molded wood for my fireplace. I called about this, was told someone would get back with me....no such luck. This is the 3rd bad batch. One batch had termites and i had to toss a great deal of it. They also damaged my front lawn. I have rented the yard roller 3 times trying to flatten my lawn and its still supper difficult to mow on my riding mower due to the deep tire tracks. ....2 years later.

Never finished the job, left my yard a complete mess. Logs to big to move

They dont show up for Estimates. Dont even bother calling them. I had even forgotten my self from year to year. Called again and still no one showed up or called
