Ive used them a total of 3 times and noticed a pattern, they tend to upcharge for a lot of unnecessary things so keep an eye on that. I just got an oil change a day before and they claimed I was in desperate need of a change to justify that being on the repair list for a bad starter. They also replaced one of my tires that didnt need replacing. That was a nice surprise when Costco said one of my tires wasnt theirs for a regular checkup.*edit* so they responded how I expected, denying and placing blame on the customer. I asked over the phone to not replace the tire and not charge me for it, I have proof of this in a recording. The only way you could fix that is to give me back my brand new tire because the one you put in already went flat and isnt covered by my warranty. I know you wont do it so Im just going to put you guys on blast everywhere I go. I even wonder if all the parts you replaced that were broken werent actually broken at this point. 👎 nice try.

This was my first time using Sheridan Auto Tech. They got my Mazda in within a couple of days of me calling for an appointment. They communicated with me about what repairs I would need and the final cost. I picked up my car the same day, and everything is running great! It drives like a new car. Poor customer service experience with cleanliness of car complaint. Spent $1k with this business ($600 labor, $400 parts). Picked up my car after having AC fixed and when I stopped for gas realized there was trash and dirt in my backseat & floors. No one ever sits in my backseat and i use my car for local errands only. Left it clean and got it back dirty. Called to speak to manager about this and she gaslight me, suggesting I must not remember correctly as my car was there for 10 days. She told me she didn’t “like my energy” and hung up on me. Won’t support this small business and will go to dealership next time simply for this poor handling of customer service. You don’t get multiple chances to make a first impression.

I took my car in for labeling my catalytic converters. The business was listed on AAA list. They were very professional and satisfied with their care and service. I would use them again

They were able to diagnose the issue with my starter drawing too much power and there was a crack in my air intake boot/hose from filter box to engine. That was all good. But they wanted to charge $900 which was overly expensive. I was able to buy parts and use a private mechanic for $550 including parts so it was hard to justify twice that.

Took us in same day and did our alignment super quick. Highly recommend!

They got it fixed up in a timely manner and a very reasonable price. My car runs great again. Im new to Colorado and happy to know I have a reliable auto shop I can bring my car into now.

I have used this company 3 times . Good experience every time.. If you happen to catch or are on top of it with your preventative maintenance.. you usually get your vehicle same day as your appointment: if not you are looking at timeframes of 24 hrs or in less then 48hrs if your not not on top of it and something where parts need to be ordered from out of town then you could be waiting slightly longer .. if you qualify for Napa credit that could be a plus if your repairs are more then your thought. Their estimates are very close to final invoice checkout statement.

Sheridan Auto a tech is a wonderful company. Not only did they repair my Jeep at a fair price, but when I had a small issue after leaving, they took care of the issue immediately and even stayed late to get it done. I will no doubt return for future service and repairs.

The guys at Sheridan Auto have always been super cool and informative when I need a repair. No pressure and I dont leave feeling like Ive paid to have blinker fluid filled and oil filters rotated. In other words, they dont treat you like youre stupid.

I took my car here for an oil leak, they found out where the leaks were coming from and gave me a price, which was more than the car was worth, they didn’t charge me for the diagnosis and gave some good cheap recommendations, which is the best I can do for now. Good service.

We took our car to Sheridan Auto Tech. They did a good job fixing our front suspension. It was an expensive job but they did a good job and now it feels like we are floating down the street in our car.

They spent three days working on my problems and didn’t charge me a dime more than what I owed. Very thorough and honest. I’m going to use this company for all my car problems.

The guys here are amazing! My friend referred me to them as a trustworthy auto shop. They didn’t even make me pay for an inspection which was beyond helpful for me. I had to buy a new car and they helped me out by checking everything out and even doing research. Ladies please don’t go anywhere else, my understanding is that they won’t try and take advantage of women by telling them they have issues that don’t exist. I just moved to Breck but still plan to use them for heart checkins

I had an easy vehicle inspection to make sure my car was winterized. The staff was friendly and helpful and feel like my inspection was thorough. They shared that a couple things on my vehicle needed to be replaced.

Isaiah was very helpful and Im very pleased with the work so far and Im going to bring it back for more work to be done. Another great job always count on these guys to do the job right Ill be back for more work done. I continue to have great service from these folks they do a fantastic job that are reasonably priced and Id highly recommend anyone reading this review to take their car and see Isaiah and the boys are Sheridan.

Hands down one of the better mechanics Ive dealt with in a while. Didnt get the techs name, but they didnt treat me as stupid just because of my gender like most mechanics. I will definitely be returning if I need help with my car.

Great place to get your vehicle fixed

I was sent here through my warranty company for the second time for the same reason. the first time was fine, this time i was grossly over charged for spark plugs, oil change and engine coil due to what i believe to be discriminatory reasons. All but one of the staff members that i encountered were way less than friendly, and after leaving my car over night and through most of the day, my engine light came back on and my car was running roughly like before. they had to order a part and replace the one that they were supposed to have replaced already leaving me to wait for an additional hour for repairs. i believe that they never did the work that they said they had done, and had I not been able to catch everything right away, they wouldve let me leave having paid for nothing.

Unfortunately, had a poor experience with them. My new used car was under a warranty and was only allowed to be taken to preferred repair facilities and Sheridan Auto tech was one. They never got back to me with quotes and after numerous phone calls to their facility, I gave up and went elsewhere. Every time I called they said they’d call to give the estimates to the warranty group though never would. Roughly the 6th time I called again to follow up and spoke to the owner, he said his guy who was “working on this” was out so would have him call me when he returned...never called. The owner then told me, “You know we only get paid $45 to do these repairs?” It’s not my fault that he signed a contract with this group? Needless to say, I gave up & got my repairs done with a different facility in less than a week when I dealt with 2 months of phone calls/emails getting nowhere with them. Will not be recommending or going back.

Great experience! I usually do all my own work, but recent shift to not having a garage and the cold weather had me searching for a reputable service center, glad I found Sheridan Auto Tech. My usual apprehensiveness about letting someone else work on my Jeep was quickly set at ease and I never felt concerned about their ability to do quality work. The tech who worked on my Wrangler explained what was going on with my heating system and gave several levels of service options. Needed a pre-purchase inspection performed on a car I was interested in and went with Sheridan based on the reviews and proximity to the seller. This was a great decision. Sheridan was able to work me in the next day and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, their rates are extremely reasonable as Ive had other pre-purchase inspections performed at other places recently and paid, in one case, 50% more. Definitely recommend Sheridan

Hello my name is Bill Dolan I had my Ford Fusion 2013 towed into Sheridan auto tech for a crank no start situation, they informed me it needed a camshaft sensor, I had given The counter guy the heads up about a possible pcm problem, the mechanic who worked on it , wanted to replace another camshaft sensor, all said in done the car was not fixed. I payed the tow bill only. I had the car towed to my place of business, I changed the pcm, and put new coils and plugs in it ( as one of the coils took out the pcm) this is a known problem. I had the car towed to Encore Automotive, they took the time and looked at my problem, they found that the crankshaft sensor had been changed not the camshaft sensor, Sheridan had tried to cover this up by asking me if I had tried to adjust the timing, cause there were wrench marks on that pulls, I told them no. Encore asked me the same thing after they found the new crankshaft sensor. During this period of time I let Encore take their time and look into it. They found that the engine was seriously out of time due to the crankshaft sensor being replaced without the proper technique. I am going to Perdue this with Sheridan auto further, this was not the first time I have had issues with them

The staff and service techs are great and very attentive to ones needs. I have service company with a lot a vans that need constant repairs and they get us taken care of fast so our guys can get back on the road and back to work. Appreciate very much all they do. Not my first choice in mechanics. Their work is questionable. Some of the guys are nice. However the general manager is a jerk. Very rude and unprofessional.In response to me having the wrong shop... I do not have the wrong place. My vehicle has been there a total of 7 times. The first 4 times were for the same issue. It was there for almost the entire month of June and half of July. And the manager yelled at my child then proceeded to talk about him as if i could not hear him. And your response is exactly what i mean by unprofessional. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Outstanding! I had a very bad experience withBrakes Plus. I got the problem resolved at a fair price and in a timely fashion. The staff there taught me a lot about how to better care for my car. I am grateful for their honesty and integrity. And speed!

I use them because they are in network for my warranty. I recently had an alignment done at Brakes Plus on W. Colfax. During inspection Brakes Plus found issue with me front drive shaft. I drove right to Sheridan Auto Tech and they had it approved and installed in less than 2 hours. They also found that the gears on my steering rack were beginning to leak. This is key because that is what is adjusted for a wheel alignment and Brakes Plus did the alignment but didnt catch the leaking steering rack, they caught the drive shaft, but not the thing they were supposedly working on?Sheridan Auto Tech provided great customer service and Joe was awesome!

My first experience here was an emergency, I called and they said they could help. I had my car towed there and they fixed it within a couple hours at a VERY reasonable price. I got to spend a bunch of my time there chatting with the owner and hes clearly a great guy. Recommended by a good friend. Quick and easy. No bs. They didn’t come back with a thousand other things I should fix. They diagnosed the problem (car not starting) as a dead battery, replaced it and said there were no other problems. Of course there may be something else in my car that could use an update, but I didn’t ask them to check. Therefore it’s not their responsibility. I will return in the future.

They wanted to replace my transmission again...( the fourth time in a year.) Because it was leaking...took it to a different shop right after...they diagnosed it...the transmission was good...the pans bolts needed tightening...ya gotta wonder if the previous 3 transmissions were also an easy fix?
