My son recently had an accident with his vehicle, the police were called. He requested the tower to have his car towed to his residence. They refused ,they said they would not tow the vehicle out of town. This kind of practice breaks laws that are stated within towing guide lines. The tow bills also must be itemized also stated in the towing laws. After awhile trying to convince him that I did not want to go to his shop & pay for storage and a second tow the tower then gave me price out of thin air of $160.00 cash only. Well I guess everyone carries cash these days ,I said OK. While the tower was following me to my home I Immediately dial the owner of the business, he said to me you are taking my tower out of town, After speaking with him I told him I was in same line of business, he immediately changed his attitude. I come from a family business that been towing cars since 1925. We were taught to treat people fair and kind.This kind of behavior is selfish & rude.I hope he will learn from his actions and treat people more kindly. I will not give you 1 star because I feel there is still good people in the world that want to help others.

When I got into my accident it turned out they were the towing company used to pick up my vehicle and I decided to gave them do the work on my vehicle as well through my insurance. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and made sure I knew what was going on and made my car better then new! Truly satisfied with their quality of work and would recommend them to all my friends 10 out of 10 times. .

Recently our family experienced an accident, the Police had our vehicle towed to this company. We were advised by Officers, that upon arriving at this establishment we would be able to enter the vehicle as well as receive our belongings promptly upon entering. I had explained the situation to the man claiming to be the owner of the company, who than got verbally abusive towards my entire family and myself. If you ever want to be extorted and verbally harassed, this is the company for you. Our family, and friends will be avoiding this company like the plague.Furthermore, this review is a follow up as this business had the audacity to privately reach out and ask if we can remove our honest review of the company and our experience.

The owner/manager of this establishment is the most rude and ignorant man I have ever met in my entire life. I went in to ask questions as to how to help a family member gather their belongings from their vehicle and he was rude and acted as if he was above common decency. If you want to be treated like vermin, then definitely go here.

Shortly after I met the owner Joe Barina. I was surprised to be treated with such professionalism, kindness and respect. At that point I did not know if my car was going to be repaired or totaled. Joe was honest, straightforward and explained the whole process in detail. I was far away from home and he arranged for me to get one of his loner cars. Very bad experience, owner of the place tried to tell me that I had to pay 150 dollars more than what the secretary told me when I first called to find out how much my cost was. Then he corrected himself when I called him out on it . When I went to go look at my car he started screening out of his truck for inspecting it and making sure they didn’t damage it . Telling me I was not allowed to be by my car . Guy was so unprofessional.

Lets face it...nobody wants to have to visit an autobody shop so when you do then you want the work done professionally and at a fair price. Joes shop accomplishes both these things with top marks. I didnt recognize my van it was too clean afterwards they detailed it inside & out. My highest recommendation

Very bad! Do not use them! Mr Barina steals your money I had a perfectly working car and mr Barina told me its totaled! Do not use him hes a crook! He told me it will cost me $4000 dollars to repair when It drove perfectly out of his lot.. in front of his own eyes! I ended up paying $300.00 to fix up a few dents!

Barinas Auto Service has to be the best all around. My husband passed away and his car was in an accident. It needed to be towed and it was towed to be repaired at Barinas. From the second they got the car, they called and expressed their condolences and told us they would help however they could. Because of the circumstances, they took card of the deductible and fixed the car. They even dealt with the insurance company. I didnt have to do much, which was very nice as I just lost my husband unexpectedly, they took care of it all. When the car was fixed, they even brought it to my home and told us to please call them if there was anything they could do to help. I dont think Ive could have asked for anything more.
