If you care about your car your Mercedes dont take it there worst experience Ive ever had at an auto repair shop

Bill, Ted and the rest of the crew are TOP NOTCH! We have been using them for the past 13 years and they are, quite simply, the best! They are honest with what work needs to be done, and what can wait. They always perform top quality work and also give us great advice. Over the years, we have purchased a couple of used Mercedes just because we trust them so much. You may not always like what they have to tell you, but you can always be sure that they are telling you the truth. Excellent all-around!

These guys are real pros with the older Benzes. CIS-E may stump other shops used to computer diagnostics, but these guys know their way around it. Theyre also happy to work with individuals who do some of their own wrenching on their cars, like me. Whenever I get stumped, I take my car (91 W126) here.

This place is amazing. They always maintain all of our Mercedes Benzs and the prices are always phenomenal.

Very rude and unprofessional. Told me that they do not install parts from the dealer thats brand new and sealed. If you use words I DONT CARE multiple times when talking to a customer you should not be in business. Dont bother.

This shop has been great for my 1991 300sel. When I got the car in 2016 the owner recommended taking her here. These guys have been working on her for years and know her inside out. Theyve always been very honest. I had a issue with the lights and radio. Being a new owner I thought I checked all the fuses but no hehe. The guys ferreted this issue and didnt charge me since they found it in under 15 min. WHAT SHOP DOES THAT??? The shop is a typical old school shop that smells like work being done. I love it. I know where the focus is and its on the cars, but this seems to turn off some people. Their rates are always better than taking my baby to the Mercedes dealer and done right. Theyll source parts whenever they can. Thank you for taking such good care of my Cedes!

Dont take your MB here..Very rude over the phone..Shop for an authorized MB repair..Balloned the price to repair the transmission and it hard shifts from 1 to 2 gear ...I have only driven the car home less than 20 miles...I paid over 3100.00 dollars for repairs and the transmission is still not fixed I am afraid to return it ....because I fear this business...I know that I am not the only one who has been involved with this type of work here...I thank God for the Holy Spirit that he placed in me ....

This place was recommended to me by a Mercedes Club member. Unfortunately, I cannot pass on the recommendation. Ted did a great job overfilling my transmission during a routine fluid/filter change. Im not sure if he did it on purpose, or if hes simply incompetent, but he either way he was rude and condescending in all my dealings with him. The shop and waiting room are filthy. I suppose if youre desperate and cheap and dont care about how your car is taken care of, this shop might work for you. But, there are plenty of other places to have your car serviced in this area where youll be treated better. Pick someone else.

Called and scheduled an appointment for my 2003 E320. Come on down he says. I get there and they didnt expect me or know who I was. Halfway walking out to my car, the mechanic refuses to work on my car because I brought my own tail light assembly. He also declined to work on anything else wrong with my car. Very unprofessional! Too bad, because they are very close and I would have given them plenty of work. Pretty upset with my lack of service.

The guys are honest and straight up. I wanted Bill to take me out for some fun but he declined, all in good humor.
