Without question, this is the best mechanic shop Ive ever found. AAA recommended and there is a reason for that. They offer absolute honesty about what needs to be done, and the price they quoted is the price I paid. Every. Single. Time. They wont do anything without your say so, and they are fast. Rediculously fast!

Honest shop. Ended up using them only for a fraction of initial predicted work because ended up going through vehicle manufacturers warranty. Shop still took care of me and went out of their way to help tow my truck from their shop to dealer for work. Ill definitely trust them with needed transmission repairs when not covered by manufacturer.

I would like to say first off, that I am completely blown away by how great my service was at Lee Myles. I own a 2019 4runner and I had some suspension issues. I called around and quoted different places to diagnose the issue and they all ran around $140-$180 just to diagnose the issue. These great gentlemen diagnosed it for $33 and charged another $52 for parts and labor. (It turns out I was just missing a bolt) So I was out the door for $85. Very very impressed with their integrity in business, and their absolutely amazing customer service. My girlfriend recently purchased a 98 4runner, and they have really gone above and beyond in helping her with hers as well. Truly great work guys, I do very much appreciate you guys and greatly look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I have a 2009 Saturn Vue and I needed my transmission replaced and the team here at Lee Myles did an amazing job! With my dad being in the automotive industry back in Michigan for over 40 years he did vet Lee Myles and he was very impressed with their work, attention to detail, and communication. I live in CO by myself so, my dad was very involved in the process but, Mike and Yaun did not have a problem talking to him multiple times. The price was very reasonable for the job! With me leaving the state late next year a perk, is that my trans is warranted coast to coast for 3 years! After I received my car back I then referred by friend who should be receiving her car back today or tomorrow. I would highly recommend Lee Myles for any automotive work!! Thank you again!

Costs about 33 dollars just to get an estimate on your vehicle and have it looked at. They were able to diagnose my issues in about 30 minutes - less than 45 minutes. My back brakes on my Lexus needed replacing which ran for about a bit over 400. The estimate time amount to have the brakes replaced and fixed after agreeing to pay was about one hour. The waiting room has plenty of magazine selection with some comfy couches. Plenty of coffee k cups to select from as well as apple cider and earl gray tea. Overall the experience was a good one with good timing.

I am not sure what to think. First off, they charged me a total of $247 for a/c diagnostic. Toyota charges $150. When I asked, I felt like he didn’t believe that and continued to say that Toyota would charge more. My glove compartment is now faulty when it wasn’t when I first took it there. I do give them points because they asked me to bring it back and he made it close again but on the way home, the same thing happened and again, I cannot close it. I have a feeling it is damaged and it wasn’t. That will cost me more money. When the glove compartment fell off the first time, I saw the cabin filter and it was nasty. When I took it back to get the glove compartment fixed, he told me they had been working next to it and that there was no need to change it because that wasn’t what was causing the problem. Maybe he is right in that sense but the fact that they never even mentioned for me to change it is what is making me suspicious. I noticed too that some of the screws are half in on that glove compartment. I am just sad because I don’t know a thing about cars and really wanted to feel confident to bring it back to fix my a/c in case I don’t trade it in. Now, I’m just doubtful and now I not only have a bad a/c but a damaged glove compartment.I am editing my review because people deserve to know. Lee Myles was charging me over $1200 to fix my a/c after the $250 diagnostic and guess what? I went to Cool Breeze in Golden and found out Lee Myles diagnostic was bogus. The other place charged me a total of $233 and fixed my a/c. It was not the compressor like they had made me believe. I haven’t felt this robbed in a long time. $250 spent on Lee Myles for absolutely nothing. You ought to be ashamed to take money from people like that. Some of us work very hard and through these rough times, the least you should try is a little bit of honesty for people who come to your shop. This is outrageous and I have the receipts to prove it. All it was, was a loose cable. You should seriously just tell people you don’t work on a/c instead of wasting their time and money. If you had any decency, you should at least reimburse me.

Took my 30 year old car in and one of the very first things I admired was being told right away how much a diagnostic test would be. I didnt have any surprise charges or anything. I was happy about the communication throughout the time my car was getting serviced and the issue I was having has been resolved. They even told us other potential issues it has and showed us legitimate pictures of it. And the pricing itself was honestly lower than what I was expecting. I am definitely coming back here anytime I have an auto issue. Thank you for the work you did!!!I also want to add that this place is very accessible for handicap, it was very clean, and the location is very easy to get to.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MECHANIC!Something was up with my wipers, so I took in my car to get them checked out. They quoted me a $600 repair for a new wiper motor, new linkages, and wiper arms. I thought that was crazy so I checked it out myself. Turns out one small bent piece of metal was to blame. I fixed it by myself in less than 2 hours. It was clear that they had not even diagnosed the problem, as there were leaves still in a part that needed to be removed. DO NOT GET SCAMMED OUT OF $600 AND DO NOT TRUST THIS MECHANIC!

I brought my 2009 Escalade to Lee Myles because they had 5 star reviews. Hear my story and then tell me how this place is a 5-star business. I brought my 2009 Escalade to Lee Myles for a quote on 3 things: 1. Replace the shift solenoid for transmission, 2. Look at suspension and quote me on fixing it (ride is very rough, I know theres issues with suspension), and 3. Cost to replace the headlights. I brought my vehicle in April 14th, and the first issue is they told me they wont be able to diagnose the issues (or even look at the vehicle) until Friday, April 23rd. So I had wait a week and a half. No biggie, still all good - I was looking forward to getting my car fixed soon, given that today is the 23rd finally. Today they called me, and they gave me quotes of around $2000+ for headlights, $1800 for shift solenoid, and around $1800 for suspension. I asked the person on the phone why the prices were what they were - first, I asked about the shift solenoid, because another shop quoted me $1300. He said the price was higher because of a specific brand of parts they use. Next, I asked about the suspension quote, because I had 2 other quotes: one for around $400, and before I could even tell him the 2nd quote I had (which was $3000), he told me they wont work on my car because Im obviously only looking for the lowest price and to come pick up my vehicle . He couldnt be more wrong - if he let me finish, he wouldve seen I was Also Quoted $3000 for the suspension, and clearly I didnt choose the low $400 quote either. I want to understand what Im paying for. Im not a mechanic; I am a top notch programmer though. And I can definitely explain to my customers why my prices are what they are. Lee Myles made me waste an entire week and half, waiting for quotes on my vehicle, and now they wont even give them to me. I asked the guy on the phone to email me the quotes, so I can actually understand what theyre quoting; why theyre quoting it. And he said no, they wont send me the quotes, and they wont work on my vehicle, and to come pick it up. Hmm - they wont even send me the quotes. And they know I want to be an informed consumer. Hmm, I wonder if theyre afraid of their quote, or have something to hide. It sure seems that way. So let me get this straight - because I want to be an informed consumer, and understand what Im being quoted, and because I asked questions, they wont give me a quote or work on my vehicle? Right, that makes sense. What doesnt make sense was me going there. My bad. Dont waste a week and half like I did, and dont bring your car there. And if you dont take my advice and do go there, certainly dont ask any questions, or they might not give you a quote or work on your vehicle either.*Update for Owner* - I didnt argue anything, I simply asked a question. By the 2nd question on the suspension, I was told to come pick up my vehicle, they wont work on it. Im curious as to what was I arguing about?*One more update* scroll down to see Oshers review. They ripped up his intake form for also asking questions. lol As I said people, Dont Ask Any Questions.

These guys are great. I just moved to Lakewood from Littleton and I was shopping for a new mechanic to repair whatever was causing my Jeep to vibrate at high speeds. I checked out a few places, and Lee Myles was the only one to actually take my car out for a drive. Everyone else told me it was just the drive shaft, but Lee Myles figured out immediately that it was really the rear differential (drive shaft needed to be replaced too, but the differential was in really bad shape - and no one else caught it!). Best part is they got my warranty company to pay for all of it.Back for another review! These guys are fantastic. Theyre always so busy, yet they somehow always manage to quickly get me the repairs I need. Dropped of my car for some unplanned work on Presidents day, and in less than 48 hours theyd diagnosed and repaired the problem, completed an oil change, replaced an air filter and oil filter, and replaced my brake pads and rotors.

They’re a good shop, when they can correctly diagnose issues. I brought my truck in for 3 things, a battery light, steering wheel shake and a transmission leak. They misdiagnosed the wobble and battery light but did great on the transmission leak. I pulled the driveshaft and I had a cracked u-joint with all the bearings missing ( they said they were greased and good) so that was my shake and for the battery light they replaced the alternator ( which I had already done prior to bringing in) and that ended up being Fusible links which was found by another shop, I brought the truck in maybe 4 times trying to find the fix but they couldn’t figure it out. They do fantastic work when they find the problems correctly.Editing to reply to LeeMyles:I understand that the wrong amperage alternator was installed on my end, but you guys claiming that was the problem yet having the problem persist for months after a proper one was installed isn’t right. The stereo was and has always been fused on the hot side, I told you guys that but you didn’t look in the back seat to see the fuse right there.I understand 85mph is a little fast, the problem still arose at around 65-70 mph and you were aware of it, you claimed it needed new tires which was understandable, new tires were installed but the problem didn’t go away. I took it upon myself to pull the driveshaft and that’s when I saw the cracked, rusted u-joint that you guys claimed was “greased and all good”

I have been going to the Lee Myles in Lakewood for over 10 years. They have always given me exceptional service. Whenever there are issues with our cars, they let us know what is wrong and the priority of getting it fixed. They have never been pushy or had high pressure sales tactics. I have had them perform diagnostics on our vehicles, and most of the time if I have them fix it, they will waive the diagnostic fees. Michael is ASE certified and I trust having our vehicles in his hands. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with them coming back to me with a wrong diagnosis. We have 4 vehicles and we take them all here for oil changes and preventative maintenance, as well as any repairs that need to be performed. Their pricing has always been competitive or on the low side for the quality of work they perform. That was a mistake since they turned out to be completely incompetent. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. We took it in for a new clicking noise in the engine. They called us back after a diagnostic to tell us it was just our fluids and proceeded to tell us it would cost almost $700 saying that should take care of all your noises. When we got back in the car, the nose was WORSE than it was before. My husband went back two days later, took the mechanic for a ride to show him the noise he was talking about. He just said the car was old. But it had never made that noise before. So we decided to cut our losses after paying over $300 for work that didnt even need to be done. BEWARE! First the good: they did a great job with the initial check up, finding all the problems I knew of and some of which I was previously unaware. As far as I can tell, they fixed everything properly. Now for the bad: when it came time to fix the problems, they quoted me one price over the phone, but charged me $200 more when I picked up my car. They assured me it was a misunderstanding, which shouldnt be happening when youre talking about dropping $1000. No effort was made to apologize for or rectify this misunderstanding. Additionally, I got a quote for this exact same job at Coloradoland on Colfax for $200 less than what Lee Myles charged me. Next time Ill be taking my car somewhere with fair prices and better customer communication.

I went their for an estimate on replacing a power steering pump, they said pump was shot, and would cost $603.00 to replace !They charged me $32.77 to check it. Went to another shop, and was told that the Pressure Hose was bad, so I had it replaced, and now it works perfect , and only cost $135.00. I will never recommend Lee Miles to anyone. I a!m going to file a complaint with the BBB .

While the mechanical work was satisfactory the customer service was less than expected. I was counting on this shop to be the primary for service for both my grandsons and daughters cars both now and into the future. Sadly that was not to be, based on my most recent visit (Feb. 24, 2014).The problem began when I was scheduled for an appointment on Monday, February 17th.. While on the way to that appointment I was called and told that they made a mistake and their tech would not be in. Even though the days plans were based on this appointment we rescheduled. At that time I indicated that some type of discount should be offered due to the inconvenience due to their error.Long story short I did have the repairs completed (over $500 worth). When it came time to pay I had a new customer coupon for $20 off and asked about some type of inconvenience adjustment and was told I could not use both.So to save $20 this business decided to forgo future repairs on two vehicles. I will not return.

**Update: the engine noise that was diagnosed as not a problem/old caused my car engine to start knocking and stall out on the interstate. The Kia dealership says I now need a whole new engine.I had my wifes car taken in here for the brakes last year and they broke her radio and other electrical problems. They tried to fix it but it continued having problems. I thought Id give them a second chance on fixing other car since they were close by. I took my other car for an engine noise and they recommended about $700 of work on fluids and power steering (when the steering worked fine). And after doing some of the work it sounded WORSE. Both my wife and myself noticed the noise as different than it was previously and getting worse. I had the tech ride with me to hear it and he just said its because the car was old and didnt even attempt to fix it. After being recommended for extra work that didnt need to be done now (power steering), not fixing the main problem I wanted fixed (engine noise), and causing more electrical problems on my wifes old car. I would NOT recommend this place or go back to it.In reply to comment on my wifes note, the damage has been done the tech said there was no damage and acted surprised when I showed him what it was. If it was unfixable then we shouldve been told that and I couldve saved over $300 and added a few quarts of better Ams oil. If the transmission fluid was unrelated then we shouldve been told that, we only did that because it was your recommended advice to fix the engine noise.

The service is horrible. They dont check you car very well with their diagnostics, and they tell you to replace parts in your car that dont need to be replaced. They dont fix your problem with your car. you have to keep coming back multiple times, and everything is WAY over priced. Never had a good experience. I wouldnt recommend this shop to ANYBODY.

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend! Heres the story:Last summer (around June/July), my AC unit went out, so I brought it into Lee Myles to repair. They fixed it. It was the AC Compressor. However, it seemed as if the air wasnt blowing strong enough, but I thought it must have been fixed. Then, my wife started driving it the next spring (2016) and she definitely noticed that the air was not blowing strongly. We brought it in this past spring (May) and they supposedly fixed it to where the air would blow stronger. My wife drove the car throughout the summer and mainly just rolled the windows down, because the air still didnt really blow very strongly. Come September, we tried the heat, same issue-air just wasnt blowing out. I called ahead of time and advised regarding the whole situation. I asked if we will be charged and they said no, but they would have to look at it to know for sure. Also, I had to get a quote on my car, because this past weekend I brought my car into Costco and they ripped the bumper off when parking my vehicle after a tire rotation. I asked ahead of time if they could quote me on this. So, this Wednesday, my wife brings in the car and drops it off. Then, I get a call from the guys at Lee Myles in Lakewood to tell me the situation. I needed a new air filter. Not one time was I told that I needed a new air filter the past 2 times I brought the car in. He told me that these are 2 different systems. Well, Im not a car expert, but I dont care how many systems it is, I just wanted my air conditioning to work and if that involved changing the air filter, that should have been done up front. Now, keep in mind, I had already spent over $700, as they even charged me the 2nd time this was brought in after they supposedly repaired it. Also, he never called me before doing any work to confirm, then told me the total was $93 bucks! Goes against their practice and is an insult considering they messed up again! Are you kidding me?! For an air filter? He tried to charge me for having them look at their mistake and after arguing for about 10 minutes, he took the fee off for looking at the vehicle and made it $60.02. Then, my wife printed of a $10 off coupon to make it $50.02. To top it off, he told me I would have to take my car to an autobody shop to get an estimate, this is after he kept trying to convince my wife to get a used bumper and telling me up front they could give me a quote. Why would I want a used bumper when I wouldnt be paying for it, as it is an insurance claim? Moral of the story is that they suck money out of your pockets illegally. Ill be disputing the charges after I dig up the receipts from my previous repairs. Sad, but they definitely lost a customer. DISAPPOINTED BEYOND BELIEF.

Overpriced. Took my SUV for starter replacement. They charged $107 for troubleshooting/analysis even though I told them the problem and it was obvious when trying to start the vehicle. Every other shop Ive dealt with for years absorbs the troubleshooting charge if they do the repair work. Then was charged $295 for starter when you can get the part locally at Napa or Advance Auto ($129 and $152). Excessive markup? I think so.End result: Truck got fixed. Paid too much.
