As always they are so nice, welcoming and I know they really worked on my car, not like other places that said they changes the oil and they didn’t. I love the way they communicate by text, how they remind you about your appointment… as a mom my head is everywhere and the reminders make a big difference. I am so grateful I found this place.

I went to Four Seasons to get an inspection on a jeep I wanted to buy. They got me in right away, and went over the vehicle. They confirmed that the work the dealership had done was done correctly and gave it a clean bill of health. Ive had no problems since then and feel good about having it looked at before I bought it. Ill be back for my first oil change!

Four Seasons Automotive have become my absolute first place to go for anything I need to fix or maintain my cars. I got to know them via referral from AAA when my coolant tank blew up onto my windshield. AAA towed me to their lot and I was driving my car the next day for the best price around (I researched before and after it had been replaced!). Since then they have taken care of timing belts, alignment, tie rods, and even headlights. Certified ASE mechanics/technicians, these guys are personable, kind, honest, and just want to do right by you. They have always given me a great deal, never tried to talk me into anything, never patronized or condescended, and got my car back to me when or before I expect it. The staff is fantastic. Anytime I have a problem with my 2002 AUDI if I drive it in or have it towed in they start right away to see whats going on and let me know what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I feel that I have never been over charged they are very reasonable. One thing I appreciate is they dont have you bring your car in and let it sit for days. I wouldnt trust anyone else to take care of my car. Thanks guys!

Good People at Four Seasons Automotive. Worked on 2 of my vehicles and left feeling very satisfied after. They do not do Exhaust or Transmission service but thats fine. Had them swap some tires over for me and one of the magnets came off and they had me in the next day right away in the AM and was out in less than 20 minutes. Love the fact they text and email you checking up on your vehicle its quite nice to have that level of customer service. Ill keep going here good honest shop.

They are awesome! Started with Dennis right when I walked in. I came for repair of side passenger mirror that was from a hit and run. Needed new tires and they were already so good of taking care of me that I chose them for tires as well. Id rather give my money to them than some big chain conglomerate!I highly recommend them!!

AAA Auto Club recommends Four Seasons Automotive and so consequently I have been taking our two cars into their shop on a regular basis for oil changes and basic or essential check ups. Dennis, Kris, Dean, and Manuel do an efficient and competent job. Diagnosing a problem we had with one our cars, a series of tests were performed on the car, we were told what might be the problem and approximately the cost for the fix. We agreed to the service, and voila the car was repaired as promised. These folks do an outstanding job maintaining and repairing your car.

So thankful for their help! Listed everything that was wrong with my dinosaur and helped me understand what was necessary for safety and what was more just inconvenience so I could make a good decision.

This was not my first experience. Four Seasons and Dean maintain my Durango as well as my BMW with expert care and a professional sense of responsibility. There is no better place.

My wife and son were on a trip to Colorado from Texas. They had driven to the summit of Mt. Evans when they heard a popping noise and all of a sudden white smoke was blowing from the engine compartment. She pulled over immediately and Luckily, we are AAA members so she gave them a call. After a reasonable wait ... they arrived to tow her 55 miles back into Lakewood where they had been staying. By the time they got to Four Seasons Automotive, it was after hours so they left the car there with a key in the drop box. The next morning when they opened, I called from Texas to tell them who the car belonged to, and asked for them to do the best they could to find out what the situation was. With my son due back home to start school and my wife needing to get back for work it would have really been an inconvenience to wait very long to find out what was happening. I only made one call ... they got the car in immediately to find out what the issue was and found out it was a blown coolant line. The had the car fixed and ready the same morning before lunchtime and only charged $40.00 for the repair. Obviously, our problems could have been much worse and even though they probably could have told my wife anything they wanted and taken advantage of the situation they were honest and did not gouge us for the work performed. Thank you for your honest service, helping us out in a time sensitive situation and doing the right thing! If I was local to that area again, I would certainly be bringing my cars there and you would have my business.

I BRING MY CAR TO THIS SHOP ALL THE TIME WHEN IT NEEDS SERVICE. OVERALL..VERY RELIABLE AND HONEST. FEW DAYS AGO , THEY FIXED A RADIATOR HOSE CLAMP..WAS LEAKING ANTIFREEZE A BIT. ALSO, NO HOT AIR. I THOUGHT IT WAS THE HEATER CORE.THEY ADVISED I CAN REPLACE OR TRY TO HAVE IT FLUSHED OUT FIRST..BUT THE HEATER CORE MAY BREAK ..LOOKS FRAGILE AT THE HOSE CONNECTION. I DECIDED TO BRING IT TO ANOTHER SHOP IN LAKEWOOD.THEY FOUND THAT THE MOD BOX ACTUATOR WAS NOT MOVING PROPERLY WHEN TURNING THE HOT/COLD KNOB INSIDE THE CAR.. IT WAS IN THE COLD POSITION. THIS SHOP MANUALLY TURNED THE ACTUATOR TO THE HOT POSITION AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE IT THERE DURING THE WINTER. THE HOT AIR NOW BLOWS IN THE CAR. IT IS A TEMPORARY FIX YES.I WAS MILDLY DISAPPOINTED FOUR SEASONS DID NOT CHECK THIS OUT FIRST.

Recently, on my way out of town -- moving from Lakewood to LA -- the front bumper of my car became disengaged during a bad curb encounter. It was 4:00 p.m. on a Friday, and I was frantic. The guys at Four Seasons had no problem dealing with my situation immediately, and they were able to pop the bumper back into place. I didnt have an appointment, but they recognized I needed help right away. I am sad to be leaving Lakewood because Ill be leaving these guys behind. They have ALWAYS provided fast, professional, reasonably-priced serviced in the years Ive needed car attention. And they are SO nice! Thank you Four Seasons!

Dont bother. Do you just have time to kill? Dont actually need your car? Then by all means, four seasons is the place to go. Took the day off work, just needed an oil change & to check a belt. They accomplished nothing & then told me it was my fault that they did nothing. Out a days pay (a precious personal day). Got the car back exactly as it was.

Im glad I remembered I used to take my cars here. The guys at Four Seasons are honest and reliable. That goes a long way when the standard these days seems to be the opposite. The shop down the street wants to charge me just to look at the simplest stuff.

My AC air compressor on my 2004 Sienna failed. They gave me an estimate of $1800 for repairs. The same vehicle needed the leaking radiator replaced. They estimated $650 for that for a total of $2450. I was shocked!But then I took it to the dealer. They wanted $3500 for the same work. A third repair shop wanted $3400.So back to Four Seasons I went. They got this sizable job done on the promised schedule (a two day job). But the amazing thing is this: they only charged me $2100. I asked why the price was low and they said things just didnt take as long as originally estimated. Now who does that?These guys are super!

I called, and got a quote to do a job. I like the price, so I dropped my vehicle off. I got a call the next day saying that the same work I got the quote for was way more. Theyre not honest. Then I told them to go ahead and do it, because I needed it done. I called back later check, and they told me they wouldnt touch it for a week. So I guess Im not as important as other customers because I had an issue with them not keeping to their word.
