Bill made my car shopping easy and seamless. I shopped around and could have gone anywhere but Bill’s knowledge of the vehicles made me feel comfortable. Then when it came time for paperwork, I wasn’t there for 8 hours! There was no haggle and no running back and forth with new numbers. The real deal is REAL. By the time I was done I was so impressed with how smoothly this transaction went, that from now on this is the only place where I will do my new Car shopping from now on.

I am so happy that I found Larson Ford! After many, many months of searching and going to different dealerships and dealing with so much BS, Larson Ford was a such refreshing change. No hidden fees, no pressure and no lies. Eileen was my saleswoman and she was so wonderful to deal with! And the finance manager was also wonderful! In the past I had delt with Mitch Sperling as my service advisor, he was professional, always called me with updates, and when he called to tell me my vehicle was done, IT WAS DONE. That was not the case with my last visit.Also, there were service updates performed in my last two visits due to factory service notices but I was never told that the factory warrenty was extended ( per Ford) on these items (campaign number 21B10 ) I will be in for another service in the spring of 2022, so I will hope things go better then

We are having a hard time with our 2018 F-150 purchased a month or so ago.We purchased an additional insurance as well at time of purchase. We returned the vehicle several times. There were scratches to the paint and driver seat had damage. We were told a paint correction was going to be done. However, only wax was applied and the scratches are still visible. The cruise control does not work, at all. We had to go the dealer 3 or 4 times. Each time the vehicle was given back in the same condition. We have been left to hang dry. Not acceptable

Not happy. 2018 f150 has been a headache. Back and forth to the dealer with no positive result. It seems like the dealership has better things to do rather than service its clients. They are on to the next. 3 months have gone by since purchasing and have used the car a handful of times. Its been at the dealership with no luck. We asked to speak with owner, again no dice. I would say dont buy Ford a d dont go here because no one will help if you have issues. We are just asking to have our 60k truck fixed. And now the air-conditioning went out !!

Not your typical dealership in my opinion.I drove down from Mercer county on memorial day to look at 21 Ford Ranger that I wound up purchasing and taking home the same day. This place has a very family like atmosphere to it. I feel like a I received to say the least a fair deal.I financed this truck through my Credit Union because I got such a great rate though the Larson Team did come close. I was owed a bed liner and owed them a check. Needless to say I had issue in securing a check from my credit union and it took them over a week to finalize my loan. I kept in contact with Larson the whole time because honestly I was embarrassed that this was taking so long. I had offered to get the check to them right away but instead, Larson was more concerned about me having to make multiple trips to them than they were getting the check. I appreciated that.When I finally got the check and dropped off the truck for the bed liner my rental car (which by the way I didnt even have to ask for) was ready and waiting. On my way there some how chewing gum got all over the side of my truck. I asked the sales manager if someone could look at it. Before I could finish, he said no problem at all. Admittedly I thought he was going to forget.Next day I go to pick up my truck. Bed liner looks awesome no runs nice and even. They didnt spray over the rubber caps in the bed and really looks great. Changed the look of the truck. As for the gum, gone and oh by the way they washed the whole truck, vacuumed, and essentially detailed it once again. Really feel like they went the extra mile.Sadly because they are so far, I will probably not use them for service.If you are looking for a Ford or a used car, give these guys a shot. I do not think you will be disappointed.Thank you Sean, Tracy, Tim and everyone and Larson Ford.

We purchased a certified Ford Explorer here. After a little over a year the air conditioning condenser failed on us. We were advised that this is not covered under the certified warranty. Then this week the check engine light came on stranding me on the side of the road. An injector is stuck in the engine. They told me this is also not covered under the certified warranty. I called Ford and they were no help either. I will never buy another Ford again. Especially at this dealership. What horrible customer service by Ford! This is why people prefer to not buy American cars!

Love the van. Transaction was easy and only took about three hours from test drive to loan approval to delivery. The only issue was the prep dept. which did a less than great job cleaning the vehicle but it did come with a full gas tank!

This is my second vehicle from Larson Ford. I moved out of the area and even though there are two Ford dealers closer to my new location, I came back to where there is no anoying haggling back and forth. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. My salesperson Eileen and her manager put me right there. Only problem was the Explorer I wanted was not around and I didnt want to spend money on something I didnt need or miss out on what I really wanted. I ended up ordering a new Ford which was my first. Usually always buy off the lot. The Explorer was delivered in less that 2 months and its just the way I wanted it. Another great experience. Thanks Larson Ford.

Were do I even begin this review!!! I guess I know what Nice Price means now. So I find a sale on their website (see pics) first truck what a deal a 45,000 truck for 32,000 I immediately went in saw a sales guy and took this beautiful truck for a ride and immediately fell in love. After test ride sales guy says so sorry we cant sell u this truck its sold to a company. Damn so much for excited and Hopes up. Well with that sales guy shows me a step down from original truck and he will match price. Well I guess let me take if a ride. So i decide to settle now and said ok lets see numbers. Now remember mistake with sold truck for 32000 we will match price lol. I see his numbers and it says $45,000. Where did that come from. So I proceed to show him another truck on their site for 29,000 lol see pics. No sir your mistaken thats the price for the lowest non extended cab. Wait a minute this picture is not lowest version. With that I get damn advertising company screwed up again. Someone gave them the keys and info they just dont take it upon themselves dah. Im sure owner would not let that happen Lol come on now people Im not a jackass. So sad you do this to people excited buying first new truck that have their Hopes up. So not right. Can you say false advertising!!! See pics. This is a 100% legit review. Needless to say I ended up buying a new ford truck but at a dealer where they are straight up from the get go that truly went way above and beyond for me And they dont have to b.s. people. The whole buying experience at Larson Ford was superb from start to finish. Even though they didn’t have the specific 2020 Ford Explorer I wanted, the sales/finance managers Tim and Ken made sure to locate the EXACT vehicle with all the options my wife and I wanted in our new Explorer! Mark, our salesman, was a perfectly personable guy and helped make the experience smooth and enjoyable with his personality! With the tough times during this Covid pandemic, every precaution was taken during the whole leasing process to ensure our and the employees’ safety and comfort was first and foremost. The vehicle was prepped and cleaned with coverings on the seats and steering wheel to ensure WE were the first people to touch and drive it fully. Overall, from start to finish the process of leasing our brand new 2020 Ford Explorer was EXCELLENT and would recommend Larson Ford to any and all of our family and friends. I like Chris in the Quick Lane, he is calm, cool and collected. He has a warm smile 😊 and is all about efficiency, getting me in and out and on my way with no hassles. I also like both of the waiting rooms, complete with refreshments, desk top space, TV, clean comfort and clean bathrooms too. You don’t have to be dropped off and picked up like at other places.

I was deeply disappointed with the so called financial help I was offered through this dealership. I was looking into purchasing a really sweet black 2015 Ford-150 for my dad as an early gift for fathers day. We went on Monday to check it out and then we took it for a test drive. He was really hopeful for getting this truck and so this pushed me further into the next step to find out about what financing options I have available.I went ahead to fill out their pretty straightforward credit application. I had an idea of what my credit score is and I understand better interest rates and lower down payments are available to people with excellent credit. I just had hope they would have some sort of flexibility with their banks to have more options available for people with credit scores between poor and great. I guess believing that this dealership could be more diverse in terms of offering assistance to people with different socioeconomic status was too much to ask for.The ONLY option applicable to me, supposedly, was asking me for a down payment of $10,000 and with 60 months of financing of $404 a month. ANYONE reading this, I welcome you to do the math....that is $34,240. Mind you, the price of the truck is at $22,500! That is is nearly $12,000 more! But wait, thats not all...When I was presented with the final cost of the truck including tax and fees, it was COMPLETELY LUDICROUS on what they were expecting me to pay with the taxable fees, security guard fee, dealer documentation fee!!! Ive looked into some of these fees online and I am now aware that some of these fees can be negotiable because paying $26,950.96 with some of these fees, is just not appropriate.My biggest letdown though was their lack of flexibility with financing... paying $14.75% in interest and paying a total of around $34,000 in the long run is simply absurd.It goes without saying, my experience here was DEFINITELY not what I was expecting.

The body shop they have on hand is sub par they had to repaint a bumper on my mustang 6 times and at one point the painter said to me when is good enough good enough? I said when the job is done right. They failed time and time again to correct it and I ended up having to take the bumper els where to be painted properly. They threaten legal action against people who expose this on social media and they delete any bad review they are able to. Larson ford (will) screw up your car or truck. Larson ford are clown shoes!

I had never bought a newer car before and was a bit nervous about my first big purchase. Bill, my salesman, made it extremely comfortable for me throughout the whole buying process. He was very knowledgeable and well prepared. Tracy, in the finance department, was straight forward and easy going. She wasnt pushy at all and explained everything to me in clear detail. Everybody I came in contact with during the buying process was extremely friendly and honest. They werent pushy at all and made my experience exciting and memorable. The folks at Larson are very nice and helpful. But this review pertains to my car...a 2015 Mustang GT. I brought the car in for 2 simple items.1. Car alarm goes off randomly.The log indicated the interior alarm was the culprit. Or maybe the driveway light going on. Whatever, nothing can be done beyond turning off the alarm, which has to be done every single time the car is shutoff.2. Left blinker seems to need a new bulb.Technician checked all bulbs and no problems. Apparantly the blinker assembly has a non-repairable problem. To replace the blinker assembly costs over $500. Really?So did i get a lemon? Car had 3500 miles when i bought it, now has about 16000. I should have listened to Consumer Reports.

I now have the car I really loved and wanted. I thought it wasn’t possible but then I made some changes and it still wasn’t enough to get the Flex. Then Bill contacted me that they were still working on it and within couple days I was driving the Flex home! I had the pleasure of buying my super cool 2018 Ford Escape at Larson Ford last month. My sales representative was Bill Fairgrieve. For some reason, he is listed on this site as working in the parts department, but make no mistake, Bill is all about service and is an outstanding salesman. I couldnt be happier with my experience. Bill was super-friendly, knowledgeable, straight-forward, proactive and worked hard to negotiate a good price and a fair value for my trade-in. When I first spoke with Bill, I told him exactly what I was looking for; turns out he is also a good listener. Bill made sure he understood everything I wanted in my new vehicle and secured my Escape from another dealership in just a couple of days. I was thrilled with his service, his attention to detail, and how he went out of his way to make sure I was happy throughout the process. He didnt try to pressure me or up-sell me. I really dreaded the whole car-buying process before walking through the door, but working with him turned out to be an absolute dream. Bill is truly a stand-up guy ... and quite frankly, probably could be a stand-up comedian, too. Hes got a great sense of humor. I never had so much fun buying a new vehicle.

I didnt have a good expereince with this dealer. I bought a truck that was already overpriced and they were resistant to negotiating. They low balled my trade and moved some numbers around to make me beleive I was getting a deal. They are sneaky with there wording and numbers and try to get you with extra charges. Luckly, and I credit them for this, they let me out of the deal the next day and get back into my old trade. I got the same truck elsewhere for about 7k less a week later. charging customers a 900 prep fee is BS. you know it.

Located in Lakewood on route 88 on right side if going towards Brick. Watch out entrance comes up fast you might miss it. They have two areas for repair, first one multi bay work area left side behind service writer area, looks like about 12-14 cars can be worked on at, a time, second one on right side across from service, part area is nothing but tires. That said, the people inside service area are NOT friendly, so it appears, asked question about my Ford, simple thing how can I get the CD player to work, was told make an appointment to look at it. Never came out to look and see for himself. Left there making no appointment, going elsewhere at another Ford dealer.

He was so knowledgeable and personable and never pressured us. He made us feel very comfortable, like we were working with a friend. We had been to several other dealers over the past week and had truly awful experiences at each one. We had an appointment with Bobby and knew the second he stood up and introduced himself that we liked him and were in good hands. From the moment I walked in I was truly treated like family. The Larson Ford employees made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way for my first time leasing a car. They were extremely helpful and dedicated to making sure the process went smoothly. Even after encountering a bump in the road with my insurance company Larson assured me that they would do everything to make sure that I was driving my brand new car home, and they did! My family drove an hour and a half to come to Larson because of the amazing service and the amazing people that work there. Gene went out of his way to make sure I got an amazing deal on an amazing car. They even offered to take commemorative pictures so I would be able to look back and remember what an amazing day it was. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape with Captain Ron as my sales person. There was never any pressure and everything went smoothly. I have been returning to Larson for my service and am impressed with the way things are handled. Their prices for service are in line with anything on the outside, and the multi-point inspection gives me some fore warning especially for tires and brakes. There is a clean and comfortable waiting area. I am a satisfied customer.Six years later. The car has always been serviced and repaired at Larson Ford. Still runs like new.

We have purchased vehicles form Larson Ford for many years. They are a no hassle, haggle free organization! Over the years Captain Ron Hrank the sales staff person who handled all our transactions has become a true friend. As retired grandparents we decided to go from a 2 car family to one car. The Captain, a grandparent himself, was well aware of our goal from both a practical and financial standpoint. We wanted a 2014 Ford Explorer which, at this time of the year was in short supply. Ron and his Sales Mgr. Chris Mercer teamed up and went out of their way to secure the vehicle model and color of our choice! They make everything like rainbows and roses until you go to sign and then they try to tack on a extra $1,000 to an already overpriced car! When I bought my 1st in 2013 ( A Limited Taurus ) the sales team was wonderful...but what really sold me was the service. I have had many new vehicles and went in for an oil change with my 2011 Taurus. I immediately felt like family. The service is the best here. And I have been to all Ford dealers in the area. So after 18 months of complete satisfaction I went in to lease an Explorer. I then meet a wonderful salesman by the name of Bill Fairgrieve. He is like the friend that you havent seen in years. After some negotiation we left with a smile on our face as we knew we had made the right choice in both the vehicle and salesperson. A great price too!! 2 weeks later I went in and bought a new F150. Wow...what a great deal. Bill negotiated for me to get me a price that many would think impossible. Like I said...they treat you like you are family. From Mr. Larson, who is always available, to Bill in sales and Mitch in service you really cant go wrong. I just love this place.

Firs time I have worked with Silvana and she was Very kind and Knowledgeable. She had provided me with information that other assistant service advisor had not. She gave me a key tag for perks provided by Larson forward. She made me feel welcomed and made sure my car was taken care of and informed me exactly of what needed to be done . Ive been with Larson Ford since 2015 and was not given this. I was very thankful for her information and kindness !

I purchased my 2016 Fusion from Larson Ford in August of 2015. Although I live 65 miles away, I wouldn’t consider having my car serviced anywhere else. Their level of service is that good. Silvana V., the Service Advisor, really went above and beyond during my visit. I had some questions regarding the extended warranty on my tires. Silvana was nice enough to go over my options and address all of my Fusion’s service needs. Silvana is very knowledgeable and has a great overall personality. She’s a true asset to Larson Ford.

I was at Larson Ford to have my 2014 Focus serviced for the fourth time due to engineering problems with the clutch assembly at Ford. I was walking around the lot and saw a 2015 Mustang I was interested in buying. Eileen Conlon help me with the purchase. Even though I was not able to trade the Focus in due to legal concerns, Eileen was able to get me financed. Tracy Black in finance help me complete the deal, she took the time to explain every aspect of the process. Eileen and Tracy are outstanding employees and an asset to Larson Ford.

We were so impressed with how we were treated by Larson Ford employees (Sales, Service & Finance) the next day we traded our 2009 Escape for the 2013 model. I have just acquired my second Fusion from Larson Ford and I couldnt be happier! Still fondly recall when my 2012 was delivered being introduced to everyone on the staff. I had never had that experience! The service department is absolutely wonderful! They were essentially selling me my 2017 Fusion. He helped me with the sync system and made sure I fully understood it before I left. I couldnt be happier with this car. Very professional, got a great deal, and the salesman Mark Mura even came in on his day off to help my wife and I.
