Place is not ok with me they did not do a great job they left out parts they sold me a car that was messed up and like gave my a false trip permit that they copied over from someone else all bad i drive a subaru i do not own a civic so theres my proof i bought a subaru not a civic this company is fake and a bunch of liers. Theres something called lemon law.

I have been a car sales and management for twenty years. I dealt with hundreds of mechanics and shop managers. But Lugos Automotive in Lakewood, located behind the B & I was the far far the best. I was referred to Lugos Automotive. So I called and I trust right away. Ben was very friendly and professional. I towed my 2009 Honda Accord to their shop. And shop was very clean. Someone was putting new motor in WRX. I also saw a corvette sitting there getting work done. After they work on my Honda, he show me a dirty spark plug. He also inspected other parts of vehicles to make sure my car runs great. Their work is very high quality at very reasonable cost. I dont do review too often. But I like everyone to know in this area that Lugos Automotive is the only place you want to go for Automotive services. I am very satisfied customers as you can see :)

This repair facility gave me the best experience I ever dealt with. They dont scam you. They will sit down and explain/show the work. They worked defending us against our Warranty Company and gave us quality work. Weve been to Olympic Auto, Firestone, Lakewood Transmission, and more trying to get adequate repairs for a resonable price. I would recommend going to these guys before purchasing a used vehicle and to handle your repairs HANDS DOWN.

Ben has worked on all our vehicles. He is extremely accommodating and has excellent customer service. He always makes sure I understand what is wrong and what needs to be done. Hes been there time and time again from a burned out headlight to a new engine. Sometimes repairs take longer cause he is busy but Ill wait cause know it will be done correctly and he is always up front and honest about how long it will take.Thank you!

This is my mechanics shop. Family owned and operated. Always good customer service, good work, good pricing, and a hot cup of coffee while you wait. I wont recommend any other automotive mechanic shop. Sometimes I just stop in to say hello and drop off some donuts. Try them, youll be hooked.

Real bad service

Lugo Automotive is the best Ive taken my cars to other shops and to people I knew for years. Until one year I had an issue with a car that needed an engine I brought my car here they were not only able to fix it but at a awesome price and nicely timed with amazing customer service. I mean these guys are all around a great experience to encounter after dealing with alot of trashy auto shops. Ive now been coming here for years Ive became a faithful customer now no one else even touches my car because nothing has change theyve remained the same. Always a Happy Customer 🤗🤗 ....C.M

They worked tirelessly to figure out what was wrong with my car so that I wouldnt be charged for unnecessary repairs they were able to fix several things and everyone Ive talked to is amazed by what an affordable deal the repairs were. Do not go to this place, they check my car and they give me whole bunch of issues with it , so I was trying to schedule a day with them so they can fix it and they always say we will call you back and they never did , and I called many times no answer, so I took my car to onther mechanic and I showed him the list of issues the they give me , and he went and checked the car again cause was to much issue and was only one thing need to be replaced from the whole list witches was 25 part need to be changed and cost so little to fix when they was asking for 1200$ to do it and I only paid 200$ with the part to fix it somewhere else and my car drive just perfect I hope my story help onther

Ive had Thousands of dollars of work done by ben From tranny swaps to motor rebuilds. . .I had a timing belt job done on my 03 civic and a little over 20k in on the job it started gushing oil out of the bottom of the harmonic balancer/TIming belt cover. Had to pay to get the car towed home. So i tried calling ben. Was told IT MAY BE the crankshaft seal or cam seals. And if i wanted to i could wait almost 2 weeks to get car in. I explained i could not do that and that we had to get the car back. Well my previous mechanic said he could get it in within 2 days and get the job done that day. So After i took it to him he informs and shows me Not one seal but BOTH my camshaft seal and Crankshaft seal were Brittle he said Has to be the originals ones and that they should have been replaced when i had the Timing belt Job done by ben. So long story short 20$ in gaskets cost me 650$ in less then 25k miles. . .Not happy at all and i wont be sending buissness that way anymore if this is how u treat nieghbors that supported you before u owned a shop even. Maybe next time tell them to bring the car in and then you being the good mechanic we all know u are would have said u know what lets work something out cause this should not have happend. Even 40$ off i would have cameback to u. Not after That fiasco tho. Hope u learn something from this post.

I asked Lugo to fix my coolant leak and it wasnt fixed I paid them then I went to another mechanic to fix other parts because they are cheaper and they told me that my coolant leak was not fixed by Lugo. Im a highly dissatisfied customer with their work and prices
