What a horrible outdated business. The people that work there look like they are part of some kind of work release program. The woman who works behind the counter hasnt smiled since 1956 and their lack of customer service is only outshined by their outdated and Antiquated appearance. Instead of helping me they told me they couldnt answer any questions about tires for another 15 minutes until 8 am. I dont know what significance that was because we all just sat there like statues. And after 8 I asked to speak to somebody about tires and I was finally acknowledged. Waited another 10 minutes for nobody to show up and decided to leave. Thanks for wasting my time.

Needed new tires on my car, Rob gave me ideas based on the wear of the tires, especially with how much driving I do annually. I waited for the tires to be put on and I was out in under an hour. Ill be back to Barneys for sure.

I have been going to Barneys for years. They are old school. They are mechanics and working on cars is what they do best. They maybe a little rough around the edges when it comes time to explain what exactly was done, but they get it done and its done right at a fair price.So if you want your car fixed without all the frills go there. If you want some one to hold your hand and explain every detail of the repair go to the dealer where you bought your car and spend the money to have someone smile at you when they take 50% more money!!Barneys has worked on all my cars and do a great job and today my car will be towed there for some work (I think a broken CV joint). So I will add to this review when it gets done.

They installed a different set of tires from what I ordered. Not happy Im stuck with something I didnt want. That is the first and last time they see me!

I brought my car here to get fixed. They charged me $200 and it was still broken. I went back in to have it actually fixed and the woman and the rest of the staff couldn’t care less. Don’t go here they really don’t care.
