My friends recommend C&C when I needed a new washer and dryer. I had a very good experience. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and when I told her what I needed she was able to make recommendations that met my needs. The people there are very nice and good to work with.I definitely plan to return for future appliance purchase. They also offer delivery and to come to my house and set everything up for me. I ended up picking it up myself at their warehouse and had equally good service from the people there.

C&C delivered my washer and dryer. They did not check to see if they worked. The guys plugged them in and left. I did not even sign the delivery ticket. When I turned the washer on after I got home from work, water shot out so hard it hit the ceiling and went all over my laundry area. Just what I needed after working all day. Great job guys. I expect this from Lowes or Home Depot. I bought from C&C for the service. Ill go back to Lowes. Thank you.

For years weve sent so many people their way cause we had great customer service from them. All our appliances are through them our last washer from them theyve been out 3 times to fix the same piece on our washer over and over called them when it went out again and informed us not including labor or piece or anything just to have someone come give us a quote would cost $100 and that was only for them to come out not including labor or parts or anything

Just attempted to get a part for a dishwasher I bought from C&C and was turned away. There statement we do not sale parts over the counter. If you want to pay for a service call and partsare deemed necessary by our technician we will order the parts for our person on a service call.They service what they sell but only if you let them charge you for the service call.Might as well start shopping at Lowe’s they will still order parts for you.

Larry and his staff exemplify the way business should be conducted . Attentive, Knowledgeable, Honest are just a view words to describe this operation. His ability to compete with big box stores , but deliver personal service is unheard of these days. I recommend before buying , give them a chance to earn your business and see the difference.

We bought a fridge together with a washer and dryer set. The items were delivered the next day. The fridge came with a small dent at the corner but they immediately ordered a new door and replaced it within a couple weeks. The staff were very professional and friendly. Best place to shop for major appliances, unless you want to get frustrated dealing with delivery issues and bad costumer service from Lowes or Home Depot

We purchased all of our appliances from C&C when we built our home. That will have been 5 years ago in May. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. C&C guarantees their pricing...you can rest assured that you not only matched the competition, but, in our case we saved a bundle! The install was flawless at our new home, and, when we have needed service, we have been treated very well...help comes promptly and the work that is done is done right! If you do have a problem, you should really talk to someone at the store FIRST before resorting to posting a negative review online. These folks really do care about the customer. A product is only as good as the people behind it...C&C is a great place to do business.

My dryer went out. In an attempt to save money due to job changes, we got an old (15+ yrs) one from a family member for free. After 2 loads, that one went out as well. Since we got our washer and dryer with our house I mentioned getting a new one if we found a good deal. We looked online and found a dryer, and since there isnt actually anything wrong with our washer, my husband said no to a new washer. I jokingly said if I got one for free with the dryer can I take it. He laughed (kind of) and said yeah, but thats not going to happen. And that we really should go to a chain bc small businesses have to charge more, and we would be paying more than we needed. I said well, its only $30 - $50 And they work off of commission, and Id rather support a local business. He agreed, and I went the next day while he was at work. Long story short, I ended up getting a dryer and washer for the original price we planned for just the dryer. (My husband then really laughed). Instead of caring about making money, my salesman, Dylan, cared about his customer and found me what I needed from their dent and ding section, which he does not actually get commission off of. Then when I mentioned possibly buying other stuff still showed me that section. I will definitely be buying all products from them from now on. Very prifessional. Very friendly.

Recently went to C&C to purchase kitchen and laundry appliances. That is, until salesman says We dont deliver or service to your area. Really? Buying $10,000+ in appliances and you cant be bothered to drive 30 miles to deliver?

I have purchased from C and C Appliances seven different times - refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, dryer, washing machine, and a TV in 2007 back when they used to sell electronics (its still going strong). I dont have to search for a sales person, like I would if I went to Lowes, and the sales people are not kids trained in another department, they actually know their stuff. Lowes, Conns, and Home Depot dont have their own service department; they sub it out to someone from out of town and no telling how long it will take for them to get to it. C and C actually has their own service department. Ive used it. Sometimes stuff breaks and I like knowing that someone is going to be here to take care of me, even after they have my money. Plus they have twice the stuff in stock than the other stores so I can get it the same day. Nice guys...I cant brag on C and C enough.

Buyer beware...they advertised on TV one price and have another when you get to the store. The delivery procedure is to call you between 5 and 6pm they called at 6:15pm..the delivery guys got dirty arm and handprints on the walls in my utility room.I went once before and the sales staff was rude, I wanted to give them another chance-same experience this time. If they did not have what I wanted I would have gone somewhere else.
