I contacted American Home Shield and the sent Sears Home Services it took another week for them to arrive at my home. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my dishwasher repair I have received the parts a month ago. My appointment was today and Sears Home Services sent me a message they couldn’t make it today and to reschedule. I called them and they said their technician is out sick and my next available appointment is August 27 another month from now . I said why not tomorrow and they said they are booked up. 1 technician to service this entire area. Unprofessional and unfriendly. I told than forget it I’ll find someone else. I strongly advise not wasting your time with this company.

Repair man called to let me know when he would be arriving, that was great. It showed me the problem, gave me my total cost and fixed the unit quickly. He was very knowledgeable. If I have another issue I would prefer him to come back. Great experience!

Told him about 2 shelves that were broke. Got one today and it was the wrong one. I called about it and told another one is on order and will be able to get the right one when I know which one is on the way.

These days, it is rare that one receives spectacular service, but using Sears Appliance Repair was exactly that. We made a tentative online search for a Maytag repairman and the Sears Service offered that service locally. We provided problem and place. We were given a date, and later a time, rather specifically (and wonderfully) the very next day. The repairman was prompt, efficient, clean, trustworthy, even funny, got to the problem quickly, made the necessary repair, and took our online coupon to boot. I am very pleased with the service, thought that the price was good--and even better with the coupon discount. I am a fan of this service and recommend it whole-heartedly. A Stellar experience...5 star!

I love my warranty with Sears. Knowing that I can get repair service and all will be taken care of.The repairman showed up promptly after getting notified that the parts had come in that he ordered. My refrigerator is running like it should again! You never realize how easy cold is until you lived out of ice chests for a few days.

My resident is not a sears repair shop i pay all light bill s here and my fire pit is not work table and then you left one air con that would not even run all apart and then you want to try and repair it again at my resident piss poor service thank u for nothing allso i have been paying for protection plan for 8 years i could have bought them for what i paid

Repair person was excellent. However, cost was extremely high. $287 for a thirty minute repair is unacceptable! Will never use Sears again. Also no senior or veterans discount is unacceptable.

I did NOT like the 8am -5pm window meaning I had to be prepared to wait the entire day for a tech to arrive. Technician called when he was on his way and arrived at 10:30. He quickly determined the problem with my refrigerator and made the repair. Cost for the tiny part and 30 minute time for labor was $345. This includes the automatic $85 Diagnostic fee you pay whether you agree to the repair or not. I thought it a bit expensive, but my refrigerator/freezer is cold again and I didnt have to buy a new one and wait a week for delivery, so I am happy.

I have a warranty agreement on my washing machine, but I will not purchase in the future.I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. Then my technician did not show up because he was ill, and Sears did not have another technician to complete his appointments. Once he did come the next week, the part that had been ordered and shipped to my house was not the corrrct part! So I waited on the correct part to arrive. When the technician returned, he replaced the part. The dryer worked for 1 cycle. Then it broke again ... the same problem as the original problem, lights on but dryer wont start.Im still waiting for a follow up to diagnose and hopefully fix. But Im sure Sears wont have the truck stocked with the needed part, so Ill get to wait again for the part and then the service.The technician is friendly and so are the people on the phones. I believer the problem lies with Sears in not providing enough technicians and parts.

I purchased three air/heating units from Sears for my rental properties. I keep warranties on these units but on two units I’ve called sears out because each year they freeze up then drains down on the walls. In one of the houses I’ve had to replace Sheetrock and clean mold & mildew & it looks like I may have to do repairs at the other house. The technician is now saying they have to clean the units out so we are waiting on parts. I would appreciate it if they come up with a solution and stop trying different things because my tenants are not very happy and neither am I.

I purchased the unit with installation and warranty. Sears installed the unit without issue but now refuse to remove it from the installation point for service, claiming that it is too high up. Sears will address this or lose me as a customer. 25 years of Sears A/Cs but this may be the last.

Technician DID NOT showed up on scheduled appointment (8 AM to 5 PM). Sears DID NOT call the next day for explanation and new schedule. Sears DO NOT care about their customers.

Kenmore service man arrived on schedule and checked out my problem. The problem was in the four shocks on the washing machine. He changed them all out and left. A few days later I was able to wash a load of clothes and everything went well. Thank you for the service.

Very disappointed in the repair and fee for having this fixed for the second time within 30 days. This fridge was fixed and within 30 days it had to be repaired again. I think I should have not had to pay the issue was never fixed in the first place.
