Most of the crew they have do a very good job thats why I go but some dont feel the need to give you what you pay for. get the extreme so they can do my wheels before I go through and I always tip. Theyve completely neglected that part the last few times and I recognize the man hes older than the vast majorit

I paid for the 18$ most expensive wash, and they told me that included the Bug remover treatment. Well, I checked afterwords and my license plate and grill were still filled with those darned midge bugs.

Been through this car wash a few times they used to give out dash wipes unfortunately the last time I went through I didnt get a dash wipe and they kind of did a mediocre job on my car probably not going back me or my wife

Didnt get all the bird droppings or bugs off. Disappointed.

Girl named Amy gave poor service and has an attitude problem, car was not clean and she suggested I pressure wash my own car after I used the car wash. I told her to charge me the 8 dollar wash and she ended up charging me the 10 dollar wash without a receipt so that I wouldnt know. I asked if there was a phone number for the company she insisted that no one answers the phone. But I went online to call the number and low and behold guess who answered. She claims to be the owner. Never again will I suggest people go there. Too bad.

Use this car wash if you want scratched paint.They dont clean their soft cloth inside of the car wash and it will scratch your paint. They run hundreds of cars through this car wash and never maintain it. Plus it doesnt wash your car very well. Another flaw is they will bend your mirrors inward only to have you drive off that way, unless you get out and put them back yourself.

This use to be my fav place to vacuum my vehicles. But now it cost tokens each token is $1 for 5 minutes. Thats expensive. The gal working there was awesome. My machine cut me off 2 min early. By this time I was passed off and just left

I live in dusty Merrill, Oregon so obviously I dont clean my car that often. But today was my birthday and I decided to get my car washed because its been a while since the last time. I only went here because it was the closest to my location. Their basic wash was $8, deluxe $10, and the next was $18!!! I settled on the $10. Its a drive-thru wash so I didnt really expect much, but damn was I disappointed when I got out and looked at my car when I got home! Probably the last time I visit a drive through car wash lol

We drove from Seattle and then after 2 days here, including a long day driving to and from Crater Lake we took our car through. We got the Ultimate and the car came out sqeauky clean and completely free of dead bugs. Highly recommend.

I have been going there for years. They scrub your vehicle then it goes through the automatic wash. Since this summer started they have spent less time scrubbing my truck before putting it through the wash. My truck is less clean and there are still bugs or bird poop on the windshield every time! Even when I am the only customer they dont use the brush while the person is running my card. I dont feel like 1 minute of pre scrub is too much to ask.

Strictly get in, the machine washes your car, get out. When Ive asked to have my wheels done (2 extr dollars) they barely give it the time of day if at all. These guys really need to step it up. If the amount of customers is dwindling, its because they are all over at Detail Plus (Fireball).Time to rethink business practices.

Broke off the back part of my mirror on my car and didnt seem to care about replacing it. Will never go there again. I do not recomend them ever! Their machine also put a long gouge on the other mirror too! Rims on my tires are all scraped up too. :(

The truck came out mostly clean, but their scrubbers left behind a lot of dead midges on the front bumper. A more thorough pre-wash with a high-pressure spray would do the trick. Most cars around Klamath get covered in midges, so its something every car wash here should be equipped to handle.

Ok for a quick inexpensive wash, i wish they would take just a bit longer to do a better job of pre washing and drying.

I went thru there 3 months ago the brushes wiped out my passenger side mirror,still waiting for them to fix it,they keep giving me the run around.

Zero stars should be an option. After 10 second chances Im out. Dont waste your money.

It was fast. I got the $10 wash, but still found dirt and missed spots when I got home.

I will never visit this car wash again. On numerous occasions I have had nice associates except for one, today he is gesturing left with his finger while muttering wait a minute wait a minute as I am pulling forward turning my tires the direction he is pointing until he yelled stop. I shouldnt have to read lips while trying to decipher what he wants me to do inside my vehicle. Hand signals are simple left right forward and stop he needs to learn these. He gets angry and raises his voice then glares at you while slapping the scrub brush on my windshield, the little gal taking the money was super nice and bubbly most likely trying compensate for his crappy customer service attitude! My windshield is also still dirty. If I could have backed out and went elsewhere I would have.

Although I got the basic wash, I expected a clean car period.They left the wheels with debris on them and bugs on the plate and front bumper. Random dirty spots throughout.I think I lost my mind going to them again after several disappointing visits.
