Dustin was suppose to refund my card back 10 business days ago and not charge me anymore. I have not seen any refund whatsoever. I am very unhappy with the customer service from 1 employee :(

Terrible and rude customer service. Workers giving attitude, glares, snarky comments. We are very common customers that go through twice a week and tip well and they lost a lot of clients due to that worker.

Best car wash in town! I love that they dry your car off with a towel after you go through the car wash!

Good car wash it dose a good job

The machine doesnt reach small cars on both sides. But there is someone at the end of the wash who touches up missed spots. Decent prices. Vacuums are weak.

Paid for the highest level wash with what was supposed to be washing underneath the vehicle and that didnt happen.

Not the best car wash, but not the worst either. Bought the $18 package that did everything. The scrubbers did not get the dirt off the bottom of the truck, the mud flaps were still dirty. The dryer did not dry it all the way. If you go there take a towel to dry it off more. In my opinion it was not worth the money.

Always like a good car wash

Just got back. I got the basic. I had some bugs on my front window and bumper. They didnt even use the brush on the bumper and barley ran it across my front window. Bugs still there. Ive never had issues before but this crew today 9/19 @12:45 were pretty worthless! Waste of money!!

If you just want some of the dirt removed this is the place for you. If you want a quality wash keep driving. The wash prep is a ruse, and a sad display of laziness. The goal of the employees is to shut you up and shove you through.

This car was bent my license plate in half and they had me fill out a form for damage!I was told they would call me with in a day. They never called me and they dont answer their phone ever!I left multiple messages and they wont call me back!They owe me new license plates and will see me in court!Horrible attitude and action by them! From what I have read from others they never fix anyones bumpers orMirrors they rip off either!I would not recommend going to any of their car washes! You get damage and then are screwed!

Their machinery broke the drivers side rear view mirror off my car. They made nice promises. Cost me $400 to replace. No help from them!

Would have given it 5 stars but I paid for a complete service and they did not dry my vehicle completely and after noticing it was still dirty in spots after being hours away from the service, I was unable to take it back to reservice. The 3 stars is for the convience.

I like their services, and I believe my car gets clean better there.

Okay so these folks do a great job; however I think they are losing a lot of business by being closed Sundays. I understand the logic and the owners part, but on a sunny warm Sunday it would be nice to get your car washed.

WASTE OF MONEY. Wheels still had brake dust all over them. Told me the wheels were 2.00 extra. Offered to pay the 2.00 extra, was told by the RUDE employees I had to pay for a whole new car wash. Finally took my 2.00 and aggressively scrubbed my wheels with outrageous aggression. Three miles down the road my tire went flat because they had damaged the rubber valve stem on my wheel. And, the wheels still had brake dust on them that easily wiped off with my finger. If you dont care what quality of a car wash you end up with, go here.

Did not presoak and brush the front of the car or windshield that had a lot of dead bugs stuck to them. After running the car through the was there where still bugs, 10 might have came off but really looked no different looking at the front of my car. I spent $14 so my car should have been clean since I didnt go for the cheapest option. Im back to my sisters now but I will be going back tomorrow to have them make it right and if they do, Ill change my 1 star, it would have been zero but it wouldnt let me leave a review.

Love access to the free vacuums. Only wish the guys who do the pre wash with brushes did a better job than the automatic wash up the road. Nice to have someone standing in the cold willing to dry off my car. Its a nice touch.

The morning crew today was top notch, personable, funny and willing to work best experience yet and with these kind of people making it a success, is when you should pay it forward...

My daughter and I went here yesterday and as we were going though something was hitting and smacking my car. We thought maybe my antenna came off, it was so loud, but my antenna was still there. What ever it was even hit my window, we thought it broke my window but it didnt that God. When we got done in the car wash I pulled over to look at my car and there was gashes all the way down, even in the rubber on the window. I showed it to the general manager and he said to just put a clear coat on it. This was a brand new vehicle. I took it to my insurance company and they said to call and get his insurance information. So my husband and I called him and he refused it give us the insurance information, said we were lying. And he deals with this rodeo all the time. He yelled at us and told us not his problem and he will not pay for it. So I called my insurance back and now I have to pay for it to get fixed because he will not give the information of his insurance. I am not happy and I will never ever go there again. Be careful here because if something happens to your vehicle they will not work with you even if you show them the proof.

Good place to get a quick wash! The wheel cleaner isnt worth it at all though. Literally does not help clean your wheels at all. You still have to do those yourself

Came over from Medford and hit a big storm! Could not even see out the windshield. The next morning went to Everclean and did the basic wash. They did a fantastic job and even hand dried all the windows and mirrors.NO more bugs :)

I take my car into ever ever clean soft car wash about twice a month I take I get the extreme car wash which gives you the best car wash in all of Klamath for the money its $14 but its worth every single penny of it my car comes out shiny clean its just beautiful which is what I expect for my car its a PT Cruiser who I call petunia and petunia loves a good wash so I think everybody should try ever clean at least once to see what Im saying its got my highest rating

DO NOT GO HERE! My grandma Went through about 3 weeks ago and something damaged the car and the entenna. Immediately went in and they said it wasnt their fault it couldnt have happened called her a liar, finally was able to fill out a incident report and was told the manager would contact her. After several phone calls and them avoiding it, the manager contacted her and said they werent going to fix it, it wasnt their problem because it couldnt have happened there and hasnt ever happened to them which if you read prior Google reviews is false. Contacting Insurance today and will never go back here again I hope no one else does either.

They make sparkling clean water and reuse most of the water. They offer towel dry when you drive outside before you leave. For now the vacuums are free.

Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Noticed afterward that tail end of car got prebrushed (brush strokes obvious) but dirt was still there. Soft cloths never made contact with rear of vehicle.

The people are nice but the washing by the machines leave a lot to be desired.

Really tight if you drive a truck. Mine is stock only clears by around one inch.things like side steps wheels(Even if you pay the extra 2.00) bumpers just dont get clean.

Multiple spots on the car had bird poop, dirt run marks, and bugs everywhere. Not going back again this is the second time they washed the car and it was still dirty when I left.. Their excuse the first time was we didnt pay for the right wash...
