My brand new Tesla Model 3 went into this shop for Ceramic Pro and came out with strange dents on the bumper. The shop owner seemed to believe that the car came out of the factory like that. I filed an insurance claim and informed him of the price of the deductible, but he never sent me the deductible.The owner seemed like a nice enough guy, but he biffed this job and never made it right. I dropped the insurance claim, but I figure I owe future prospective customers at least this review. See attached photos, decide for yourself.

Pristine Auto Spa saved our car yesterday! We got white paint sprayed over the entire passenger side of the car. The tire, rims, trim, and paint were covered. We called and Patrick and his team got us in immediately.Luckily, when we had purchased the car last year we had Pristine Auto Spa do the Ceramic Pro Gold package. This coating is amazing on just everyday wear and tear, but in a situation liked this, it was worth every penny. Everyone should have this protection! Patrick put us at ease about the situation and the customer service with everyone at Pristine Auto Spa is fantastic!

Absolutely the best customer service Ive experienced in years! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The owner, wish I could remember his name, works hard to exceed all expectations. He is extraordinarily friendly, professional, flexible to meet customer needs, and has a good head on his shoulders. I had a bottle of color-safe bleach spill and soak into the carpet. These folks did a fantastic job on the extraction and I left feeling like a valued customer. That is so rare these days. I highly recommend Pristine Auto Spa.Thanks so much guys!

After taking one of our vehicles in for a full detail I was so pleased with the service they provided. The car looked like new and I couldnt believe they were able to get some of the small stains out. Excellent job on both the inside and out.Because of the service on our other car I chose to take our range rover to them after it had been side swiped in a parking lot to see if they could buff it out vs paying a body shop to get it repainted. Not only were they able to buff most of it out, they were able to completely remove the oxidisation from the hood and roof which a body shop told me was impossible. I was shocked by the quality of work they did again on both the inside and out.Thanks for doing quality work and maintaining a quality business.

Amazing work! Honestly, they went above and beyond. Our truck looks brand new. This has been a crazy week, but they made the whole experience seamless. The skill and attention to detail of this company is phenomenal. They took my 21 year old Suburban, that has survived three different families, at least 7 different kids, three different owners that all had greasy, dirty, filthy, hard working jobs, and who knows how many off road, camping, back woods, all weather, and all terrain trips worth of grime and wear and tear, and turned it back into looking exactly like it was when it came brand new off the lot in 1998. They even deep cleaned the seat belts. The seat belts of all things. My drivers seatbelt has for years rubbed the left collar of my dress shirts leaving a perfect little line of dirt outlining the edge of the collar stays that keep the collar straight. Not anymore. The carpet looks and feels brand new. The fabric on the door panels, seat backs, even the headliner, all perfectly clean and soft to the touch. They cleaned the engine. The engine looks flawless despite who knows how many years of leaks and heavy use. The exterior has a mirror shine to it. The moldings, the trim, the lights, the tires, the rims, and the glass, all of it looks like they just replaced everything with brand new factory parts. Absolutely outstanding service and skill. How they managed to do all of this in one day is beyond me. And they even delivered my vehicle to my house when they were done after they heard I was having some difficulty arranging a ride to come pick it up from them. Pristine Auto Spa / Ceramic Pro are the best, and worth every cent for their services. Thank you for making my Sub new again!

These guys are truly professionals at what they do. Seriously made me fall in love with my Jeep all over again! Been a fan of these guys for awhile now so I had an idea of what to expect but was truly blown away with the end results. You can tell they are passionate of what they do. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Pristine Auto Spa for their AMAZING work they did on my pickup! It looks newer than when I bought it off the lot!! From Mud, dirt, Corgi hair and kid drinks you can’t even tell where any of the stains were at!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

*DO NOT BOOK ONLINE*I needed my car detailed and saw that Pristine has rave reviews so I tried calling and left a voicemail. After not hearing back I went to their website and saw I could book online and did so. My card was charged and I received an email confirming my appointment. Fast forward to today and I showed up and I was informed that online booking doesnt work....well then why have it on your website and why was I charged. When I said I tried calling he told me that the owners are out of town. The man there was nice enough, and you dont get 5 star avg rating by accident so Im sure I caught them at a bad time, but this was my experience unfortunately.

My boyfriend got me a gift card to get my windows tinted and it came out so nice. Great customer service and very knowledgeable owners.

Fast, incredibly friendly service and communication. After a family road trip to the beach, a melted Blizzard blowout, and even stains that were on the seats and speakers when I bought the car, it’s now in beautiful condition. I wouldn’t call anyone else.
