Always hated tow truck companies, but this one surprised me, relatively quick and reasonably priced compared to other companies, even threw in a small promo discount that I didn’t even know about. Once I found out my engine was dead and I decided to donate it to the fire department training they even towed it out for no charge

Randy was a huge help and went out of his way. With parking so limited in the downtown Kirkland area I had no options but to park my car a few blocks away from home until I could get it up and running again. However the city had other ideas and planned on impounding my car.... luckily a neighbor saw the notices and gave me a heads up the night before it would be impounded.This is when Randy swooped in on a minutes notice and helped with towing my car from Kirkland to the Greenwood area of Seattle. Then, when the mechanic I was planning on using refused to take my car, Randy not only brought my car back to Kirkland but set me up with a trusted mechanic and even one of his connections to purchase a new battery which will help with lowering the cost with the mechanic!Thank you for everything Randy!

Randy came out to tow me earlier today and it was a wonderful experience for being in such a stressful situation. My car broke down on my way to work and he was there quickly and was extremely helpful. He had his dog with him too which was a treat! He loaded up my vehicle and offered me a ride, when i declined he waited until my ride showed up to make sure i was safe. Truly appreciated the kindness! Would definitely use his services again!

I needed two motorcycles moved and was sans some extra hands. Seeing as I was moving two bikes at once Randy reduced the cost. Let me load them (My Babies) and did a thorough job securing them. From the call to arrival and delivery, probably about 90 minutes. Was personable and understanding of the situation. I can’t really have asked for more.

I had my poor little car break down this morning and called many tow companies all quoting me over $200 for a 6 mile drive to the auto shop. Randy was so nice and helpful and gave me a fair price on towing. from my car breaking down to calling him the whole thing was less than 45 minutes. he showed up in less than 30 minutes!! i was thoroughly shocked by his service. i don’t hope for my car to break down again, but if it does 100% calling your towing again!

Excellent service, was very patient and came out twice for a less-than-ideal pick-up from an auction of a non-running truck. Could not recommend more and will use in the future for all my towing needs.

Left a message and he got back to me within 10 minutes! Came and tried to trouble shoot my car problems with me to see if I could turn it on and hopefully not need a tow. I have known Randy for many many years and always said if I was in trouble and needed a tow, he would be there in a heartbeat. Well I sent him a text on 3/21 and replied to me right away letting me know that he was not on rotation that night and gave me the name that was on that night. The first company I called want $600 up front to even dispatch a truck. The other company wanted nothing and was there right away.So thankful that I reached out Randy that night. I’ve never ever had to get a tow before and Randy helped me out that night.

Randy saved us a ton of money. Dealer gave a ridiculous estimate and said they were 10 days out from starting the job (likely engine replacement). We left four messages to the dealer not to start working on the car anyways (Im not very trusting). We sent Randy who got there in an hour to tow the car elsewhere. Meanwhile the dealer started working on the car ANYWAYS (not sure about this 10 day wait truthyness). Randy patiently waited and told them hes getting the car from them.Sidenote: I got Randys contact information from an independent repair shop. A place like that isnt going to recommend someone they dont feel would do a good job. They wouldnt stay in business themselves.

I called for a tow at 5:30pm friday nite stranded on the 405!! Randy was there in 15 minutes, hooked it up and had me saftely off the freeway within minutes. He recommend a garage and took us there. Turned out my van was not fixable!!!😕😤 Then he did the above and beyound and helped me donate the van to the Fire Dept and after waiting on me 7 days for the title (I live in Kennewick). If u just need a tow u could call anyone....but if u want to deal with business with a heart and compassion u call Your Towing Company. Thats the only call U have to make.
