Amazing customer service! Huge Shout Out to Jeff for being so friendly and awesome! Had a check engine light on my car they got me checked in at 9am and spend several hours checking everything they could from the errors codes and couldnt find anything wrong. They test drove it everything seemed to be running fine. Since they couldnt find anything they discounted the diagnosis fee for me and said if it happens again that I could come back without a charge! So awesome of them! My car was ready to be picked up by by 1pm! Highly recommend!

Finally a manager that listens to me when I explain the problem Im having and fixes it right. Best service Ive experienced in a long time. Diffinetly worth a look.

These guys are great! My wife and I were prepping to go on a road trip this summer and they got our car ready to roll in just one day! Brakes, Oil, and even did a full inspection on the car revealing that we had some cracking in our tires. They got the tires replaced and covered them under a warranty (previously purchased at a pep boys) even after we ran into issues with the manufacturer. Give these guys a try, you wont regret it!

The customer service here is amazing! But, I do have to say that Raphael stood out to me the most. From the first time meeting him(2 weeks ago) and explaining what was wrong with my car up until today, he has been really friendly and really great with his communication! He gave me the details and pricing I needed without any confusion and told me what was up, nice and clear! He is quick, kind and on the job! Getting a car fixed is never easy or fun, especially when that quote comes to you and its much more than you expected. I went to the Pep Boys on 85th in Kirkland today and let me tell you: April, the Branch manager, is fantastic. I explained my situation to her and she was full of nothing but suggestions and help. She even took a couple minutes out of her extremely busy day to chat with me and another woman having her car serviced. I got there at noon and was told by car would be finished by 5, but it was done by 4pm. Go here for all your car repair

The reviews made me think this location was great. Since I just recently moved I thought I’d give them a try. I booked online and Jeff called and told me that they couldn’t get me in but moved me to the another day. Over the phone Jeff had great customer service and seemed relatable. He called me the day before and asked if I can come in 30 minutes early, I agreed.I was already booked for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I arrived, the front desk person asked what I needed. I told him I had an appointment And since Pep Boys did my brakes, could they look at my brakes as well. I knew that it would take a minimum of two hours when it comes to car servicing so I planned to be there for those two, maybe three hours. The front desk person, Jayden, said I didn’t have an appointment. He said they can get the things done but I would have to leave my vehicle for the day. He asked if I spoke to Jeff, I told him yes. He said the best he could do was leave my vehicle for the day. I did not plan for a drop off so I told him I could not and I left. I called Pep Boys because I want to talk to the person that claimed that I did have an appointment. Jeff answers and says that Jaden said I was asking for a lot of extra services; this was not true. Jeff kept saying that a brake check would take extra time so it would be a two hour appointment minimum. I told him I already planned for that but I did not plan to leave my vehicle that day, that was never in the discussion. Jeff then went on about how the front desk person defaults to having a drop off for the day because he didn’t know better and so on. I became frustrated and I hung up the phone. If a brake check can’t happen, then just say no. There’s always a drop of communication with business is nowadays.I don’t know where the disconnect happened but I am quite disappointed. I like Pep Boys in general but I think I’ll just make the drive to the other location that I was going to from here on.

Fantastic service, got an oil change and battery replaced. Patrick and everyone else I met was exceptionally friendly and made everything easy. He kept me informed so that I knew what was happening and why. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. My visit could not have gone more smoothly.

Had a small tire puncture. Went in, got fast friendly service. One of the better car maintenance experience of my life. I live in Seattle and will probably go all the way out to Kirkland and use them for new tires when the time comes (the pub across the street helps as well).

Patrick and April, hands down gave me the best experience I have ever had when getting my oil changed and tires replaced. Not only were their personalities amazing, but their attention to detail and ability to provide solutions that worked for me, was the cherry on top! I usually go to shops where the owners name is on the building, but I needed an oil change on a Saturday so I gave this place a shot. I went in for an oil change and was treated like royalty. Came back a second time for an alignment and got the same treatment. Its not just me, watching the manager interact with other customers they were all being treated well and being kept up to date on their services. I watched him explain things to the other customers and was impressed with how he tried to help them understand. Patrick is the man.

My experience here was phenomenal! From the customer service to the work done on the car! The staff was very welcoming and friendly especially Raphael! He was very helpful and someone that you could put your trust in! Would definitely come back here again for the routine maintenance check!

Just bought some Michelin all-season tires and had them installed at this location, as well as a fixed low beam on my headlights, a great team, and greater service. Installed my tires a day early, and within an hour and a half on unexpected arrival. Will be using this location for my future service needs, big thank you to Patrick at this location, I appreciate all the help.

Huge showroom with lots of nifty stuff you can buy for your car. Even stuff you dont really need or will never have any use for. But really cool stuff at Pep Boys.

This shop is a gem! Every time Ive taken a vehicle here for any service, be it a routine oil change or a full-blown transmission rebuild, they knock it out of the park and stand by their work after the fact.Heres a little anecdote: I once got a full brake service on my 2007 Civic and a few weeks later started to hear intermittent squeaking. When I contacted them they made time for me in their busy schedule that same afternoon and adjusted the brakes to resolve the noise, without any extra cost and friendly, knowledgeable service the whole way through. Special shout-out to Patrick, a true gentleman and a remarkable multitasker.TL;DR - This shop is awesome, give these guys your business and theyll treat you right! Be sure to make an appointment, theyre very busy (and rightfully so)!

This location is by far the best of all the Pep Boys. Chris and Patrick took care of me immediately and were very professionally. Ultimately what sets a businesses apart is the customer service. I felt like these guys were at the top and no one could compete. I have had the opportunity to work with other Pep Boys stores and I choose this one every time …even when I live 25 minutes away. They know what they are doing and treat you with top quality professionalism which puts peace in mind when driving way. Give this view a thumbs to help others.

This location is the best Pep Boys location I have ever been to! I had a flat tire and had my car towed to the Pep Boys location that was temporarily closed. I called this location and they were able to help me out by sending their manager Chris to come and get my keys out of the locked box where the tow truck guy had left them the previous night. After that I was waiting for the tow truck for almost 2 hours to no fault of this location workers! After I called them again, I spoke to Patrick who was able to hear my frustration with the tow company and solved the issue by sending out Randy who was the mechanic waiting to work on my flat tire. Randy went above and beyond by giving me a ride back to this location fixing my flat tire and even jump starting my car after we realized my battery had died. I am so appreciative of all the workers of this location and I would absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you so much again to all the workers for all your help!! I went to this shop before yesterday to do inspection for my 2018 Toyota camry, it didnt pass fo rear tires and front brakes pad, they I sked me if they fix it but I refused, because I have to take it to toyota dealer. I fixed there.,today I called them that I fixed it they ask me to co.e over, when I went there they told they are going to reinspect the car again they going to recharge me again. they did, but they came to me told the car didnt pass when I asked for the room they said that I have small crak in my windshield. I asked why they didnt mention that at first inspection. they said that they didnt notice.

I went in for wheel alignment today and was completely dissatisfied. First off they did not mention to me about 10$ shop fees when I first asked about the alignment pricing. The front desk guy did not seem to know much about anything.Secondly, after 20 mins or so I got a call that my alignment was completed. When I went in, all they did was charge me and said a receipt will be sent to my email. They did not proactively offer me the alignment report nor did they explain the work done. I had to explicitly ask for the alignment report and boy the report was so unprofessional. They said it was the format that pepboys provided and it will not have any details. the most disappointing alignment report I have seen. I had to call back and ask for clarifications on some of the alignment.NEVER gonna go to this location!!! Terrible experience.

The best and quickest service from any auto service place I have been. Came in to get my shocks done and was out in less than 2 hours, even after they ordered the part from another store and delivered it there. Was never offered anything that I didnt need. Will be coming back for oil changes now or if I need anything else.

I’ve never been here before but read good reviews. I made an appointment, and an Jeff called me and said if I could drop it off an hour earlier they would be done much faster as they were pretty booked at 9. Jeff was awesome. He was so nice and helpful. They got done quick and recommend services I needed but said I wouldn’t need them for a few months. Biggest help was the life of my breaks. When I saw the dealer a month ago they said I had 5mm left. Pep Boys said 7. Jeff was surprised by the dealer, so went to my truck together and measured. Sure enough it was 7.

Went there for a complimentary inspection. Patrik helped us out and gave us some good pointers on the next steps with the car. Good service from guys who really know their stuff.Got a good oil change too.

I don’t normally like going to places like this. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease. I was having an issue with my sunroof and was looking for advice on where to get it fixed. Instead, they were able to do the repair right there. They have a customer going forward.

I went in today for a simple oil change given the good reviews on Google. I had an appointment set up for 10 AM to which I arrived on time.I said I wanted to replace my oil every 3000 miles since Im now driving about that much every 6 months. Therefore, I asked for conventional oil. They then tried to up-sell me on full synthetic (which my car does not require). I was surprised at the level of push-back. I was told conventional oil is like glue after 6 months. I guess this is how they take advantage of people that dont know any better. I turned down the synthetic and insisted on the conventional oil.I asked them how long it would take to do the work. They said the appointment is for 1 hr but they are normally done sooner. Went for a walk and came back an hour later. My car does not appear to even be on the rack at that point. I ask and they tell me its not ready yet. Long story short, I ended up leaving at noon. It took them 2 hrs to do a simple oil change and tire rotation.I would consider this a subpar experience and do not plan on going back. Other reviewers seem very happy, so maybe they just had an off day, but I wanted to share my experience in case it is useful to others.

Im sharing an ultimately positive experience we had at Kirkland Pep Boys. My son brought in his vehicle to have new tires installed. He called the store in advance of his appointment and they worked him in earlier which he really appreciated. However there was an issue that was discovered during the visit and involved a pricy repair. There was some miscommunication in a phone call between my son and the shop and he found himself presented with a bill which was beyond what he had been expecting. My son is only 18 and inexperienced at handling these things. However, after some discussion with Chris at the shop there, they more than made it right. We were treated very well throughout the experience and they showed understanding and appreciation. What could have been a very bad experience turned into a very positive, learning experience. Thank you.

Came to Pep Boys on a recommendation after a local shop had done a poor job on my vehicle. They brought me right in and fixed the problem with my wife brakes. Turned out I could have saved money if I had just come here first. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Just go there to get it done right the first time!

We just stopped in to get a quote on getting our clutch replaced...I really cant say 👍👎we have always had good experiences with the Pep Boys up in Everett. After the quote, we probably wont be replacing the clutch, as the cost is more than the car is worth.UPDATE: It was not my intent to put a bad review on here. I understand that Pep Boys Corporate is concerned about my review. I can only hope that everyone involved here understands that we went in for a quote...that is ALL. The fact that the quote for clutch replacement is more than the car is worth...I am not in any way shape or form, being disparaging to this place. Its just reality. Our car is a 2005 Hyundai Elantra with @ 142,000 miles. We have had it for 3 yrs. Since then we have replaced the clutch 2 times! Once in May of last year and the last or second time in July 2018. As a Lyft Express Drive Driver, I have to use Pep Boys to service the vehicle I use, and have learned that not all locations are created equal. This location is bar none, the best Pep Boys Ive ever used. The staff and management are friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. I would recommend this location, and have to other drivers.

2018: The reviews for Pep Boys (f/k/a Elliott Tire) are so high that one wonders ... can they be true? Based upon our experience last week, when we needed a tire repair ASAP, those stellar reviews are true. Pep Boys provides outstanding customer service and does so at a very fair price. This is THE auto shop to go to in Kirkland.March 2021: just had minor service done. This shop remains as outstanding as it was previously. Patrick and his staff put in the effort to explain to every customer their suggestions in readily understandable words. They also work efficiently, to schedules both they and the customers agree to. Other Pep Boys locations might be just as good, but for my money none is likely to be better than this shop.

I’ve been a customer for a few years, even before Pep Boys took over.I recently brought the car in for an oil change. During the inspection they noticed a few issues and came up with estimates. I didn’t have a good knowledge of the parts and labor involved at the time so I trusted the service manager. The job came up to about $1000.When I got home I researched the parts and labor cost and I found out that I was charge two and three times the price (from stores near by or their own website) for the same parts, in total I was overcharged about 250$ for parts.I was also charged 350$ in labor for rear brake and serpentine belt replacement, the way labor is charged is not transparent at all.I went back and brought up the issue. We had a long discussion, ultimately they did not want to make any changes to address the over pricing.I learn a few insights though that I thought other people might want to know:- I was told that they had all the parts available, however they didn’t. Instead they ordered parts from outside and had them delivered and then charged me x2 and x3. I was never informed about this, I was under the impression that these are their prices as they sell parts on their website.- For labor cost, I was told that they follow the Mitchell Labor guide to price repairs. If the guide says the job should take 1.5hr but the mechanic can finish it in 20min, you still pay for 1.5hr at ~140$/ hr.- I was also told that if you bring your own parts then they will charge you a higher amount for labor and there is no warranty.After this experience I unfortunately lost the trust I had for this place.I recommended taking the paper work for the issues and repair estimates and getting a second opinion before moving forward to make sure they are legit problems and that you’re getting a fair estimate.

I would not take my cars anywhere else. These guys are honest, fair, and genuinely care about their customers. If youre looking for your mechanic, look no further. A friend referred me to them and I in turn want to refer anyone looking for a great shop to handle any issues your vehicle may be having. They are good people, which is critical when your safety, time, and money are at stake.

I had been a regular customer previously, but during my last oil change they said I need my back brake pads replaced. I come back to get that done a week later, and they say actually your entire back brake system needs replacing, AND front pads. Quoted me $1800. Smelled fishy to me so I got a second opinion (other auto shop didnt know) and they said brakes were totally fine, the millimeters on the brake pads were DOUBLE (!!) what Pep boys said. Baldface lied to me about what my car needed, Ill never come back.

Ive been here at least four times, I believe. The manager (I think his name is Jeff) is ridiculously awesome. Real knowledgeable, helpful, always smiling, works fast, never cheats you over. One experience they did a standard oil change, fluid top-off, tire rotation, general check stuff, and even fixed up some other things (side-view mirror, coolant leak). I didnt think I was there that long but when all was said and done and I had to pay it was just comped...I was really confused but he just said, we took too long, so we didnt charge you this time. Amazing.The time just now I came back from a vehicle licensing place with new plates in the passenger seat with my new registration. Came in to get the window fixed (circuits are jacked up I guess). Jeff said it might be about 2 hours, but I have a lunch to go to soon so I couldnt leave it just then. He decided to take a quick look at it and I chatted to the helpful and nice staff for a few minutes. He comes back, old license plate in hand (he put my plates on) and had temporarily fixed the window. I thanked them profusely and told them Ill be back soon for a permanent window fix and anything else I could find that needed some work.Also, Jeff will always remember your name. Seriously, nothing in this entire state beats this place.

I usually try to do my own work but there are things I cannot do. I went in and met Chris and his team. They were attentive to my needs and made me feel welcome. They went over options but didnt feel pushy. I will definitely be going there for all the little things I cannot do on my own!

I drove by here all the time. Needed a place to get my oil changed, and some general maintenance. My lucky day that it wasnt swamped, they got me right in and sorted out. Reasonable prices, excellent customer service and no bullshit. They take care of you.

Went in to fix a trailer tire. Was told it couldnt be patched. But sure I believe that, but I paid for a new one.They sent me home with a trailer tire under inflated by 20 psi, even after I asked directly if it was inflated to the spec.

One of the best auto shops around. The work is done well, on time and at a reasonable price. The staff is honest, friendly and do a great job all around to make it feel like a personal mechanic.

Selena was fantastic. She not only changed my flat when I drove in after closing, but the next morning she called and said my new tire was ready. When that was finished she told me to bring it back for an alignment check. Not only did she have the guys do an alignment check and align my car, but she had them check the brakes. I was very happy with my experience at Elliot tire and Service Center. They were upfront and honest, they were great communicators, and had great customer service. On top of that they even buffed out a minor scratch I had on my bumper without even asking me, that shows me they take pride in their work and servicing their customers.

I do not have experience with Pep Boys in general, but I have been using this shop for about fifteen years now and I had only great service. I would recommend checking your car here before doing any work in another place in the area. I hope things stay the same, I have noticed things are a bit pricier now.

Elliots saved my day! At 7AM I showed up hoping they would be able to get me in for an unscheduled tire replacement appointment, and do it in an hour. Sure enough, they had the tires I wanted in stock, got me in right away, and within minutes my car was up on the machine getting some new shoes! Whats more they also replaced my tail light free of charge and got me on my way in no time. Amazing service, super friendly, just an awesome experience.

Unfortunately I cant recommend this place due to misinformation about what is being included as a part of the service. It looks like the team does not verify what can be done locally and after the part of the work was done, I was told that I will have to go somewhere else to finish the job since they dont have tools to do it. Wish I was told about it ahead so could plan accordingly and choose a better option time as well as money wise.

In over fifteen years of doing business with Elliot Goodyear, with five different vehicles, I have had only good experiences with them. The service writers are knowledgeable and communicate well. Their prices are appropriate, and to my knowledge, they have never recommended unnecessary service. When they do recommend service they are not at all pushy.

Friendly people. I needed to change my license plates and one of the bolts was stuck. The gentleman at the front desk helped in taking it out, and I was set within 2 minutes. I will definitely return.

Military Friendly. Fast and easy... no lines in between. I came in for something I believed would cost my over $400. He gave me a $100 charge for what my vehicle needed and gave me a few pointers on how to maintain my car for the future. Highly recommended.

Good customer service, with appointment was able to have while you wait service for oil change and new battery. OK lounge/waiting area, Free Wi-Fi, coffee.

Great staff at this store. Came in for a flat tire and had the car looked at within minutes of arriving without an appointment by Chad, even though they seemed to be busy. In contrast I had been to Costco Tire before for a different issue and had to wait an hour just to be told they cant repair tires of a specific brand.They didnt have my tire in stock but were quick to get one delivered same day and mounted same day as well.At check out the store manager Daniel even pointed out billing errors that I didnt catch after paying and corrected them, I think at this point after payment a lot of shops would have been quiet and not mention anything.All in all, everyone was very attentive and took care of me really well, even getting me a ride back home and to the shop for pick up, something I wasnt even offered at my cars dealership.Will definitely be coming back for future issues, first impression was a very good one.

You guys are awesome. Came in last year and you guys saved me from a $2000.00 insurance claim AND patched a tire I didnt even know I had a nail in it. Came back today w/o an appointment and within 15 minutes you IDd the problem - another nail, same tire - gave some advice and helped me find a rarer tire by the next day. Ive been going to them for just over 2 years now and I have always found them to be honest. Once I went into get an oil change and spaced that you get that done every 3000 miles and I only had driven 2000 since my last change. They called me up and asked if I really wanted to get that done (I had already left my car their) and I said no and they didnt charge me anything.Also everyone that I have worked with there has been extremely friendly.

Your team does exceptional work, takes the extra step to ensure things are right, and on the rare occasions when something happens that is going to be expensive, have worked with me to decide on the least painful options to get me back on the road. Plus everyone there is someone I consider a friend with a great sense of humor, which really helps keep things in perspective when cars are being a pain. I enjoy working with you guys, and you ARE my first choice to keep the relics I drive running. Thanks!

Low tire pressure sign is on and went checking here, they found a nail, fixed it within 20 mins, and whats better is it is FREE! Professional and efficient! Will come back for their business for sure!

Nice people in Kirkland. Bellevue store, not sure if labor was truly done, since symptoms persisted. Also, on another occasion, they sent me on my way without pinpointing the reason I had a check engine light on, (which kept me from passing emissions.) Just took my $150, gave me a waiver, and sent me on my way. I was not a happy camper about that one.

Came for tire balancing. Came out 20 minutes later, perfectly balanced and a new battery in key fob. All was free!

Had an appointment at 10AM dropped off the car and I was told I should return in an hour. It sounded a little ridiculous having said I had an appointment made. Came back after an hour, and was told it was going to be another 40 minutes. I asked for my keys and went to Valvoline instant oil change. No appointment needed. Took 5 min. Wasted an hour of my time.
