Great family owned shop been in business a long time in the heart of Kirkland. Worth a visit if you need tires and car repairs.

Always liked having this tire shop in the neighborhood but quality of service has gone downhill! Im a long time customer (more on that in a moment). But, no longer -- do not take you vehicle here! A simple tire swap resulted in them gouging the rim with their equipment. Worse part, they denied they could have, obviously, this damage isnt due to curbing due to location (inside lip). Even worse, the owner was there and was completely unprofessional with me. He said in his 25yrs hes never seen me. Wow, I guess he doesnt value that I chose his local business over others when I had tire needs. My vehicles are newer so I rarely need constant tire changes, but when I did over the years, they were my go to place. Perhaps the owner was having a bad morning, but he yelled out to me that its impossible they caused the damage, without even a care to look at the damage. His attitude was defensive, aggressive and combative. Completely unexpected and quite shocking for a local shop Ive used. I told him I wasnt looking for anything from them besides acknowledging that they damaged the rim so this wouldnt happen again to others. Luckily, I purchased cosmetic wheel protection insurance when I bought the car so it wont cost me, except my time, but I wanted others to know in case they didnt have rim insurance how this company deals with situations like this. They are sloppy and dishonest. Never thought Id say this as Ive always supported the mom and pop shops in Kirkland, but perhaps its time for this local tire shop to get replaced with a big-box shop that understand what customer service means.

I received a flyer with a coupon for an Oil Change from Kirkland Tires Pros. I usually dont stray from the usual companies I do business with unless they do something egregious. But, I had a good feeling about them. I see this company on my way to work every morning so I thought, Why not? I called them up and brought my car in the same day. The staff was friendly and informative...answered all my questions. And, the price was fantastic. I will utilize their services again. I highly recommend them.

Not really knowing anything about the Tire Pros in Kirkland other than where they were located I was hesitant at first, but from my experience theyve been great.. Purchased a new set a year ago and I have definitely paid more in the past for the same quality & performance. Theyre friendly, customer oriented, and will do their best to get a new quality set of tires for a good price.

Took my kia here today to replace my all 4 of my tires and also got an alignment, I received amazing customer service, and they got the work done crazy fast. My car feels smoother than butter, I couldnt recommend this place enough.

Called in on a nice weekday to try to squeeze in an oil change. Was able to get right in and they also preformed a tire rotation and an over all check. All for under 50 bucks. (2011 Dodge Grand Caravan)Great customer service too! I also had a great experience when getting tires last year. I also believe it is family owned for over 30 years!

One of my tires on the driver side, back rear had a hole and decided to replace not just one but both rear with two new tires for a good price. Also replaced both windshield wipers. My family has been going here for years! Aaron and his team do an amazing job on all cars. I recently got a new car and he switched my tires with super short notice, even waited for me to drive it and then asked how it was. The team is always super friendly and efficient every time! They even put air in my tires of my old car for almost a year with out charge. I would recommend them to anyone, they are very loyal and responsive!

They are very responsible about contacting you as soon as any work is done and the lobby is comfortable if you choose to wait there. They have a fixed price for their work and never have hidden fees.

Ive been doing business with Dan for almost 20 years. He is honest and takes care of you. He gives you the bad news and the good, and not once have I felt gouged or taken advantage of! Aaron also takes good care and in the 8 or 9 years weve worked together, he also tells you straight. Great team.

Im EXTREMELY disappointed in this place. I had one prior experience that was OK... bought tires a couple years ago. It took a bit too long and was more expensive than the couple national chain options I had priced, but I like to support locally-owned businesses where I can and, overall, not a terrible experience. Yesterday, I popped in for help with removing one wiper blade from my sons car that I couldnt figure out. I was told they are too busy and was turned away. There was one person in the lobby, two cars in the shop and at least one worker having a smoke in the parking lot. I drove up the road to Firestone and they immediately followed me out to my car and not only removed the wiper blade, he showed me why I had the problem I had with it so Ill know next time. Thats how you treat people. The whole thing took 2 min. So much for my friendly neighborhood shop. We need tires and brakes soon and theres now zero chance Ill be bringing my wifes car here, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

You successfully locked us in, telling us our only options were either your overpriced tires or $25 for spare installation. When I expressed my regret, you even threatened not to help us with the spare, telling me I can just do it myself. This is NOT how any customer should be treated. And please try to take customer feedback to your heart vs getting upset at customers. That is not how anyone should run their businesses. Your inability to humbly take in feedback and attempt to turn it around to us in your reply says so much about you and I’m glad you left it in Google for everyone to see. I WARN EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY SERVICE.

My boyfriend and I have been going to these guys for years! They are always super helpful really down to earth and will tell it to you straight without any smoke and mirrors. They always have the best price in town and will help you usually same day. I came in to get tires and brakes this year and was actually talked out of getting the most expensive tires because they were honest with me and wanted me to have the best tires that would actually work for me. Not just upsell me so they can get more money. Definitely recommend!!

They were so helpful!!!! I had gone to/called many places and they didnt want to help me. Thankfully the Kirkland tire factory was more then willing to help. They had amazing customer service! And my car was done in the same day! They had flushed my transmission fluid, fixed a leak, replaced an axle and changed my spark plugs!!! I am so grateful I trusted them with my car.

I have always been impressed by the professionalism, straight-forwardness, and speed with which these guys do business. Ive had great experiences buying tires, getting oil changed, tires rotated, etc. My experience today, which encouraged me to write this review, was particularly stellar. I was driving back from work when I started to feel my car pulling to the left, then wobble as I drove. I stopped here before going home. They fixed the problem for free within 20 minutes and I was on my way. Its comforting knowing they are available.

Great experience. I have been going here for several years. I was hesitant to have my car serviced in Kirkland as I was convinced that I would pay more simply because of the location. I really dont feel that is the case. The prices here are competitive from what I can tell, but the customer service is exceptional. The convenience and service is well worth it to me. They never give me the ol you probably shouldnt drive home without spending $500, the car really isnt safe. My car is now 10 years old with 150,000 miles on it and does require a bit more maintenance so they will say that I should consider something from time to time, but I dont have to do it today and there is no pressure to have any work completed. I am a single female in my mid forties and I am very comfortable with this shop.

Ive bought tires there, had balancing and alignment done and had a tire repair (free) recently. Very professional service and very fast, quality work. Generally runs as FIFO, so get there early.

**Review Update**15 minutes after placing this review I received a call from Kirkland Tire Pros stating they saw this review. They agreed to remove the disputed $22.05 additional labor charge.Ive been a customer of Tire Pros in Kirkland, WA for years and this is the last time I will ever use them. I brought my car in today, 5/15/2017 for an oil change and was told I needed full synthetic and the costs would be $59.95. 30 minutes later I get a call saying I need to replace my brakes, air filter and tires. Im used to their up sell habits and told them no thanks. When I picked up my car they gave me an invoice for $91.91. They added charges for labor and their complimentary fluid top off service. Like any car owner, Ive had many oil changes for many different vehicles and Ive never been charged additionally for labor and fluid. They added extra fees because I did not accept their extra work they wanted to do. These fees are fraudulent and im having my bank dispute the transaction.

Have used Tire Factory multiple times due to convenient location but constantly try to up-sell and lie about non-existent problems. Had them replace my brakes which they did improperly, wouldnt take responsibility for the fault, and eventually had to get Les Schwab to fix it a few months later - costing me more money. Ultimately not worth the cheap oil changes. AVOID.

I have been taking my VW to these guys for six years now. They always take care of me and give me a good price. Polite and genuine guys, even when they get swamped they still look to work people in, it might just take awhile. With food and a movie theater nearby I usually use it as an excuse to relax. I will be bringing my vehicles here as long as I am able.

Ive been dealing with Aaron and Dan for years and the service here is great and to the point. I drive 25 miles to come up here for even an oil change since I know Ill get honest treatment and wont be upsold to death. I cant recommend this shop enough.

Had a set of tires I purchased online. Called around town for mounting. Have done business with this location for years. Several tire businesses have been in this location over the years. These Tire Pros guys seem to be way overpriced. Was quoted $150 plus tax for mounting 4 tires. My dealership wanted $20 a tire. I mentioned they were more expensive than my dealership and the guy I talked too just said, Well, sorry.. like he didnt really care.

I remember that my car used to make weird sound. They told me that I need to change the rotors and they even told me they were sure that the sound came from rotors. Well guess what. The sound had nothing to do with rotors. Also I recommend you to keep track of your services from them. They lied me when I replaced my tires last time, so I ended up changing my 4 tires THREE TIMES in 55000 miles within 4 years and 9 months in this store.Please read all the NOT recommended reviews in Yelp about these guys. Do you think all those reviewers are teamed up and lying about Tire Factory Kirkland?

Aaron told me that I needed brake pads, calipers and rotors turned. He said it would be $150 because I didnt need anything done to the rear, only the front. When I returned, he handed me a bill for $1,000!! I was shocked. He never called to discuss this cost with me! BEWARE!
