Although my A/C issues were not resolved my experience with Cam at Kirkland Autoworks was extremely pleasant and I felt they really gave it a full hearted effort in trying to resolve my issue(s). The expert mechanics at Autoworks have always been very honest with me, given me reasonable and accurate estimates for the work they did, and their work holds up very well. Ive taken newer and older cars to them and theyve fixed them all. When your check engine light goes on, head over to them and find out whats wrong.

I dropped my mess of a Jeep off to these guys full well knowing what I was dropping in their laps. When I say mess, I mean it. My Jeep is taped together, glued, Zip tied, you name it. They took the project on anyways (which I’m sure they regretted a few times), they communicated honestly with me every step of the way, and were very prompt when getting back to me with any of my questions… or their concerns. They ended up needing to do quite a bit more work than anticipated, but did it all with care, respect, and a few sarcastic quips, which I love. Jeep is back up and running and it did not cost me my entire savings to get it there. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for car repairs, and I highly don’t recommend anyone to buy a Jeep.

I dont even live that close by, but Im coming here for any work I need done, period.Kirkland Autoworks was second to none. Needed to get some mechanical work done on my 04 Subaru Outback... so like not a new car with readily available parts by any means. They had the part in super fast and had the repair done the same day the car came in. Amazing stuff. Price was totally fair, very upfront about everything and super communicative.On top of all of that, they were incredibly accommodating--I had a bit of a strange situation because I was trying to get this diagnosed as part of a previous insurance claim from years ago as it appears the other shop had missed this damage. Kirkland Autoworks went above and beyond, sending my insurer photos and other documentation as necessary and very quickly. I also cant think this was the most lucrative repair theyve had to do, so I especially appreciate how helpful they were. Cant recommend enough.

I decided to give this shop a chance based on it being one of the most positively reviewed shops around.This is by far the best repair shop I’ve been to. Prices are competitive and the mechanics are honest and knowledgeable. They do the job right and don’t upsell you on things that you don’t need. It’s really hard these days to trust online reviews, it’s very easy for these companies to inflate their rating with agencies that will leave fake good reviews. I am a real customer who did a lot of research before choosing a mechanic, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. Needed all 4 brakes serviced, pads and rotors, and they completed the job in 2 hours at a very competitive price. I know shops that would attempt to wayyy overcharge for a service like this and prey on people with less knowledge about cars like myself. I can’t recommend this shop enough.

Ive had indirect experience with them for the past few years, and was immediately impressed with their repair rather than replace approach with friends cars. First visit will not repeat. I asked for scheduled maintenance on my 2016 Mazda CX5. Included oil change and tire rotation. No copy of safety or maintenance condition was offered. Noticed the low tire pressure light was on after I drove away. Tire rotation requires reset of pressure sensor. A pretty basic step missed.

Prices are very good and always honest. Once had a problem with my AC and thought i would have to spend a few hundred dollars to get the compressor fixed. Turns out nothing was wrong with the compressor and there was just a loose screw. They could have easily went along with it and charged me the money for a compressor but instead only charged me a few bucks for the fix.

These guys are amazing! My mom went in because she had a small problem in her car but she didn’t know what it was, they fixed her gearbox and charged her $40 because they said it was an easy fix. I feel like someone else could’ve easily ripped her off. Recently I took my old Mercedes in. I worked with Christian each time. I have to say such amazing service! I had all of the lights on on the dash And something was burning out of the engine causing a lot of smoke. They fixed it for $125and everything else including lights and all the smaller things like brake lights etc. these guys are crazy good! I don’t have any other repairs needed right now but I’m looking to see if there is something we can take in to their shop to fix, simply because they are so amazing! Way better than any franchise dealer ship service department I’ve been into or any small auto repair shop.

9.5 out of 10 because there is always room for improvement. I own a truck (1998 GMC Sierra) and a car (2001 Honda Accords coup). Both of my vehicles have survived because of Spencer at Kirkland Autoworks. He is fair, honest, and the most honorable aspect to his business is that he holds himself accountable and he will speak to you directly. He doesnt BS you. And he doesnt BS you into stuff you dont need. Im not sure how he stays in business with how reasonable and valued down his prices are other than pure reputation. This is the absolute best value still left in Kirkland.

I went to an auto shop for my alignment and the guy there said I had to buy an additional $300 camber kit, but my car was never lowered to require a camber kit. After hearing about autoworks, I decided to try them out. They took my car, did the alignment and no camber kit was necessary. Excellent work Autoworks!

I love this shop! I had a bunch of stuff going on with my car before coming in. I was reluctant to go anywhere by myself to see what was wrong because as a young women, most repairmen are intimidating, manipulative, and straight up rude. THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE. These guys are so respectful, honest, and they know how to EXPLAIN EVERYTHING in normal words! If you are to get any work done, this is place to go!

My recently concluded oil change/service at another shop had resulted in a recommendation that I needed to have my starter battery replaced. Being a hybrid, this was a relatively expensive task with a quote of about $400.I went in to Kirkland Autoworks for a 2nd opinion on a recommendation from the folks at Costco. The gentleman (forgot to ask for his name) tested my battery and refused to replace it for me :)I would love to sell you a battery he said, but not today, today theres nothing wrong with your batteryNeedless to say I appreciate the honesty and would definitely go there the next time a need arises.

This is the philosophy of the owner of Kirkland Autoworks.Imagine how you feel when your car starts making that horrible noise that lets you know something has gone terribly, terribly wrong.You immediately ask all your friends if they know a reputable (and not too expensive) mechanic because you called the dealership and cant afford $2,000 to have the problem diagnosed and repaired (including the other stuff that your car is due to have replaced). A coworker recommends Kirkland Autoworks so you look them up and schedule an appointment for the next day to drop off your car. You end up taking your car over early because thats when the tow truck driver can take it over. Youre all set to take the bus over to meet the mechanic about your car, and he tells you that he already looked at your car and diagnosed the problem: it isnt as bad as you thought and he can make it safe for you to drive until you CAN afford to have it repaired.This was my story.They had diagnosed my cars issue, made it safe to drive, and changed the (overdue) oil and had it ready to pick up at my original appointment time. And because it took them no time to diagnose the issue (because they clearly know what theyre doing), he didnt charge me for the diagnostic. It cost me about $30 to have my oil changed. Safe, fast, ahead of schedule, and super nice! Thats what you can expect from these guys. When I get the money together to have the repairs done on my car, you can be sure this is where Ill go to have the repairs completed.Do the right things, and the right things will come. Got a few stuck bolts when replacing my exhaust manifold and needed help. Emailed them Monday, received a quote in the afternoon, and got the car in Wednesday morning. They were fine with using my parts and got it done under the estimate.

My 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down within a few miles of Kirkland Autoworks. To save on the towing bill, I had the vehicle towed to their shop. They quickly diagnosed the problem (a busted radiator) and gave me a reasonable estimate for parts and labor. They completed the work as promised within the estimated timeframe. In addition, they found the source of a transmission fluid leak that I was having, and they offered to fix it for a very reasonable price. Overall, I was super pleased with the customer service, the cost, and the repair. I definitely recommend Kirkland Autoworks.

Put in my vehicle for rear axel and gasket replacement. Later in the day they called me and told me that brakes need to be changed because they wore out unevenly due to badly lubricated calipers. They offered me significant discount in labor since the labor overlaps with axel replacement. When break replacement usually costs 200~400, I only paid 115 extra. Gave me a good advice for future maintenance thats reasonable for the cars situation.

I HAVE TO BE HONEST. At first I thought this place was GREAT. They accepted a bid from openbay on a 20K service. When we got it back something didnt feel right so we took it somewhere else and was told they did not do a slew of things that should have been done-so we take it back in, and sure enough they only preformed half the typical 20K service and we had to catch them in a lie to get them to finish it. Spencer said his computer system had been down and so they didn;t have any records to prove otherwise. THEN a year later we take my other car in for a break job. TWO WEEKS after I get it back the break sensors go off and ABS light and a ton of faults in the electrical system, so I take it back in-Spencer himself tell me, it has nothing to do with them and they need to look into it further. After my $200 break job they give me a $720 estimate to replace the wheel bearing that is going out, Spencer says You only have about a month left on it.To get a second opinion and a third I took it to Les Shwab AND then Cadillac of Bellevue who BOTH said there was NOTHING wrong with my wheel bearings. When I told them what Spencer said BOTH mechanics LAUGHED OUT LOUD and said, there is no time frame on a bearing its either good or it isnt and nothing is wrong with your wheels.TURNS OUT it was faulty sensors and had to do with electrical malfunctions and nothing to do with the $720 estimate he blatently MADE UP.On top of this, my coworker ALSO took her car there and AGAIN after a break job had 5 other issues after and was told it had nothing to do with them, yet she had zero issues with her BRAND NEW jeep that she bought 6 months ago. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. THEY FIX YOUR CAR AND THEN DO SOMETHING TO IT SO YOU NEED TO COME BACK, I AM SURE OF IT.BEWARE. DO NOT GO HERE.I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.iM ACTUALLY ANGRY i WORK ACROSS THE STREET BECAUSE NOW i HAVE TO SEE THESE SCUMBAGS ALL THE TIME.
