I suppose they will get the job done, but don’t expect a professional or friendly customer service attitude. I had an installation crew at my house and they needed a tow at the end of the day. I felt so bad for them! Great guys! When the tow truck arrived it blocked my driveway. No big deal, but I did have to go pick up my kid from camp. I asked how long and whether or not I should make other arrangements for getting my kid. He said I didn’t need to as it would only be 5 minutes. Great. No problem and I thanked him. He grunted at me. I waited for 10min and was starting to cut it close to picking up my kid on time. I motioned to my watch to see if it would be much longer. He said something I couldn’t hear so I went closer. He said that pointing at my watch wasn’t going to make him work faster. I felt bad because he misunderstood me. I just asked how much longer and he grumbled something. I told him I couldn’t hear him and he ignored me and his body language was clearly not happy. I asked again and replied with some sarcastic statements. At that point I had to do something else so I borrowed a car and decided to write this review. I know my description is not doing justice to how completely rude he was and he clearly didn’t care either. Bottom line, he was RUDE.

A big shout out to Quality Towing for their help this last Friday the 20th Northwest Carriers Inc. was involved in a major accident on I-90, they were driving by and a trooper pulled Quality Towing in right away, they stayed after hours to help us retrieve our drivers personal affects from our truck. Thank you Mark & Derek for your great customer service!

These people towed my car when I was getting a detailed next door. I had to pay the fee even though the detail place had full control of my car.

I just witnessed what could have been a tragic accident on Hwy 522 and the 405 interchange. A large moving truck in the far right hand lane decided last minute that he didnt want to go southbound so he cut off the flat bed towing truck moving over 2 lanes. The tow truck had a waste management pick-up truck on it. And right behind the tow truck were two smaller cars following way to close. The tow truck must have said a prayer because if he braked too hard the other cars behind him would have rammed him. The driver new how to handle the situation and prevented an accident. Kudoes to the driver!

Scammers and Shelly is a unprofessional c u next Tuesday. Driver says vehicle cannot be towed to shop, tows it anyway after saying he cant. Tows vehicle two places and assess two fees. The manager cant own up to employees faults or miss communications. Dont ever let these incompetent people with low budget tow trucks, tow your vehicle. Had to show driver you have to have foot on brake to release shift lever. Needed my help to get vehicle off truck, Use Mac or crossroads towing in the Eastside.

Horrible company coming from a roadside owner. Bad costumer service on tow driver did not let me get any of my belongings was left stranded.

Our food truck was broken down in the side of 405. We called them around midnight. They showed up within 30 minutes. Took great care of our truck, pricing was fair and as quoted. After we paid he drove out of his way to bring us to our car.

Tire blew out on the freeway at midnight. Called Quality Towing and Rhonda was helpful on the phone. Jeff the tow driver showed within 20 minutes and things went smoothly. Fair prices for towing services. My car was dropped off at discount tires and jeff even dropped the keys off at the place the next morning. Overall great service and highly reccommended. Much appreciated! :)

I dont know about the negative reviews here, though Quality towing went above the call when I needed them quick. I walked into their office in Kirkland and a kind girl interrupted her lunch to help me. Not only did they show up asap they gave me a rock bottom price to tow my 70 Impala barn find from Kirkland all the way to Fall City. I recommend them all the way.

This company sucks, they over price their service. But also lie which is not good for a business. I had a car crash and QUALITY TOWING showed up and took my car saying that I paid upfront $150 and they took the car anywhere willing 15 miles. I said NO INSURANCE WILL GET THIS TAKE CARE OF THIS and then the driver took the car to the towing lot. Not saying there was a $50-$70 added for every day the car was in there hands. Additional to that they send me a note via mail saying if I didnt pick my car up by tomorrow they will SELL MY CAR (NOT A TYPO). The reason they had under it was for ILLEGAL PARKING when I had a car crash even tho my insurance was dealing with it all. plus they didnt want to cooperate with my insurance as well. Over all I believe this company is horrible find a different company that is more friendly and is actuality wailing to help you and your wallet. I told my friends how horrible this company is now let me help you and help others too.

I awoke to a dead SUV at home and had to have the vehicle towed about 15 miles to the repair shop. I needed to get the car towed right away in order to try and salvage the day. I called Quality Towing and they had a tow truck at my home in 45 minutes. The tow truck operator, Jason, was very helpful - had to push the SUV out of the garage (Ugh!) and then load it onto the flatbed.When we got to the repair shop they had one space available between a row of other trucks and Jason was able to place the vehicle in that spot - no problem. The cost they quoted me was the cost they charged - no surprises and reasonable cost. I highly recommend Quality Towing and I have no idea what any of the other reviewers here are talking about - my experience could not have been better.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave me a free day of storage so they didnt have to fight traffic, when taking my crashed car to my familys property in Pierce County.

If a consumer has a valid complaint please contact Quality Towing directly or advise the Washington State Patrol who will investigate their claim.It appears Andres Silmer/David D. is posting fraudulent reviews using multiple user names on various websites making false claims that are completely untrue. In this modern age of technology, the public is able to post anything they choose without validating their claim.At this time we are not aware of any such situation and would welcome his or her phone call to discuss the matter.

I should have wrote this review a while ago but better late than never. I don’t know why these guys get bad reviews, here’s my experience with them. ****I do not work here and have no affiliation with anyone in the company**** These guys saved my ass when they could have stuck it to me.About a month ago I was involved in a wreck in my dump truck, it was 5am and I had no choice to let the police use their towing company. Quality showed up but DOT would not let them tow the truck until the cleanup was complete. The wrecker had to sit for about an hour and I was not only stressed out from the wreck by also bracing myself to pay a monster tow bill out of pocket.After it was all said and done both the driver and dispatch were very sympathetic to my situation and charged me a very reasonable rate even though they could have beat me over the head because I had no choice but to use them. I took their card and would be happy to use them again, but hopefully I don’t have to!

Blows MACaroni Towing out of the water. Not only was the customer service outstanding but I was quoted before I got off the phone and the guy actually showed up on time (in 15 min) and I wasnt waiting around for nearly 2 hours (see my Mac Towing review) to get one tire changed!!!!!Idk where the bad reviews are coming from but Jeff definitely helped me out and saved me probably another two hours of waiting.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Horrible service

Had my Jeep towed the other night. Called first thing in the morning and they wanted $250 to get it back. Told them i dont get paid for two weeks. They said thats going to be a hefty bill. $25 every 12hours with no cap. There needs to be laws on tow companies. Prices are to high and no cap. And after so many days they can sell your vehicle. Tow companies are price gouging.

Billed me for $85 for a jump start. Arrived in 30 minutes to my house in 5 miles from their office. But $85! I think the device they use for jump starting pay for itself from the very first usage.

Complaint Description:I was quoted $350.00 dollars to tow a truck about 15 miles, which was a steep in price but I had no other option at the time. So I hired quality towing. After they picked up the truck they called and said the tow took longer than expected and the bill had now increased to $2400.00. Yes, 2400 that is not a typo. They said we will be holding your truck at a yard and will not release or deliver it until a payment has been made. Deceptive business practices, unethical staff, will say anything to make a sale, and will raise price and hold your cal hostage. Would no recommend to ANYONE. they have dozens of complaints all over the internet and they good ones are from people that work there. DO NOT USE. this company should be shut down.
