Stephanie repaired my purse in minutes! I had gone to the purse manufacturer, Nordstrom’s, AND a shoe repair store, with no luck. As soon as I walked in the door I handed them my purse and got it back in mint condition in hardly any time. I just browsed the display cases. Not only to they have lovely jewelry but they are also so flexible and efficient.

After permanently injuring my left ring finger several months ago, I was unable to still wear my custom made wedding band. It needed to be about three sizes bigger to work around the now larger knuckle. Because of the intricate Celtic theme of the ring, I was pretty sure I would have to do without or find another option. I searched around and looked at various jewelers, when I discovered Warren Jewelers. I saw some of their custom work and thought I’d give them a shot.I dropped by and spoke with Tom and told him about my dilemma and we looked at some of their examples, but I was still holding out hope to find an option that included using my original ring body. He asked for a few days to talk it over in the shop and get back to me.My wife and I returned a week later. Tom and his team said they could expand my original band, adding a solid gold bridge that could accommodate a diamond or other stone. After some more detailed discussion, a plan was developed.Meanwhile, my wife brought in her own original ring (They were a matching set) and said that it cut into her finger and the original diamond was flawed. We spent more time discussing possible options for hers, while they complimentary cleaned other pieces that she brought for assessment. By the end, we had placed our orders and looked forward to the results.We were not disappointed! Both bands came back looking spectacular and still keeping with the Celtic theme of the originals and I am able to wear mine once again. I truly believe they were as surprised and pleased as we were! I highly recommend them for custom or challenging pieces. I’m sure we will be back!

INTEGRITY COUNTS!I had a great experience at Warrens Jewelers today. They had done a repair on my watch clasp and Mark showed me how I can prevent it from going out of adjustment.I then asked about the cost of resizing my wedding ring as it was hard to remove and occasionally very uncomfortable. Mark had my ring cleaned before examining it to give me a price. In the mean time he was measuring me for the correct size. He asked me questions about when I last wore it and how I put it on and off. Well, as it turns out, he said I dont need my ring sized,! I just need to change my technique. Imagine that! I already knew they do beautiful design work but Mark reaffirmed for me that I can trust Warrens to give great service as well as the highest level of integrity.

Had a great experience with Mark R. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Id never purchased custom jewelry before so I had A Lot of them. Warren jewelers has a text message system so we could communicate quickly. I could ask quick questions and they sent me quick updates as my pieces were being created. They made me a pair of stud earrings and beveled floating necklace from an heirloom. I plan to work with Warren Jewelers again and i would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase quality jewelry. You get what you pay for!

I found my way to Warren Jewelers because I needed a silver ring polished. Several other jewelers I contacted were unwilling just to polish the ring even though I said I would pay! When I talked to Stephanie at Warren Jewelers she said, “Sure! We can do that!” They polished my silver ring at no charge and I wound up talking to her about a project ring from my Grandmother that I wanted to change but wasn’t sure how! The process was surprisingly fun and easy. Stephanie made suggestions and I tried on rings in the store until we found a design I liked. They waited for me to gather other old gold from my family that they melted and turned into a new, beautiful, more comfortable setting of my Grandmother’s ring for a fair price! This is a gem 💎 of a jeweler. They called to find me an alternate design of something I was interested in, and followed up quickly. My service/repairs there are also done with attention. Recently I had a necklace sized and Tom was patient and knowledgeable. He spent time and care on something minor but which meant a lot to me. Come here and you will find a warm, friendly store with a personal touch that you cannot get in chain stores.

Recently went here with my fiancé to pick up an engagement ring. They had awesome service! They were very happy for us and were very helpful in suggesting and having me try on different ring settings and different stones as well. It was very prompt service. We came in on Wednesday and was able to pick up our completed and appraised ring on Saturday. Rose is great! They even stayed within our budget and went out of their way to find deals for us. I came into Warren Jewelers a few months ago because a ring passed down to me had completely broken in half. They gave me multiple options to go forth and they were so helpful!!! Absolutely incredible work & service! I bought a ring from Fred Meyer Jewelers before getting married last summer and my wife kept noticing the really shoddy work. Warren Jewelers made a ring that was hands down better than my first purchase in every way!

I managed to break two pairs of earrings and came in hoping they could fix them for me. Not only did they fix them for me, they did it on the spot! Though I’m sure they cannot always do that, I will be back even if it takes longer next time because everyone was so nice and professional.

My fiancé & I stopped by Warren Jewelers on a whim today to see if they offered services on tightening the prongs of my ring (I felt like my diamond was slightly loose & rattling). The woman who helped us was super sweet & friendly - she said they could definitely tighten the prongs but that there was only one jeweler on staff that day (& they were pretty busy), so we would likely have to leave it there or bring it back to be serviced which was totally fair. Before we left, she said she’d have the jeweler take a quick look at the ring to see how much work would be involved in fixing it. The jeweler spent about 5 minutes evaluating the diamond & ended up tightening the prongs right then and there! I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference - the diamond didn’t make a rattling sound anymore & it didn’t twist around in it’s solitaire setting. We asked how much we owed & they said it was NO CHARGE - we were SO surprised (as we were prepared to pay for the adjustment)! We were so appreciative of the outstanding customer service we received at Warren Jewelers & will definitely return for our future jewelry repair needs, & maybe even to buy something special. These guys are just plain wonderful - highly recommend!!!

After the passing of my mother I took a ring that was her mothers ring from her jewelry box We kids had gotten it for her when I was small. I cleaned it up a little bit but it was really too big for my finger and I wanted to wear it due to the sentimental value. When Warren took it from me, it was to size it down. Id been pining to add channel bands to my wedding ring that wed purchased 7 years earlier at Warrens Jewelers. A huge shout out to Warren Jewelers. They have always been so helpful to me, Whether repairing, or resizing jewelry, or giving advise on how to sell a piece on my own elsewhere. They are kind, sincere, honest and amazing. This week when getting information on fixing a damaged piece, I also took in a watch band to have sized down. Seemed simple enough, but ended up being a very complicated job on a very old watch, taking 4 hours. Don was amazing and tackled the job not charging me much of anything!!! I value them, and would trust them with any jewelry transaction or repair job.

Ive had the privilege of working with Warren Jewelers on two custom projects now. I appreciate that Susan takes into consideration my tastes and vision when proposing a solution and works with my price point. She gathers several wax options and completed examples to help me get clear about what I have in mind. Ive been delighted with both finished products.

The most dishonest, incompetent, and untrustworthy jeweler I have ever come across. Warren Jeweler feels like a scam to me. I would advise on staying away from them.Warren Jewelers made a series of obvious damages to my Omega watch from a simple battery change, and failed to admit any responsibility. When I brought my watch to their Kirkland shop, I was told that it was no problem and the battery will be replaced in an hour’s time. When I came back an hour later for my watch, one of the managers there took it out from an envelope, gazed at it for a few seconds, and swiftly took it back, saying he wanted to check that the battery is changed properly. I watched him taking my watch to the back of the store, opened the back seal, and came back 2 minutes later saying it’s all good and my watch is good to go. Five minutes later I noticed my watch was not moving at all. I went back to Warren Jewelers, the manager said it’s my watch’s problem as the battery is brand new, and nothing could have gone wrong on their end. I was certain he was lying. I asked if they could check if the battery is brand new. He took my watch to the back of the store, opened the back seal again, came back 5 min later to tell me they had forgotten to put back a part in my watch during the battery change. When he came back another 5 minutes later, the watch band had been broken off and laid on a tray. This time he claimed he had lost another part when he opened it just now, and attempted to get me to agree on leaving my watch with them while they source a replacement to the missing part. This sounded deceitful to me, and I refused to leave my watch with them. At this moment, I was about to make a call with my cell phone. I reached out to my watch laid on the tray wanting to take a closer look, he (for the second time) swiftly took it away, again to the back of the store. I got worried and asked him multiple times what he was doing to my watch, he stayed silent. After 10 minutes, he suddenly returned and declared he had found the lost part, and my watch should be good now. At this point it has been more than an hour since I went back to the store to retrieve my watch after the one hour battery change. During this hour I watched him open and close the back seal of my watch 5 times, each time crushing it with both his hands with great force when he attempted to close the seal back.After I got home, I noticed some cracks on my watch dial and big scratches at the back that I had never seen before. I took it to an Omega boutique and received confirmation that my Omega watch has signs of shock and those are indeed cracks on the watch dial. Additionally, they have noticed scratches on the bracelet and case back, back seal is not placed back properly, as well as dust on clock hands. When I contacted Warren Jewelers regarding these damages they have caused, they failed to admit any responsibility. Mark replied “Your claim that the watch was in anyway damaged by a simple battery change is not possible” – it is absolutely possible, and as a matter of fact, you have completely damaged my watch from a simple battery change as a result of your incompetency!I am disgusted by Warren Jeweler. They made up false statements in response to my BBB complaint, which has been rejected.

I took in a necklace given to me as a gift. I wanted to get a longer chain for it. The store clerk took the necklace out of the gift box and laid the necklace face down on the counter (rather than in a velvet lined tray). When she did that, she knocked a stone out of the necklace. She then remarked that she should have placed the necklace in a tray and did so. I noticed the missing stone when she moved the necklace to another counter and was fortunate enough to locate it on the ground near the counter. She and the store manager laughed about how I was fortunate that I had good eyesight. She then took the necklace in the back to their goldsmith, who declared that the repair would cost $400 because there was a manufacturing defect in the item. I declined to pay for damage that they caused and I noted that, in future they may want to be sure to place jewelry in a tray rather than on the glass, which is what caused the damage. The clerk offered to fix the item (because she knew she had done the wrong thing) and the manager shouted at me that they had no intention of fixing it. I would not recommend this store to ANYONE. I was a first time customer who was happy to pay whatever cost was needed to have a new chain added to the necklace. This item was personal and precious to me, though not of a high market value (14k gold and small emeralds). Their behavior and treatment of me and the necklace was appalling.

Warren Jewelers was great to deal with! Zach was patient and understanding as I worked to figure out what engagement ring would be perfect!! We ended up with a custom ring and I felt very taken care of, the whole staff was supportive. Zach was upfront and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Ring was made on time, even with a few design changes, and she said yes! Hands down a great experience and I am stoked to go back here for any jewelry we are looking for in the future.

Had to stop by there just to ask about a small watch resizing. Stephanie grabbed the watch fixed it in 30 seconds and sent me on my way no hassles at all. I asked her what I owe her and she said nothing. She also didnt grief at all when another customer came in to show her all the jewelry they bought elsewhere. She showed genuine happiness and surprise. I know from being in sales it would hurt me if someone bought their good somewhere else after being a regular supporter of them. Didnt bother her at all.

I brought my engagement ring (that we bought in an antique shop) in to be cleaned and they noticed that there were a lot of problems with the ring and it would not have been safe to put in the cleaner. Upon further inspection, wow was my ring in bad shape. I had no idea! They were very gentle in telling me that what would be best for my ring would be to save the stones and melt down the gold to be made into a new ring that would last forever. I am in love with the new ring they made me! 😍 Excellent customer service and excellent work. They got everything done faster than they quoted me for and I got amazing results.

$15,000+ princess cut diamond GONE thanks to their handy work. I have had my wedding ring for many many years. Noticed the main stone (prongs and all) was loose back in April. I took it in to have it reset and got it back 5/6/15. Stephanie said, and I quote No problem, we will make the ring as good as knew and it will NEVER come loose again. 9 weeks later (yesterday) my stone (prongs and all) and is now GONE/LOST. After realizing that I do not have a separate policy for my ring (was somehow missed 2 years ago when we renewed all our policies), I called them this morning and asked if they warranty their repair service - they said YES and to bring it in. I bring it in (still in tears over the heartbreak of losing my diamond) and they tell me so sorry, there is nothing we can do because we only warrant our repair – what does that even mean?? Your repair FAILED! The manager had no compassion at all – all he did was try and tell me how to go after my insurance company while Stephanie sat by in silence – obviously embarrassed at her broken promise. Bottom line, they screwed up and could not even apologize for it. Aside from the sentimental value and devastation of losing such a valued piece, Warren Jewelers did a beyond poor repair job and showed no remorse or solution to this. They are responsible and should replace my diamond. Everyone I have talked to and told the story is disgusted with their behavior and lack of desire to make this right. I am beyond disappointed that out of all the jewelers out there, I choose them with such a valued piece of my life.

It was my first time shopping at an actual jewelry store. My girlfriend and I found a beautiful selection of rings for valentines day. Monika was very helpful and understanding when helping us search for the right ring. The ring had to be re-sized and we didnt get a clear estimate of when the ring would be ready but when it was ready they gave us a call. My girlfriend loved the ring and it was overall good experience.

Love this place. Sue helped me find the perfect silver chain. Everyone is super helpful and knowlegable. They make all their own jewelry, do custom work. Definitely earned my future business.

I took an ring in to Warren that I loved, but wanted a new center stone put in, to create a new look. They helped me find exactly the right stone, which ended up being a Blue Zircon, to makeover my ring into a fabulous piece of art! I am thrilled with their customer service, their professionalism and their pricing! Monica Patel was my salesperson and I highly recommend her!

I brought in my Omega watch for a battery replacement. They said it would be done in 24 hours but sent me a text 2 hours later. And it was done. My watch was cleaned and works perfectly. They were polite and professional.

I came into the store with a box full of jewelry that was left from my Mothers estate. I had no idea what was gold from my collection. Stephanie and a male co-worker patiently went through each item and helped me find the gold. I was able to make decision on repairing several pieces and redesigning new jewelery. Beware this place. Wanted to do a trade in and after having to come back when somebody in charge was there they treated us pretty rudely. The gentleman went to the back to decide the value and instructed his sales people to say theyd give us $3,500 for it but due to state tax law wed have to spend an additional $3,500 for a total of $7,000 plus tax if we wanted that amount. What a sack of lies. We knew right away theyre scamming us for more and laughed and walked out. We found 2 other places that were offering us money without these lies attached. Diamonds are a scam anyway, beware these tactics.

I brought my rings to Warren Jewelers for resizing. The rings now fit perfectly, and Warren Jewelers matched the color of the gold exactly.

I went in to have some charms added to a necklace and they helped me immediately and free of charge. Super friendly. Will definitely go back in the future.

My boyfriend and I went and picked out an engagement ring at an antique store that needed a new center stone and to be resized. They gave me so many great choices within my budget and had it done the next week. They found me a very dark green/blue sapphire that is gorgeous and the work was done very well. Im obsessed with my engagement ring and the service was great.

Do not trust these people. Total scam. I went here to find a setting for some stones I wanted to use for a wedding set. I didnt find anything I liked so I began working with them on a custom piece. I brought in pictures, told them my budget and worked through the details. They told me my budget wasnt enough so I stretched it a bit and modified my wedding band to include less diamonds. I also made an arrangement to sell back the metal from my original ring and a diamond that would not be used in the configuration of the new ring and wedding band. I made a down payment and was very excited with what we settled on. A few days later I received a call that they were going to get started but needed details for the wedding band and that it hadnt been included in the original discussions. This was a blatant lie as we talked at length about both and had calculated the price based on the number of diamonds to be used in both pieces. They had even drawn out both rings on a piece of paper and asked me if I wanted them to be fused together or separate so that I could wear the band on its own. They informed me that my price was now going to be DOUBLE what we had agreed to and which was already over the budget I had wanted to stick to. I said that was not going to work and I was upset. I then got a call back from the manager who said they had calculated both pieces incorrectly and now it was going to be $1500 less but this was still a significant increase over what was originally agreed upon. I told them I did not want to move forward and wanted my money back which they did give me although it took 3 days for the money to be refunded despite me receiving a receipt that my card was allegedly credited. Do not work with these people. If you do choose to, make sure you get every detail documented for your own records or you will be taken advantage of.

Such an awesome team at Warren. Jetta and the rest were very encouraging while helping me create the perfect ring. I will only shop for jewelry at Warren Jewelers from now on!

I brought in a box of old jewelery that I got from my mom, grandma and an auntie and spent an enjoyable couple of hours here while Stephanie sorted through them with me. She cleaned my grandmas and moms wedding rings and told me about the condition, any necessary repairs and cost of repair, value and size of stones, etc. She sorted out costume from real things and told me which were gold and how many karats. Stephanie also told me which items to have appraised. It seems no woman in my family ever threw out a watch, and I brought a pile of watches that she was able to de-mystify for me. The whole time I was there she was cleaning different things for me and we had a really nice time chatting about the items, their pasts, and possible futures. Everyone working there that dark and dreary afternoon was so kind and interesting. I know Ill be back to actually buy or re-make something some day .thanks Stephanie!

When one of the stones in my grandmothers ring cracked I was devastated, but took it as an opportunity to combine both of my grandmothers rings. Went in one afternoon and Jytte was there put my mind at ease and helped me design a beautiful ring. Picked it up and it far exceeded my expectations and came in under budget. My husband and I had purchased my wedding bands and engagement ring from another jeweler. We spent almost 6 months trying to make it the design we wanted and they kept making it worse. Not only did they frankenstein my ring together, they refused to do an exchange or help us get a new one without purchasing an entirly new ring.We went to Warren and Tom went through ALL options for us and they gave us a great deal on how to keep the majority of the original ring while giving me pretty much my dream ring in the end. They are so nice and willing to do whatever you want or need but will be honest if it cant be done.

Absolutely disgusting and rude! Came in to get my finger sized for a wedding band to start the shopping process. A women was insanely rude from the moment I walked in. She was extremely judge mental and made insulting comments the entire time I was in there. Had planned on buying a band for my future wife and myself but not now!

I have been in to have jewelry made, resized, cleaned, watches resized, does not matter. Polite, professional, genuine and friendly. Lynel (sp?) Is great!!
