I had a 25 year old wedding/engagement ring that was worn out and too small. Lake Street remodeled my ring using the existing diamonds and gold and it turned out beautifully. The whole staff was amazing to work with and had some great ideas for the new style - while still leaving me choices and options for lower cost. I can not recommend Lake Street Diamond Company enough. They did such an amazing job on my ring and their customer service is just amazing.My now husband purchased my engagement ring from another jeweler and while I loved the style, the quality was pretty poor. I’ve thought about having it repaired for a few years, but never got around to it. One of the side stones fell out, and so it was time to get the repair done.I brought my ring into Lake Street and they let me know that because the ring was so poorly made, which I already knew, it was best to have it completely remade. They kept my original design with some improvements that we discussed and used the same stones. They used CAD to design my new ring and kept me updated on the process. When my new ring was all ready to pick up, the ladies at the store were so sweet and excited for me! The jeweler came over and explained the technical reasons as to why he made the changes he did based on the previous issues I had and even remembered that I didn’t want anything that could potentially scratch my son on accident. He even designed it so it finally set flush with my wedding band.I absolutely love my new ring. It’s PERFECT. I really couldn’t be happier with Lake Street. They did such an amazing job and really took great care of me.

Änna walked me through the process of making my ring guard step by step. I would be combining my engagement ring with the wedding bands, so I can wear them together or apart at my choosing. I was quite nervous in the beginning as I had never custom made any jewelry before but Vince and Änna provided moldings and even drew out diagrams to depict what the end product would look like. Vince created an incredible ring and needless to say I am obsessed with my “upgraded” engagement ring! I have never loved a piece of jewelry as much as this one - incredible craftsmanship custom made for me.

My fiance went to Lake Street to design my Morganite engagement ring, and they knocked it out of the park. I knew I wanted to create a unique stacking ring for it, so we went back and Anna was so receptive and helpful. It came out even better than I expected, I seriously love it. The photos dont really capture the beautiful color and the fire in the moissanite stones, its honestly stunning in person. I am confident they can do just about anything you dream up, and I wouldnt hesitate to go back there or recommend them to anyone. The entire staff is so warm and friendly, and even with a mask on (thanks, covid) theyll still recognize you walking through the door. Its so great to support a local business and its a special experience you just dont get with national chain stores.

My mother in law’s pearl necklace broke 2 weeks before Christmas. Lake Street couldn’t guarantee a fix by Christmas but would try. The necklace was fixed with 2 days to spare!Another old gold chain was fixed on the spot at no charge. Superb customer service! I’m looking forward to using the gift certificate that Santa gave me!

I paid ahead of time so that my boyfriend could pick up my rings. When he got there, they tried to make him pay again. He told them that I already paid. The woman went on the computer and said theres still a balance. Luckily I gave my boyfriend the receipt so he pulled it out. ALSO MY RINGS ARE MESSED UP. One was supposed to be for my pointer finger and the other for my ring finger. However, BOTH were resized to my ring finger and one of the rings had a bump.
